    ALTERNATIVE TO THE TECHNIQUE OF TRANSOSSEOUS OSTEOSYNTHESIS OF SHIN BONE FRACTURES

    The apparatus and the technique of osteosynthesis ofdiaphyseal fractures of shin bones are presented in the article. The technique combines the possibility of bone fracture fragments position control at compression and reduction in process of cyclic loads. This treatment technique provides the optimization of reparative osteogenesis conditions, earlier restored support-motor functions of an injured limb and prevents contamination of tissues which surround transosseous elements. The constructive solutions of pin-related osteosynthesis presented in the article are adapted in topographical anatomy aspect according to the location of fractures. The technique has been applied to 124 patients with diaphyseal shin bone fractures. Positive outcomes have been recieved in 99,6% of clinical observations

    Can intravenous oxytocin infusion counteract hyperinflammation in COVID-19 infected patients?

    Objectives Based on its well-documented anti-inflammatory and restorative properties we propose trials with the natural hormone oxytocin for treatment of hospitalised Covid-19 patients. Methods We searched for, retrieved, and commented on specific literature regarding multiple functions of oxytocin with a special focus on its modulation of inflammatory, immune, and restorative functions. Results Available data gathered in animals and humans support the anti-inflammatory properties of oxytocin. The multiple anti-inflammatory effects of oxytocin have been demonstrated in vitro and in vivo in various animal models and also in humans in response to intravenous infusion of oxytocin. Furthermore, oxytocin has been documented to activate several types of protective and restorative mechanisms and to exert positive effects on the immune system. Conclusions In addition, to being anti-inflammatory, it may be hypothesised, that oxytocin may be less suppressive on adaptive immune systems, as compared with glucocorticoids. Finally, by its restorative effects coupled with its anti-stress and healing properties, oxytocin may shorten the recovery period of the Covid-19 patients

    У статті узагальнено та проаналізовано мотиваційні чинники студентів ЗВО до занять спортом. На основі теоретичного аналізу виявлено, що вагомими причинами пропуску занять із фізичного виховання є мотивація та мотиваційні чинники особистості. Установлено, що основними факторами є лінь, низький рівень вольового потенціалу, байдужість та відсутність усвідомлення відповідальності за своє здоров’я, недостатній рівень знань про користь фізичних навантажень, незадоволеність професійним рівнем викладачів, відсутність особистого інтересу до спорту загалом. Згідно з дослідженням доведено, що під час відпочинку студенти ЗВО віддають перевагу сидінню за комп’ютером та іншими ґаджетами, відвідуванню кінотеатрів, клубів, а не заняттям фізичними вправами. Відсутність науково обґрунтованих навчальних програм гальмує поліпшення фізкультурної роботи серед студентів, яких не влаштовує одноманітність занять. Запити студентів вимагають професійної підготовленості майбутнього спеціаліста і водночас вдосконалення процесу виховання фізичної культури молоді. (The article analyzes and summarizes the motivational factors of Higher Education Institution (ZVO) students to play sports. Based on the theoretical analysis, it is revealed that an essential factor in skipping physical education classes is the motivation and motivational factors of the individual. The main circumstances are laziness, low level of strong-willed potential, indifference and lack of awareness of responsibility for their health, insufficient knowledge about the benefits of physical activity, dissatisfaction with the professional level of teachers, lack of personal interest in sports in general. According to the study, the first positions of recreation for students of Western military districts are sitting at a computerand other gadgets, visiting cinemas, clubs, and not doing physical exercises. The lack of scientifically based curricula isan obstacle to improving physical education performance among students. Students are not satisfied with the monotony of classes. Students’ requests demand professional training of the future specialist and at the same time improvement of the process of educating students' physical culture.

    ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ МИЛИАЦИЛА И ФИЗИЧЕСКИХ МЕТОДОВ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ ТРОФИЧЕСКИХ ЯЗВ НИЖНИХ КОНЕЧНОСТЕЙ

    The clinical studies included 340 patients with trophic ulcers in lower limbs. It is for the first time that the therapeutic efficacy of local application of Miliacyle combined with magnetolasertherapy has been studied in 124 patients with trophic ulcers (experimental group). The patients of the control group I (84 patients) were treated with topically applied Miliacyle and laser radiation. The patients of control group II (80 patients) were treated only with Miliacyle. In the control group III (52 patients) the 1% solution of Dioxydinum and Oleum Hippopheae were used. In some patients of each group only conservative therapy was used, and some patients underwent preoperative treatment prior to autodermaplasty and operations on veins of lower limbs. On the basis of clinical and morphological studies it is found that the process of ulcer healing occurs most favorably as result of combined use of Miliacyle and magnetolasertherapy.Клинические исследования включали 340 больных с трофическими язвами нижних конечностей. Впервые проведено изучение лечебной эффективности сочетанного местного применения милиацила и магнитолазеротерапии у 124 пациентов с трофическими язвами (основная группа). Для лечения больных I контрольной группы (84 пациента) местно применяли милиацил и лазерное излучение. Во II контрольной группе (80 больных) использовали только милиацил. В III контрольной группе (52 пациента) применяли местно 1% раствор диоксидина и облепиховое масло. У части больных каждой группы проведена только консервативная терапия, а у ряда пациентов выполнено предоперационное лечение перед аутодермопластикой, операциями на венах нижних конечностей. На основании клинических, морфологических исследований выявлено, что процесс заживления язв протекает наиболее благоприятно при применении милиацила и магнитолазеротерапии.

    Experimental-histological justification for the use of composite material «LitAr» in combination with oxytocin has done to replace residual cavities in liver for optimal terms of regeneration. The data on the optimization of epithelial connective tissue relations that in the proliferative phase creates preconditions for elimination of defect regenerate tissue-specific parenchymatous elements of the liver. In series with the addition of oxytocin residual cavity liver is filled organotypic tissue elements of the regenerate more quickly.Проведено экспериментально-гистологическое обоснование применения композитного материала «ЛитАр» в сочетании с окситоцином для замещения остаточных полостей печени и для обеспечения оптимальных условий регенерации. Получены данные об оптимизации эпителиально-соединительнотканных взаимоотношений, что в пролиферативную фазу создает предпосылки для замещения дефекта тканеспецифическим регенератом паренхиматозных элементов печени. В сериях с добавлением окситоцина остаточная полость печени заполняется тканевыми элементами органотипического регенерата в более короткие сроки.

    On the base of the analysis of the morphological structurizing of the neurons of the rat's brain somatic cortex, it has been shown, that at a partial damage the vibrissa follicle redices, its presentation in the cortex in the form of the decrease of the area of the corresponding cytoarchitectonic grouping - "barrel". On the base of the analysis of the patterns of the "barrels" neurons impulse activity, five criteria have been offered for the revealation, formalization and modeling of the directional sensitivity of the neurons.
