    The success of an organization depends on productivity, owned either by individuals or teams in the organization. Productivity is an important factor for the continuity of the company because it is the key in making improvements every day and only be done by labor. The purpose of this study was determine the influence of job training, physical working environment as well as the motivation of the employees work productivity in PT. Taspen (Persero) Denpasar Branch Offices simultaneously or parsial, as well as the dominant variables which influence the work productivity. The respondents in this study were 40 people. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and questionnaire. The technique used is data analysis of multiple linear regression test, unison (F test), partial regression test (t test) and Standardized Coefficient Beta. Results of the analysis indicate that job training, physical working environment and motivation affect positively and significantly to the productivity of work. Job training, physical working environment and motivation affect positively and significantly to the productivity of the work partially. Motivation is the dominant influence on the variables work productivity. As consideraton, advice that can be given which should improve the results employees worked and always trying to make improvements in performance to get the results of work satisfaction, companies add and raise support facilities as well as training using paint coloring is compelling in the workspace

    Job satisfaction is the perceived emotional state of employees about their jobs. This study focused on the Legian Village Hotel Bali with respondents 53 employees. Data analysis techniques are used to test the hypothesis that multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of F-test and t-test simultaneously to determine the effect of partial. Based on the results of analysis show that the variables of transformational leadership, financial compensation and simultaneous communication significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Legian Village Hotel Bali with a contribution of 38.5 percent. Variable transformational leadership, and communication of financial compensation is also positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction partially on Legian Village Hotel Bali with financial compensation variable as the variable most dominant influence on employee job satisfaction

    This research done with purpose to know variable compensation intrinsic and compensation extrinsic and training work effect on employee performance simultaneously and partial, and free variables are the dominant the performance on employee at the gangsa private villa sanur. Analysis of technique used was multiple linear regression analysis and used to test the hypothesis simultaneously, partial and standardized coefficients beta.     Organizational citizenhip behavior is an in-depth contribution by employees where employees are willing to work voluntarily outside of their work. The main problem in this research is there are employees who are reluctant to help their colleagues, employees are reluctant to replace colleagues who do not work, employees do not work, employee complaints about the job, and disinterest employees to the company's activities. The number of samples taken is 74 employees, with simple random sampling method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis indicates perceived organizational support and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on Organizational citizenhip behaviour. Organizational citizenhip behavior can increase if affected by both variables

    The concept of organizational commitment is based on the assumption that the commitment of the organization to have a relationship, not just the employee and the organization, but in the surrounding communities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational justice on organizational commitment. The study was conducted at the Hotel Bali Dynasty Resort Kuta. The number of samples taken 80 employees housekeeping section, the census method or saturated samples. A multiple linear regression analysis techniques are used. Variables with standardized beta coefficients greater is justice organization that is equal to 0.547. Justice organizations greater influence on organizational commitment. This is because of the concern shown on the organization's employees, both in the system of remuneration or working procedures, the employee will increase the loyalty and commitment to the company
