    The Acquisition of Free Morpheme by a Two-year Old Indonesian Child

    The aim of this study was to describe types and how of the free morpheme uttered by a two-year-old Indonesian Child. It was a qualitative research design which was observed with a single case study. The instruments used were observation and interview. The researcher observed the subject for two months where conversation in diffrent contexts in daily activities took place.The data collected were the utterances produced by the subject in diffrent context and interview. The data were analyzed by using the theory of language acquisition and free morpheme. The results of this study were: (1) the two types of free morpheme namely lexical and function word were uttered by the subject in his daily activities in diffrent context. (2) the using of free morpheme occured analysis were: saying statement, refusing advise, saying dislike, asking gift, refusing comment, asking question, and the last is avoiding quarrel. The using of free morpheme based on the speaker\u27s backgruond analysis was internded to be used for the interaction in community

ICT subject is a practical subject which require a direct practice to make easier in the student understanding.     Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Learning Together untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa pada Mata Diklat Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja dan Lingkungan Hidup (K3lh) Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran 2 Smk Negeri 1 Sragen

    Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe learning together dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar keselamatan, kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan hidup (K3LH) pada siswa kelas X AP 2 SMK Negeri 1 Sragen.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan tes. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap: (1) pengenalan masalah, (2) persiapan tindakan, (3) penyusunan rencana tindakan, (4) implementasi tindakan, (5) pengamatan, dan (6) penyusunan laporan. Proses penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus.Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Learning Together (LT) pada pembelajaran K3LH secara optimal dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas X AP 2 SMK Negeri 1 Sragen. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan kerja sama siswa pada siklus I sebesar 62,5% menjadi 87,5% pada siklus II dan sudah melampaui target yang ingin dicapai yaitu 70%. (2) Keaktifan siswa mengalami peningkatan. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan rata-rata pada siklus I sebesar 25% menjadi 79,17% pada siklus II dan sudah melampaui target yaitu 70%. (3) Adanya peningkatan ketepatan dan ketelitian dalam menyelesaikan soal. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan pada siklus I sebesar 50% menjadi 75% pada siklus II dan sudah mencapai target yang diinginkan yakni 70% (4) Adanya peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata diklat K3LH. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan pada siklus I sebesar 66,67% menjadi 89,58% pada siklus II dan sudah melampaui target yang ingin dicapai yaitu 75%. This research was carried out with the collaboration between classroom teachers, researchers and students involved. Data was collected through observation, documentation, interviews, and tests. Research procedure includes the step of: (1) the introduction of the problem, (2) the preparation of the action, (3) the preparation of an action plan, (4) the implementation of the action, (5) observation, and (6) the preparation of reports. The research process was conducted in two cycles. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of methods of cooperative learning Learning Together (LT) on learning K3LH can optimally improve student achievement of class X AP 2 SMK Negeri 1Sragen. This is reflected in some indicators as follows: (1) The application of cooperative learning methods Learning Together (LT) in the training eye K3LH increased. It is shown by an increase in the cooperation of students in the first cycle of 62.5% to 87.5% in the second cycle and has surpassed the target to be achieved is 70%. (2) The active participation of students has increased. This is shown by the average increase in the first cycle by 25% to 79.17% in the second cycle and has already exceeded the target of 70%. (3) An increase in the precision and accuracy in solving problems. This is indicated by an increase in the first cycle by 50% to 75% in the second cycle and have reached the desired target of 70% (4) There is an increasing mastery of student learning outcomes in training eye K3LH. This is indicated by an increase in the first cycle of 66.67% to 89.58% in the second cycle and has surpassed the target to be achieved is 75%

    Fertilizer is essential for crop production improvement. Fertilizer cost share in farm business is about 10 percent only, but fertilizer distribution is under government's control especially for small-holders. Fertilizer subsidy policy deals with various problems and it requires some changes. This study aims to analyze fertilizer subsidy, namely formulating policy options and alternatives for fertilizer direct-subsidy (SLP). This study employs secondary data and related information from the case studies of pilot projects in Lombok Island (NTB Province) and Karawang Regency (West Java Province). This study uses quantitative analysis and qualitative descriptive approaches. Three options of policy changes in fertilizer subsidy are (i) shifting SLP to output price subsidy, (ii) SLP, and (iii) gradual subsidy abolition. SLP policy should be implemented effectively with following alternatives: (i) SLP pilot projects to be implemented in Java and rice-producing centers outside Java and non-rice producing centers outside Java, (ii) targeted farmers to receive subsidy are poor and almost poor with certain land holding size, (iii) indicators of poor and almost poor farmers and criteria of the restricted provinces to be established accurately, and (iv) restriction to be implemented in Java and rice-producing centers outside Java, but no restriction in non-rice producing centers outside Java

    Research purposes are : (1) To describe civics learning process improvement withsociodrama method (2) To describe civics learning result improvement with sociodramamethod. Research location is in X class, 2nd term at SMK 4 Surakarta. This research isclass action research (PTK). Collecting data research has done by using method,observation, learning result and interview. Data analysis through three steps are: datareduction, data presentation, and conclusion/ verification. This in an active researchwith a PTK design. Research results are (1) improving student learning process quality pre cycle as 28%. Speech learning method is not giving support for student in study and learning process yet. Low student learning process quality in pre cycle because student boring of listening to the speech. Learning process quality in 1 cycle has improved as 16%, which enthusiasm student average pre cycle as 10 students (28%) in 1 cycle enthusiasmstudent average pre cycle as 16 students (44%). In sociodrama method learningprocess, student becomes more enthusiasm, because they are involved in learningprocess. Learning process quality improvement in 2 cycle as 19%. This improvementcaused by teacher managed time efficiently, praise and punishment in education andaddition mark for student can display drama well. (2) Civics learning result qualityimprovement in pre cycle includes average value as 7,4 and completeness as 16students (44%). Low value in pre cycle activity caused by low student spirit. 1 cyclelearning result improvement caused by higher spirit in study and learning process byusing sociodrama compare to speech method. 2 cycle improvement showed by averagevalue as 8,6 and completeness as 35 students (97%).
