UNIDADE BÁSICA DE SAÚDE DENTRO DO CONTEXTO EM SAÚDE DA MULHER

The objective of this study is to report the experience of medical students and a multidisciplinary team in a basic health unit (UBS) in the interior of Pernambuco through lectures and dynamics on women's health. This is an experience report in a UBS, in the city of Garanhuns / PE, whose tools used during the intervention were slides, results and Likert scale to evaluate its impact. Upon joining the UBS, the students reported low adherence to the service's gynecological exams. That's why an extension project was created and, consequently, an intervention for girls in the community using a lecture on women's care to deliver the content in a clearer and more instructive way for the girls. Throughout the event, it was possible to observe the public's interest in basic information about the female body and its multiple functions. As such, it is clear that there is a need for public health interventions that emphasize the importance of monitoring the menstrual cycle as a care tool and an important indicator of women's health. According to reports, some patients were unable to determine whether they were already in menopause or not, as menstruation appeared irregularly and did not stop completely, even with all the symptoms (age, physiological aspects, hot flashes) and these facts make it clear what need raise awareness among the female population about girls' natural life cycles. It is important to highlight the importance of the health unit in the clarification process.O objetivo deste estudo é relatar a experiência de estudantes de medicina e equipe multidisciplinar em uma unidade básica de saúde (UBS) do interior de Pernambuco por meio de palestras e dinâmicas sobre saúde da mulher Trata-se de um relato de experiência em uma UBS, na cidade de Garanhuns / PE, cujas ferramentas utilizadas durante a intervenção foram slides, resultados e escala Likert para avaliar seu impacto. Ao ingressar na UBS, as estudantes relataram baixa adesão aos exames ginecológicos do serviço. Por isso foi construído um projeto de extensão e, consequentemente, uma intervenção para meninas da comunidade utilizando uma palestra sobre cuidado à mulher para entregar o conteúdo de forma mais clara e instrutiva para as meninas. Ao longo do evento foi possível observar o interesse do público por informações básicas sobre o corpo feminino e suas múltiplas funções. Como tal, é evidente que existem necessidades de intervenções de saúde pública que enfatizam a importância do acompanhamento do ciclo menstrual como uma ferramenta de cuidado e um importante indicador da saúde da mulher. Segundo relatos, algumas pacientes não conseguiram determinar se já estavam na menopausa ou não, pois a menstruação aparecia de forma irregular e não parava completamente, mesmo com todos os sintomas (idade, aspectos fisiológicos, ondas de calor) e esses fatos deixam claro qual necessidade sensibilizar a população feminina sobre os ciclos naturais de vida das meninas É importante ressaltar a importância da unidade de Saúde no processo de esclarecimento

Importância da Atuação da Equipe Multiprofissional na Humanização da Assistência na UTI

OBJECTIVE: To elucidate the role of the multidisciplinary health team in the humanization of care in Intensive Care Units. METHOD: The present study consists of a review of the integrative literature, using the PICO strategy, where "p" population: Multiprofessional health team, "I" interest: Evaluation of the performance of the multiprofessional team in relation to humanization in the Intensive Care Unit o "C" and "O" Context: Performance of the multiprofessional team in the humanization of the ICU. The filter used for the searches was with the descriptors; (Patient Care Team) AND (Humanization of care) AND (Intensive Care Unit). RESULTS: The final sample consisted of 6 studies that resulted in two topics for discussion: training and professional performance in care with a focus on the disease and feelings experienced in the ICU. CONCLUSION: It was possible to conclude that there is a need for further studies focused on the theme and that mention strategies for its implementation.  OBJETIVO: Elucidar a atuação da equipe multiprofissional de saúde na Humanização da assistência em Unidades de Terapia Intensiva. MÉTODO: O presente trabalho consiste em uma revisão de literatura integrativa, utilizada a estratégia PICO, sendo “p” população: Equipe multiprofissional de saúde,“I” interesse: Avaliação da atuação da equipe multiprofissional em relação a humanização em Unidade de Terapia Intensiva o “C” e “O” Contexto: Atuação da equipe multiprofissional na humanização da UTI. O filtro utilizado para as buscas foi com os descritores; (Equipe de assistência ao paciente) AND (Humanização da assistência) AND (Unidade de terapia intensiva). RESULTADOS: A amostra final foi constituída por 6 estudos que resultaram em dois tópicos para discussão: formação e atuação profissional no cuidado como foco na doença e sentimentos vivenciados na UTI.  CONCLUSÃO: Foi possível concluir que necessitam mais estudos voltados para temática e que mencionem estratégias para sua implementação

PROMOÇÃO A SAÚDE E MULTIPROFISSIONALIDADE NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA A SAÚDE: REVISÃO DE LITERATURA

Primary Health Care (PHC) is defined by the Pan American Health Organization as the gateway to health services, in which patients will receive continuous care. In Brazil, health promotion practices are regulated by the National Health Promotion Policy (PNPS). However, there are some weaknesses in PHC that hinder the ability to resolve problems encountered in the population. In this context, multidisciplinary teams work in an integrated manner and in networks to promote quality health care for patients. This review aims to identify studies in the scientific literature that address health promotion actions in the sphere of family health strategy and their importance for the context of health care. The search was carried out in databases such as Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS) – Via Biblioteca Nacional de Saúde (VHL), Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) – Via Plataforma Periódicos Capes. 101 articles were identified, with only 8 included as they met the eligibility criteria. The narrative literature review showed that actions aimed at promoting health brought numerous benefits to the target audiences of the studies evaluated, demonstrating the importance of multidisciplinary teams and thus allowing comprehensiveness in health care to be guaranteed.A Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS) é definida pela Organização Pan-americana da Saúde como a porta de entrada para os serviços de saúde, na qual os pacientes receberão cuidados contínuos. No Brasil as práticas de promoção à saúde são regulamentadas pela Política Nacional de Promoção da Saúde (PNPS). No entanto, há algumas fragilidades na APS que prejudicam a resolutividade dos problemas encontrados na população. Neste contexto, as equipes multidisciplinares desenvolvem um trabalho de forma integrada e em redes visando promover assistência em saúde de qualidade aos pacientes. Está revisão tem como objetivo identificar na literatura científica estudos que abordem ações de promoção de saúde na esfera da estratégia de saúde da família e sua importância para o contexto de assistência em saúde. A busca foi realizada em bases de dados como Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Literatura Latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) – Via Biblioteca Nacional de Saúde (BVS), Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) e Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) – Via Plataforma Periódicos Capes. Foram identificados 101 artigos, com apenas 8 foram incluídos por atender aos critérios de elegibilidade. A revisão narrativa de literatura mostrou que as ações visando a promoção a saúde trouxeram inúmeros benefícios para os públicos alvos dos estudos avaliados, demonstrando a importância das equipes multiprofissionais e permitindo assim, que se garanta a integralidade na assistência em saúde
