This thesis focuses on the solution of the problem raised by a Finnish manufacturer of high-quality amplifiers, guitar pedals, and cables, Mad Professor Amplification Oy. To provide an answer to the research question – “How can Mad Professor Amplification Oy implement proper digital marketing strategies to improve stable sales growth?” digital marketing approaches of the company, theoretical material, and information during the research process were examined. The scope of the research is narrowed down to the analysis of the internal data obtained from the company. Interviews and a questionnaire are the major research methods, selected for gathering supporting information. An external view of the author, literature, and other valid sources such articles compliment the chosen research methods. Strengths and weaknesses of the digital marketing strategy of the company were indicated through analysis of the actual situation, which proved insufficiency in its approaches. An action plan for the improvement of the situation was proposed by the author. It includes recommendations on optimization of social media channels and utilization of content marketing

ALGORITHMS FOR THE ROBUST PROPERTIES ANALYSIS OF A MULTI-PURPOSE CONTROL LAWS OF MOVING OBJECTS

The problems of analyzing robust properties for control systems of moving objects are of significant importance in modern control theory. This is because the mathematical models used in the synthesis of control laws are almost always inaccurate and only approximately represent the dynamics of moving objects. At the same time, one of the requirements for control systems in practice is the preservation of their dynamic properties, when the parameters and structure of mathematical models can vary within certain limits. If the developed control system does not have this property, then it can not be considered workable. The article deals with the analysis of robust stability and robust quality for multi-purpose control laws of moving objects. The multi-purpose approach is chosen as the basis for designing the control system, since it allows to provide the desired quality of the control system operation in various regimes, including under the influence of external disturbances. In this case, the choice of tunable elements of the multi-purpose control law determines the robust properties of the closed-loop system. The formalized statement of the problem of robust properties analysis for control laws with a multi-purpose structure is considered taking into account the limited admissible variations of the mathematical model. Frequency-domain approach to the analysis of robust stability and optimization approach to the analysis of robust performance are proposed. On the basis of the obtained results, computational algorithms for the analysis of robust properties are formed. As a practical example, the system of ship motion control is considered. The analysis of its robust properties is performed taking into account the admissible variation of the linear model coefficients in the given ranges. Examples of simulation modeling in MATLAB environment are demonstrated

In this study, the motivation and cognitive characteristics of students in the implementation of a gender-based approach to teaching and their consideration in the educational process of boys and girls are presented. The purpose of the study is to verify empirically the effectiveness of the design of the learning environment considering the gender characteristics of students by analyzing the cognitive characteristics of children studying in different types of classes. In the study, the following methods were used: “Amthauer Intelligence Structure Test” adapted by L. A. Yasyukova , “Test for assessing the formation of reading skills”, “Test for assessing the independence of thinking”, test “Determining the level of school motivation and emotional attitude to learning (Spilberg-Andreeva)”, as well as observation, comparison and assessment. It is shown that children studying in same-sex classes show a higher motivation for learning; their cognitive abilities manifest themselves differently than in mixed classes
