    In the title complex, [Zn(C10H8N5)Cl]n, the ZnII ion is four-coordinated by one Cl atom and three N atoms from two in situ-generated deprotonated 5-(1-methyl-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl-κN 3)-1,2,3-triazol-1-ide ligands in a slightly distorted tetra­hedral geometry. The ZnII ions are bridged by the ligands, forming a helical chain along [001]. C—H⋯N and C—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and π–π inter­actions between the imidazole rings [centroid–centroid distance = 3.4244 (10) Å] assemble the chains into a three-dimensional supra­molecular network

    Efficient hybrid organic-inorganic light emitting diodes with self-assembled dipole molecule deposited metal oxides

    We investigate the effect of self-assembled dipole molecules (SADMs) on ZnO surface in hybrid organic-inorganic polymeric light-emitting diodes (HyPLEDs). Despite the SADM being extremely thin, the magnitude and orientation of SADM dipole moment effectively influenced the work function of the ZnO. As a consequence, the charge injection barrier between the conduction band of the ZnO and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital of poly(9,9(')-dioctylfluorene)-co-benzothiadiazole could be efficiently controlled resulting that electron injection efficiency is remarkably enhanced. The HyPLEDs modified with a negative dipolar SADM exhibited enhanced device performances, which correspond to approximately a fourfold compared to those of unmodified HyPLEDs.open442

    Fabrication and Characterization of Organic–Inorganic Hybrid Perovskite Devices with External Doping

    Owing to its excellent light harvesting, high-charge carrier mobility, and long electron- and hole-transport lengths, organic–inorganic lead halide perovskite solar cells have attracted enormous attention recently under the urgent demands of green energy with environmental friendliness. Although various photovoltaic architectures based on alkylammonum lead halides have been fabricated and have achieved impressive power conversion efficiencies (PCEs), there are still several issues that need to be further addressed and solved properly, for example, the requirement of facile fabrication procedure, the chemical stability of perovskite films, and the environmental friendliness. Herein, we review the recent experimental progress on the external doping of hybrid perovskite devices by organics and metals, which demonstrate the tuning of optical absorption gap and the enhancement of both devices’ stability and performance. Doping at varying layers in the perovskite films was discovered to contribute differently to the improvement of the hybrid organic–inorganic electronics. In the end, prospective was also made on the development of hybrid organic–inorganic devices

    The deep learning, which is a dominating technique in artificial intelligence, has completely changed the image understanding over the past decade. As a consequence, the sea ice extraction (SIE) problem has reached a new era. We present a comprehensive review of four important aspects of SIE, including algorithms, datasets, applications, and the future trends. Our review focuses on researches published from 2016 to the present, with a specific focus on deep learning-based approaches in the last five years. We divided all relegated algorithms into 3 categories, including classical image segmentation approach, machine learning-based approach and deep learning-based methods. We reviewed the accessible ice datasets including SAR-based datasets, the optical-based datasets and others. The applications are presented in 4 aspects including climate research, navigation, geographic information systems (GIS) production and others. It also provides insightful observations and inspiring future research directions.Comment: 24 pages, 6 figure
