ANALISIS KOMPARATIF PENDAPATAN USAHATANI KENTANG VARIETAS SUPERJOHN DAN VARIETAS GRANOLA L DI DESA PINASUNGKULAN UTARA KECAMATAN MODOINDING

The objective of this research is to know the comparison of Superjohn varieties and varieties of Granola L in Pinasungkulan Utara Village, Modoinding District. The location of the study was determined purposively (purposive sampling), the determination of the number of samples taken by census (Saturated Sampling) for farmers varieties Granola L as much as 20 farmers and 20 farmers Superjohn varieties taken simple random (Simple Random Sampling). The method of analysis used in this research is the analysis of farm income and komaparatif analysis by using t-test two samples Independent Sample T-test. The results showed that the average income of farmers Superjohn varieties is Rp.70.062.947,00 lower than the average income obtained by farmers varieties Granola L Rp.87.029.058,00. It can be seen that the average income difference between the two varieties is Rp.16.960.111,00. Based on statistical test results with MINITAB Program, the calculation of income per hectare obtained significant value of P-Value of 0.01 at α 5% that is 0,01 < 0,05. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is tested for the fact that there is a significant difference between Superjohn varieties potato production income and Granola L varieties

PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN (PKH) DI KELURAHAN RANOTANA WERU

This study aims to describe Community Empowerment through Hope Family Program in Ranotana Weru Village, Wanea Sub-district, Manado City. The data collected consists of primary and secondary. The data used in this study is qualitative, by selecting the village head, the head of the environment, the accompaniment of the Hope Family Program and the beneficiaries as informants. The results of this study prove that, the empowerment done by the government to the poor in Ranotana Weru Village is very good in terms of household needs, health and education. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that; The recipient of the Hope Family Program in Kelurahan Ranotana Weru consists of eight families. Assistance in the form of Direct Cash Assistance to participants maintains the life of basic needs of the household. Community Empowerment through Family Hope Program in Kelurahan Ranotana Weru is not right on target from the main goal of Family Hope Program. Because the benefits by participants of Family Hope Program in ranotana weru sub-district mostly use is household basic need compared to education and health

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PERMINTAAN CABAI RAWIT DI KOTA TOMOHON

The study aims to analyze the factors that affected demand of cayenne pepper in Tomohon City. This study conducted for 3 months from September to November 2017. Data used secondary data was time series data per quarter from year 2012 to 2016. Analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The result showed that factor of, cayenne pepper price, substitution goods (curly pepper) and complementary goods (shallots) significantly affected on cayenne pepper demand.*lrr*

The purpose of this study is to find out the marketing strategy of Tempe Sucipto in Manado. This study uses descriptive analysis based on Likert scale. This study is conducted from November until January 2018 located in MultiMart, Jumbo, Golden, Fiesta Ria, Transmart Carrefour, and Indomaret Plus Manado. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from interview towards 12 respondents of customers of Tempe Sucipto who have ordered Tempe Sucipto in November 2018. TREN RETURN ON ASSET (ROA) PADA PT ASTRA AGRO LESTARI TBK PERIODE 2012 – 2016

The study aims to determine the trend of return on assets (ROA) at PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk from 2012 to 2016. The data used are secondary data, obtained in the form of data that has been collected, processed and published by other parties namely the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of data obtained from the corner of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Faculty of Economics and Business University Sam Ratulangi Manado. Data analysis used is descriptive data analysis method that is by describing an object so that can be drawn conclusion. This descriptive data analysis aims to determine the trend of return on assets (ROA) at PT Astra Agro Lestari TBK in 2012-2016 which will be presented in the form of tables and graphs. The results showed that Trends Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk in 2013 there is a decrease in ROA from 2012, then in 2014 there is an increase compared to the year 2013. In 2015 there is a decrease in ROA from 2014, and in 2016 ROA increase in comparison to 2015. This decline occurred because the average CPO price drops. The fall in CPO prices leads to a decrease in gross revenues followed by a decrease in profits and will further lead to a decrease in ROA

ANALISIS RANTAI NILAI TEPUNG KELAPA PADA PT. TROPICA COCOPRIMA

This study aims to determine the value of coconut flour at PT. Tropica Cocoprima. This research has been conducted at PT. Tropica Cocoprima and actors in its supply chain located at Jalan Trans Sulawesi Lelema Village Tumpaan Subdistrict of South Minahasa Regency. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Sources of data were obtained through interviews using questionnaires containing questions related to this study. The sampling method is Purvosive Sampling and the sample is PT. Tropica Cocoprima as focal firm and suppliers of raw materials as many as 5 suppliers as well as coconut farmers as much as 2 farmers taken from each supplier. The method of analysis used in this research is value chain analysis with cost and margin approach. Based on the research results can be concluded that the value chain of coconut flour at PT. Tropica Cocoprima There are several actors involved in the process of value creation. The actors involved are coconut farmers and suppliers who bring raw materials to PT. Tropica Cocoprima. The actors involved in the value chain of coconut flour each earn a margin that corresponds to the effort that has been done. Coconut flour value chain at PT. Tropica Cocoprima from one, two and three actors experienced value increase is Rp.195.000.000. Margin received by PT. Tropica Cocoprima amounting to Rp.12.277.822 then the supplier obtained a margin of Rp.6,675,000 and the farmer earned a margin of Rp.100.102.700

This study aims to determine the Performance of Coconut Flour Industry in Kelurahan Sarongsong Satu, Kecamatan Airmadidi, Minahasa Utara Regency reviewed from Balanced Scorecard is a financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. This research was conducted at PT. Royal Coconut located in Kelurahan Sarongsong Satu Kecamatan Airmadidi Minahasa Utara Regency. This research will be conducted for 3 months from preparation until preparation of report, that is from February until month Mey 2017. Sources of data taken in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data that comes from the observation (observation) and interview (interview) with the leadership and a number of company employees. Secondary data is data obtained in the form of reports from other information sourced from literature and other information related to this writing. The method of analysis used in this research is Balanced Scorecard method that is financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. This research found that performance of Coconut Flour Industry PT. Royal Coconut Kelurahan Sarongsong One District Airmadidi Minahasa Utara Regency reviewed from Balanced Scorecad that financial perspective can be measured well and perfect for getting a profit every month

PERSEPSI NASABAH TERHADAP PENERAPAN 7P DALAM PEMASARAN PRODUK KUR PT BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK.UNIT TOMOHON UTARA KOTA TOMOHON

The objective of this research is to analyze the perception of consumers towards the implementation of the marketing 7P people KUR PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Northen Tomohon Unit, Tomohon City by using the concept of a Likert Scale to analyze 7P (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence and process). The research was conducted in October through December 2016, using primary and secondary data. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method and sample size is 88 respondents. The analitycal method used is descriptive data analysis to describe the perception customer towards the implementation of the program 7P KUR Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit in northern city of Tomohon. To measure the perception was used Likert Scale. The results showed that the perception of customer satisfaction index score towards the delivery service kredit of the people in the bank BRI Nothen Tomohon Unit, Tomohon city is at its 84,41% and relatively strongly agree (SS)

ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHATANI BAWANG MERAH DI DESA TONSEWER SELATAN KECAMATAN TOMPASO BARAT KABUPATEN MINAHASA

This study aims to analyze the income of red onion farming in Tonsewer Village, West Tompaso Sub-district, Minahasa Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through prepared statement list while secondary data was obtained from BP3K West Tompaso Sub-district (Central Bureau of Statistics), internet and previous research. This research was conducted in South Tonsewer Village, West Tompaso Sub-district,which is a production center of red onion. Sample research method is done by purposive sampling (purposely), where the sample is obtained based on information from the respondents who have been interviewed. Data is presented in numerical and quantitative form. Variable measurement concept used is selling price and production costs. The results of this study indicate that the people of South Tonsewer Village rely on the field of agriculture especially the red onion, because it has a bright prospect in the sense worth to be cultivated (profitable). This can be indicated from the R / C ratio. Revenue Cost Ratio (R / C) is 1.77 of the calculation of revenue divided by total cost. This means that every Rp.1.00 cost incurred will get revenue amounting to Rp.1.77 Criteria R / C> 1 = the farmers of farmers on the farmers of red onion on the South Tonsewer beneficial.*lwths*
