The public complaints about health are on the rise as a result of mobile phone usage. Limits on the radiation strength emitted by these devices have already been recommended by standard bodies such as The Federal Communication Commission (FCC) of the United States and the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) to safeguard public from excessive exposure to electromagnetic fields. Some recent research have found that long-duration use of calls on mobile phones increases the incidence of health hazards and has negative consequences. After survey the research on investigation of specific absorption rate (SAR) in the human head is becoming increasingly essential. In proposed work, Investigations were done on how human head model and electromagnetic source interacted. The goal of this work is to demonstrate that the one layer head model is not a good model rather appear to be unreliable to evaluate SAR since genuine human skull tissue is not modelled in the same way. But investigation of SAR in six layers (Brain, CSF, Dura, Bone, Fat and Skin) human head appears better and reliable. Affection to the six layered human head may be dominant when exposed to electromagnetic (EM) fields

Automation in pharmaceutical sector by implementation of artificial intelligence platform: a way forward

Worldwide, there are technological advances that swift automation in several aspects of the pharmaceutical industry such as pharmacovigilance, clinical research, medical affairs, and marketing. Innovative technology like artificial intelligence (AI) emphasizes the massive use of the internet for drug development, drug safety, data analytics, communication marketing, and customer engagement to achieve the goal of pharmaceuticals and patient-centric healthcare. Presently, escalating the number of individual case safety reports (ICSRs) necessitate the support of AI in the transformation of drug safety professional. AI can be transformed and evolve the clinical trial process from the conventional method alongside benefited the cutting cost, enhancing the trial quality, and alleviate trial time by almost half. Today, AI may be efficiently implemented to lower the cost of medical information requests, besides the online chatbots to communicate with health care professionals (HCPs) and consumers. There are numerous forthcoming uses of AI which need to be executed for renovation in the field of pharmaceuticals

In day to day life cloud is most essential part. Now cloud storage are use for business purpose the cloud is popular due to their huge amount of advantages the cloud is portable we can able to access the cloud anywhere globally. A cloud service provider maintains much duplication and each piece of data are globally distributed on servers. The main problem of cloud is to handle duplication of data which is too costly to achieve powerful consistency on world wide .In this paper we present a novel consistency service model which contain a large amount of data cloud and multiple audit clouds In The Consistency Service model . a data cloud is maintain by Cloud service Provider (CSP) and the number of user constitute group and that group of user can constitute an audit cloud Which can check whether the data cloud provides the valid level of consistency or not we suggest the 2 level auditing architecture, two level auditing architecture requires a loosely synchronize clock in the audit cloud. Then, design algorithms to quantify the commonality of violations metrics, and the staleness of the value of a read metrics. Finally, a Analytical Auditing Strategy (AAS) to shows as many violations as possible. Every region of India has access to the cooling sweet soft drink known as sugarcane juice. It is  an essential product on the world market since it has great health advantages. Sugarcane juice  competes with other soft drinks in the market pushed by health-conscious consumers, and the sugarcane growers profit financially. To extend the shelf life of sugarcane juice, processing must be combined with the development of appropriate preservation methods. Researchers have looked into a variety of sugarcane juice preservation techniques, including chemical, thermal, and non-thermal techniques. Pasteurization is one of the many methods that are used  for preserving sugarcane juice. Pasteurization, however, results in the loss of flavor, aroma, colour, taste, and vital nutrients. Non-thermal procedures, which can preserve the nutritional and sensory qualities of fresh juices, are now receiving more attention. This review article examines numerous preservation methods for sugarcane juice, analyses them, and suggests a course of action to assist determine the best method for doing so. Different criteria for different  types of technologies are discussed with their advantages and drawbacks. Technologies which  do not use chemical additives have also been discussed, while taking their industrial scalability and economical aspects under consideration. Prime focus is kept on developing a technology which is economical, industrially acceptable and greener for the environment

CGDV: a webtool for circular visualization of genomics and transcriptomics data

Abstract Background Interpretation of large-scale data is very challenging and currently there is scarcity of web tools which support automated visualization of a variety of high throughput genomics and transcriptomics data and for a wide variety of model organisms along with user defined karyotypes. Circular plot provides holistic visualization of high throughput large scale data but it is very complex and challenging to generate as most of the available tools need informatics expertise to install and run them. Result We have developed CGDV (Circos for Genomics and Transcriptomics Data Visualization), a webtool based on Circos, for seamless and automated visualization of a variety of large scale genomics and transcriptomics data. CGDV takes output of analyzed genomics or transcriptomics data of different formats, such as vcf, bed, xls, tab limited matrix text file, CNVnator raw output and Gene fusion raw output, to plot circular view of the sample data. CGDV take cares of generating intermediate files required for circos. CGDV is freely available at https://cgdv-upload.persistent.co.in/cgdv/ . Conclusion The circular plot for each data type is tailored to gain best biological insights into the data. The inter-relationship between data points, homologous sequences, genes involved in fusion events, differential expression pattern, sequencing depth, types and size of variations and enrichment of DNA binding proteins can be seen using CGDV. CGDV thus helps biologists and bioinformaticians to visualize a variety of genomics and transcriptomics data seamlessly
