Наголошено, що працівники кримінальної поліції виконують свої обов’язки в складних, а часом і в особливих та екстремальних умовах, тому для ефективного відбору та підготовки кадрів необхідно знати професійно важливі якості працівників кримінальної поліції.The article deals with the psychological peculiarities of professional activity of employees of criminal police units of Ukraine, the basic requirements of the profession for psychological characteristics, knowledge and skills of criminal police officers, motives for professional choice, psychological indications and contraindications to professional activity in position. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the criminal police officers perform their duties in difficult and sometimes in special and extreme conditions, therefore, for the effective selection and training of personnel, it is necessary to know the professionally important qualities (PIQ) of criminal police officers. In order to study the professionally important qualities of police officers a research was conducted during 2018. 350 criminal police officers (298 male policemen, 52 female policemen) from 20 regions of Ukraine took part in it (aged 25 to 42); the special ranks of the respondents are from lieutenant to lieutenant colonel of the police; all police officers were characterized by experts as "successful". Research methods: observations, surveys, interviews with experts, psychological testing, methods of mathematical statistics. The analysis of the average psychological profile of the "successful" criminal police officers’ personality allows characterizing the employees as persons with asthenic type of response, high activity and high level of aspiration, striking emotional reactions, which, at the same time, are sufficiently controlled. Specialists have strength and lability nervous system, a leading style of behavior, the ability to take risks with strong stress resistance. Regarding the motivational sphere, the first place in importance belongs to the motives and values related to the personal self-realization. Тhe criminal police officers’ professional activities are characterized by complexity and emotional tension, occurring in difficult conditions; in order to be successful in performing his/her duties, the police officer must be psychologically prepared for the activity, possess a range of professionally important qualities, knowledge and skills.Рассмотрены психологические особенности профессиональной деятельности работников подразделений криминальной полиции Украины, основные требования профессии к психологическим характеристикам, знаниям и умениям работников криминальной милиции, мотивы профессионального выбора, психологические показания и противопоказания к профессиональной деятельности. Отмечено, что работники криминальной полиции выполняют свои обязанности в сложных, а иногда и в особых и экстремальных условиях, поэтому для эффективного отбора и подготовки кадров необходимо знать профессионально важные качества работников криминальной полиции

It is suggested the concept of construction of automated information-control system (ICS) for Maglev on the basis of usage of highway mark-connecting communication wave guide line with groups of input connecting holes placed along active way structure. The excitation of wave guide line is carried out by the modulated microwave signals with the information about spatial position of Maglev, its speed, and also about parameters of propulsion system.Предложена концепция построения автоматизированной информационно-управляющей системы (ИУС) магнитолевитирующего экипажа, базирующаяся на использовании магистральной маркерно-связной волноводной линии с группами входных отверстий связи, располагаемой вдоль активной путевой структуры. Возбуждение волноводной линии осуществляется модулированными СВЧ сигналами, несущими информацию о пространственном положении магнитолевитирующего экипажа, его скорости и параметрах тяговой системы.Запропонована концепція побудови автоматизованої інформаційно-управляючої системи (ІУС) магнітолевітуючого екіпажа, що базується на використовуванні магістральної маркерно-зв'язної хвилеводної лінії з групами вхідних отворів зв’язку, що розташовується уподовж активної шляхової структури. Збудження хвилеводної лінії здійснюється модульованими НВЧ сигналами, несучими інформацію про просторове положення магнитолевитирующего екіпажа, його швидкість і параметри тягової систем

In the article proposes a method for estimating the dynamic stability of vehicles for transport of liquid cargo in the partially filled tank volume. A criterion for assessing the sustainability - the energy ratio of the dynamic stability of the vehicle tank. For tank parallelepiped determined that the most dangerous is the case with a half-filled tank.В статье предложен метод оценивания динамической устойчивости автомобилей, предназначенных для перевозки жидких грузов, при частичном заполнении объема цистерн. Предложен критерий оценки устойчивости – энергетический коэффициент динамической устойчивости положения автомобиля-цистерны. Для цистерны в форме параллелепипеда определено, что наиболее опасным является случай с наполовину заполненной цистерной.У статті запропоновано метод оцінювання динамічної стійкості автомобілів, призначених для перевезення рідких вантажів, при частковому заповненні обсягу цистерн. Запропоновано критерій оцінки стійкості - енергетичний коефіцієнт динамічної стійкості положення автомобіля-цистерни. Для цистерни в формі паралелепіпеда визначено, що найбільш небезпечним є випадок з наполовину заповненою цистерною

Захист віртуальних машин на основі інструкцій нового покоління процесорів AMD Zen

It is demonstrated the development of a virtualization environment security subsystem with the help of hardware-accelerated AMD Zen CPU cryptography API and its instruction set for security tasks, including but not limited to: protection against unauthorized memory access, data leaks, hypervisor breach, external attacks and malware spread via the Internet. The method in question utilizes real-time memory encryption and decryption, with the memory bandwidth and computing power sufficient for seamless hypervisor and server operation, virtual machine live migration and secure export, and demonstrates capabilities of ARM Cortex A5 on-board cryptography processor core for mentioned tasks, as well as providing secure asymmetric key exchange invisible and inaccessible to any software beside internal Trusted Platform Module and its inner DRAM memory controller, to guarantee high level of virtual environment security and sufficient resistance to most active attacks with minimum computation overhead, suitable for most real-life virtualization-based workload scenarios. The example subsystem specifically targets Microsoft Windows 10 operating system, however software support for different operating systems (including UNIX-based) may already be provided by appropriate vendors, including enterprise-ready solutions, such as Cisco, Dell, HP, etc.Розглянуто можливість використання спеціалізованого криптографічного ядра процесора AMD Zen PRO для підвищення захисту віртуальних машин від несанкціонованого доступу, зокрема, через мережу Інтернет. Запропонований метод дозволяє виконувати шифрування та дешифрування захищених сторінок оперативної пам’яті на апаратному рівні, що забезпечує стійкість віртуальних машин до багатьох активних атак, а також дозволяє підвищити їхню швидкодію в цілому. Наведено приклад реалізації запропонованого методу для операційної системи Windows 10

Features of information erasing from multidisc HDDs by pulse magnetic field

This work presents the research results of information erasing from modern multidisc HDDs by pulse magnetic fields. The quality of information erasing was assessed by methods of atomic force microscopy. The island character of information erasing is explained by shielding of magnetic impulse by metal elements of HDD design.
