The data in respect to efficacy of verapamil-containing scar cream for treatment of hypertrophic and keloid scars are presented in the article. Skin scars were simulated in rats by excision of a full-thickness skin flap size 5x4Β cm2 in the center of the back. Upon wound healing and scar formation a daily twofold fomentation of verapamil-containing cream was carried out. Treatment efficacy was checked after 10, 30 and 60 days. The following indices were studied: an area of the scar, its type, consistence, color, sensitivity, and scar microcirculation according to biomicroscopy. The proposed novel method for treatment of hypertrophic and keloid scars with verapamil-containing cream allowed to obtain a sustained clinical result demonstrating a reducing area of the scar by 25%, a physiological scar formation, improving the consistence and scar colour changing to the normal skin colour, its softening and flattening, and pain disappearance. Due to the dermal application, the method was painless, safety and did not affect on the surrounding tissues. According to biomicroscopy a scar remodeling approximated the indices to the level of healthy skin in 93% of rats. The most significant clinical effect the cream with verapamil was observed in experimental animals in 60 days after treatment.ΠΡΠΈΠ²ΠΎΠ΄ΡΡΡΡ Π΄Π°Π½Π½ΡΠ΅ ΠΏΠΎΒ ΠΎΡΠ΅Π½ΠΊΠ΅ ΡΡΡΠ΅ΠΊΡΠΈΠ²Π½ΠΎΡΡΠΈ ΠΎΡΠΈΠ³ΠΈΠ½Π°Π»ΡΠ½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ Π°Π½ΡΠΈΡΡΠ±ΡΠΎΠ²ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΠΊΡΠ΅ΠΌΠ° Π½Π°Β ΠΎΡΠ½ΠΎΠ²Π΅ Π²Π΅ΡΠ°ΠΏΠ°ΠΌΠΈΠ»Π° Π΄Π»Ρ Π»Π΅ΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ Π³ΠΈΠΏΠ΅ΡΡΡΠΎΡΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΡ

Integration of geographic information technologies and digital image processing for responding to emergency situations at oil pipeline transportation facilities
In this article, we consider an approach to integrating geoinformation technologies and digital image processing methods aimed at increasing the efficiency of computer technologies in controlling complex distributed systems (CDS) in emergency situations. The analysis is conducted using an example of the activity of oil pipeline transport enterprises, including pipelines, oil pumping stations, administrative, repair and emergency response units. The novelty of the proposed version of integration of geoinformation technologies and digital image processing consists in the application of a set-theoretic approach to a uniform formal description of various types of spatial data, digital images and their interrelationships necessary for constructing three-dimensional models of production facilities of CDS. This has allowed criteria, composition and structure of these 3D models to be defined using different levels of detail of the object models in order to reduce the computational load and speed up the 3D visualization of objects of CDS. These are necessary to support the decision-making when responding to certain types of emergency situations. The advantage of the proposed approach is that it increases the efficiency of decision-making support in countering some emergencies, which, among others, is achieved through the use of three-dimensional visualization of technological and operational (obtained in the event of an accident) information about the production facilities of the CDS, whereas the quality and fullness of the optimized 3D model directly affect the decisions made in response to the emergencies. The developed methods and algorithms have been practically implemented when building 3D geoinformation models
Hydrated Dysprosium Iodides: Preparation and Properties
Phase equilibria in the Dy2O3-HI-H2O and DyI3-HI-H2O systems were studied by the isothermal saturation method at 25Β°C. Crystallization ranges for dysprosium triiodide nonahydrate Dy2I3 Β· 9H2O and the basic iodide Dy2I(OH)5 Β· 2H2O were found. The crystal hydrates were examined by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric, and optical crystal analyses

Effectiveness of the complete physical rehabilitation including choreographic elements for children under 4-6 years who have come through the facture of talocrural joint
Traumatic injures of talocrural joint can often occur in the children age. They enable to cause long fixation of a joint in a definite position that in turn. Weakens always muscles requires a necessity for rehabilitation. The authors have worked out a method of physical rehabilitation for children after fracture of talocrural joint. This method can be applied under conditions of outpatient's polyclinic. The given method must be realized in three stages namely: Preparation (2 weeks), basic (4 weeks) and closing (2 weeks). The given method consists of invigorating and relaxing exercises plus special ones with choreographic elements directed to developing muscles of food and joint. Appreciating the results of apprising the worked out methodic of physical rehabilitation showed that its effectiveness has exceeded all the results of traditional scheme of rehabilitation after f traumata of talocrural joint. The author's methodic of physical rehabilitation with applying the choreographic elements enables us (1) to accelerate and enhance the effectiveness of recovering the function of damaged talocrural joint with children, (2) to prevent muscular atrophy from children and (3) to enhance the suppot ability on the extremity (having been damaged before). Effectiveness of the worked out methodic enables the authors (1) to pay attention of a wide circle of professional rehabilitators and (2) to recommend it for application by special experts in their work. The issue of mental and motor disturbances and correction thereof in children with infantile cerebral paralysis and moderate mental retardation
Correction of the condition of children with infantile cerebral paralysis and moderately expressed mental retardation is a serious problem of modern recreation therapy. The goal of this article is to analyze the available information on the most important aspects of mental and motor disturbances in children with infantile cerebral paralysis and moderate mental retardation and to summarize the information on the most effective approaches for the compensation of such disturbances. The work contains information on primary mental and physical problems of mentally challenged children with infantile cerebral paralysis who require active compensation for the arrangement of conditions for the maximum possible health improvement and introduction of such children into the society. The articles deals with main approaches to the correction of psychomotor defects in case of infantile cerebral paralysis which proved to be effective in practice and which can be taken in case of moderate mental retardation. After the analysis of the available information on the problem, it becomes clear that there is still a need for additional development of options for the complex correction of existing disturbances in this category of children. Further development of new methods and the refinement of existing ones can result in the improvement of their health which should ensure the greater degree of their integration into society. THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST IN PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY
Professional activity of an educational psychologist includes psychological education, psychological prevention, psychological diagnostics, psychological correction, and psychological counseling as the main types of work. Each of these types might be primary depending on the problem the educational psychologist is addressing and the institution they work in. Professional calling is a complex phenomenon characterized by a complex of personal qualities of a professional and their social and psychological readiness to implement the functions of an educational psychologist as a helping profession specialist. The authors argue that the professional activity of an educational psychologist viewed as a helping profession specialist presents one of the most multifaceted and labor-intensive types of professional activity characterized by a variety of problems and tasks to be solved. For the structure and specific features of professional development phenomenon to be studied to the full extent, they must be correlated with the various aspects of professionalism and professional activity, primarily with the professionally important qualities that present a certain foundation for any profession reflecting both the requirements for the profession and the criteria for the success of professional development. The process of professional training of an educational psychologist should incorporate the innovative educational technologies that, according to the authors, promote professional training improvement
