ОСОБЕННОСТИ КЛИНИЧЕСКОГО ТЕЧЕНИЯ СИНДРОМА ФУА-АЛАЖУАНИНА (ОПИСАНИЕ КЛИНИЧЕСКОГО НАБЛЮДЕНИЯ С ОБЗОРОМ ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

The aim of the work is to improve the diagnostics of spinal AVMs. For the proper diagnosis of Foix-Alajouanine syndrome the speed of progression and the dynamics of the spinal focal neurological signs, as well as the volume of the spinal lesion should be taken into account. Evaluation of the results of additional methods of investigation: spinal MRI, spinal MR angiography, MR-tractography, etc. is also needed. Selective spinal angiography remains the optimal diagnostic method for spinal AVMs. The treatment must include anticoagulants and surgery.Целью работы является совершенствование диагностики спинальных АВМ. Для постановки диагноза болезни Фуа-Алажуанина следует учитывать быстроту развития, объем и динамику очаговых неврологических симптомов спинального поражения и данные дополнительных методов исследования: МРТ позвоночника и спинного мозга, спинальной МР-ангиографии, МР-трактографии и др. Оптимальной для обнаружения спинальных АВМ является селективная спинальная ангиография. Лечение должно включать антикоагулянты и хирургические методы

КЛИНИЧЕСКИЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ ЭПИЛЕПТИЧЕСКОГО СИНДРОМА И АЛЬТЕРАЦИЯ NMDA-И AMPA-РЕЦЕПТОРОВ ГЛЮТАМАТА В ПАТОГЕНЕЗЕ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯ У БОЛЬНЫХ СУПРАТЕНТОРИАЛЬНЫМИ МЕНИНГИОМАМИ ГОЛОВНОГО МОЗГА

Forty three patients with supratentorial meningiomas were under examination. A significant increase of the level of autoantibodies to the GluR1 -subunit of the AMPA-receptors of glutamate was seen in the patients with meningiomas with epileptic syndrome. The maximal level of the autoantibodies to the GluR1-subunit of the AMPA-receptors of glutamate is registreted under the effect of the tumor on the frontal and temporal lobes.Обследованы 43 больных с супратенториальными ме-нингиомами головного мозга. Показано преимущественное повышение уровня аутоантител к GluR1-субъединице AMPA-рецепторов глютамата у больных с менингиомами, текущими с эпилептическим синдромом. При воздействии опухоли на лобную и височную доли регистрируется максимальный уровень аутоантител, преимущественно к GluR1-субъединице AMPA-рецепторов глютамата
