AbstractThe development of green building in China has reached a new stage, needs to turn to the total energy consumption control from the technology control[1]. We should avoid packing technologies in green building projects and regard achieving good environmental performance as the fundamental goal. In this paper, we use the method of post-occupancy evaluation and regard the building environmental performance as the core of the evaluation system, in order to reduce the influence on the accuracy of results from the measures evaluation. We establish the evaluation index system of green public building environmental performance in severe cold and cold regions, including the index of building life-cycle carbon emissions accounting. And we set up the application plan of index and the scoring method, then we put forward a kind of evaluation grade based on environmental performance level, finally proposed the POE System of Green Public Building Environmental Performance in Severe Cold and Cold Regions (POE-GPBEPC)

Magnetic field-induced quantum phase transitions in a van der Waals magnet

Exploring new parameter regimes to realize and control novel phases of matter has been a main theme in modern condensed matter physics research. The recent discovery of 2D magnetism in nearly freestanding monolayer atomic crystals has already led to observations of a number of novel magnetic phenomena absent in bulk counterparts. Such intricate interplays between magnetism and crystalline structures provide ample opportunities for exploring quantum phase transitions in this new 2D parameter regime. Here, using magnetic field and temperature dependent circularly polarized Raman spectroscopy of phonons and magnons, we map out the phase diagram of CrI3 that has been known to be a layered AFM in its 2D films and a FM in its 3D bulk. We, however, reveal a novel mixed state of layered AFM and FM in 3D CrI3 bulk crystals where the layered AFM survives in the surface layers and the FM appears in deeper bulk layers. We then show that the surface layered AFM transits into the FM at a critical magnetic field of 2 T, similar to what was found in the few layer case. Interestingly, concurrent with this magnetic phase transition, we discover a first-order structural phase transition that alters the crystallographic point group from C3i to C2h and thus, from a symmetry perspective, this monoclinic structural phase belongs to the 3D nematic order universality class. Our result not only unveils the complex single magnon behavior in 3D CrI3, but also settles down the puzzle of how CrI3 transits from a bulk FM to a thin layered AFM semiconductor, despite recent efforts in understanding the origin of layered AFM in CrI3 thin layer, and reveals the intimate relationship between the layered AFM-to-FM and the crystalline rhombohedral-to-monoclinic phase transitions. These findings further open up opportunities for future 2D magnet-based magneto-mechanical devices

This study aimed to explore the efficacy and potential mechanisms of rechallenge therapy with microtubule-targeting agents (MTAs) in patients with HER2-low metastatic breast cancer (MBC). We performed a systematic review to investigate the rechallenge treatment concept in the field of HER2-low MBC treatment and utilized a series of cases identified in the literature to illustrate the concept. Here we reported two clinical cases of HER2-low MBC patients whose disease progressed after prior treatment with MTAs such as docetaxel and vincristine. When rechallenged with disitamab vedotin ((RC48-antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), a monomethyl auristatin (MMAE) MTA)), both patients achieved a partial response and the final progression-free survival (PFS) was 13.5 and 9 months, respectively. Genomic profiling detected a PIK3CA H1047R mutation in the patients. The patients were treated with everolimus before being rechallenged with RC48, which may lead to a better response. This study further summarizes and analyzes the potential mechanism of the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway in MTA resistance and reveals that the PIK3CA H1047R mutation may be a potential molecular marker for the efficacy prediction of mTOR inhibitors, providing new insights and potential therapeutic strategies for the application of MTAs to MBC patients

Mouse Model Established by Early Renal Transplantation After Skin Allograft Sensitization Mimics Clinical Antibody-Mediated Rejection

Antibody-mediated rejection (AMR) is the main barrier to renal graft survival, and mouse renal AMR models are important to study this process. Current mouse models are established by priming the recipient to donor skin for over 7 days before kidney transplantation. The robustness of AMR in these cases is too strong to mimic clinical AMR and it is unclear why altering the priming times ranging from 7 to 91 days fails to reduce the AMR potency in these models. In the present study, we found that the donor-recipient combination and skin graft size were determinants of donor-specific antibody (DSA) development patterns after skin transplantation. DSA-IgG was sustained for over 100 days after skin challenge, accounting for an identical AMR robustness upon different skin priming times over 7 days. However, decreasing the skin priming time within 7 days attenuated the robustness of subsequent renal allograft AMR in C3H to Balb/c mice. Four-day skin priming guaranteed that recipients develop acute renal AMR mixed with a high ratio of graft-infiltrating macrophages, renal grafts survived for a mean of 6.4 ± 2.1 days, characterized by typical AMR histological changes, such as glomerulitis, peritubular capillary (PTC) dilation, and capillaritis, deposition of IgG and C3d in PTCs, but less prevalence of microthrombus, whereas the cellular rejection histological change of tubulitis was absent to mild. With this scheme, we also found that the renal AMR model can be developed using common mouse strains such as C57BL/6 and Balb/c, with mean prolonged renal graft survival times of 14.4 ± 5.0 days. Finally, we proved that donor-matched skin challenge after kidney transplantation did not strongly affect DSA development and kidney graft outcome. These findings may facilitate an understanding and establishment of mouse renal allograft AMR models and promote AMR-associated studies

Objective To understand the contamination of Bacillus cereus in foodstuff of Jilin Province from 2011 to 2019, and to provide theoretical basis for food safety monitoring and prevention of foodborne diseases. Methods Totally 3 173 samples were collected from the catering service and circulation of nine prefecture (city) levels in Jilin Province from 2011 to 2019. Bacillus cereus in food was detected according to the method of GB 4789.14-2014 national food safety standard microbiological examination of food. The detection rate was analyzed by rate, composition ratio and χ2 test. Results Among 3 173 food samples from 2011 to 2019 in Jilin Province, the total detection rate of Bacillus cereus was 23.6% (750/3 173), the highest was in 2015 (38.5%, 62/161), and the lowest was in 2017 (11.8%, 20/170). Baishan City had the highest detection rate (35.8%, 139/388), followed by Yanbian Prefecture (31.4%, 97/309), and Siping City had the lowest detection rate (15.3%, 76/496). The detection rate of egg and egg products was the highest (60.0%, 3/5), followed by milk and dairy products (39.3%, 114/290) and infant food (31.1%, 185/595). Contamination of Bacillus cereus was the highest in department stores (32.4%, 22/68), followed by snack bars and beverage stores (30.9%, 43/139), and fast food stores (29.1%, 25/86). The median (interquartile interval) of the detection result of Bacillus cereus by colony forming units method was 5.8 (2.9, 8.7) CFU/g (mL), and the median (interquartile interval) of that by most probable number method was 6.4 (3.2, 9.6) MPN/g (mL). Conclusion There were different degrees of Bacillus cereus contamination in foodstuff in Jilin Province. Among the different cities, foodstuff samples collected from Baishan City was much more serious. Eggs and egg products, milk and dairy products were the main contaminated food. Safety monitoring and management of the snack bar, beverage shop and places in department store should be strengthen
