THE ANALYSIS OF THE ENTERPRISE SOCIAL MANAGEMENT BASED ON DASHBOARDS AND SOCIAL INDICATORS
This paper proposes a focus upon the aspects related to social indicators found in the social dashboards which are necessary for a good social enterprise management. The formal recognition of the need for social information took place in France, once with the promulgation of the social balance sheet law. It can be considered a dashboard with annual frequency, containing a number of indicators which allow a precise diagnosis of human resources and social aspects. The law of 1977 stated the social balance sheet by identifying aspects of human resources, with emphasis on social indicators. The paper presents in detail the milestones of emergence and evolution of social balance sheet, but also its objectives as a dashboard. The develop of social dashboards can be a guarantee of a good "social health” of the organizations in which they are perceived as a management tool because they simplify the Human Resources reporting and analysis.social management, social information, social indicators, social dashboards, social balance sheet
The internet, a possibility of development in Cluj-Napoca’s companies
The article shows the results of an inquiry done in a series of cluj napoca companies regarding the use of the internet for business purposes. From the questioned companies, 275 in number, more than 76% use the internet for business purposes. Thus, we can strongly say that the Cluj companies are “opened” to the newly developed network, being aware of the opportunities that this can offer. Many companies have understood that the internet is an exceptional resource of offering services to clients, they can show details about their products, activities, services, etc. if we consider the electronic commerce and virtual business, then the expending possibilities of the companies grow, making competitive advantages for the development strategies, being in a permanent change.Internet, companies, using, advantages
Integrated Analysis of the Use of Non-Reimbursable Funds. Financial Audit of Non- Reimbursable Funds
The Community funds absorption constitutes itself an objective of the post-accession strategy.Their main role is to close the variances in the economic development level of the EU state members. Whathas been the significance of 12 years EU membership for Romania? Have we succeeded to increase theabsorption degree of the European funds? In what fields? In 2017, was the the termination of the cooperationProtocol, regarding the setting up and the conduct of financial audit for European and other non-reimbursablefunds, a beneficial measure? What is the actual role of the financial audit
Supporting SMEs in view of Their Development and Consolidation through Small and Medium-Sized Practices
SMEs now have a significant importance for the majority of developed and developing economies. Statistics from almost every country show that SMEs prevail in each and every economy. A developed SMEs sector means growth, innovation and last but not least, jobs. SMEs represent the majority of economic entities as well as the majority of jobs from the private sector and the GDP. Unfortunately, the majority of SMEs will have to continue to endure the costs of the economic crises, generating negative effects from a social and economic point of view, engaging similarly to the snowball effect, in greater vulnerabilities. The scope of this study is to highlight the role of the small and medium-sized practices in offering consulting in business for SMEs, in order to provide development and consolidation for this sector

Opinions Regarding State Resilience
Resilience is the phenomenon conferred by the possibility of individual or collective
recovery, intervened after serious traumas. It requires the adoption of positive thinking, the
mobilization of self and positive factors, to abandon the past and use a desire to overcome dramatic
moments, restore the original standard of living and open the way to success in the future. In the
current hybrid threats and confrontations, it makes it possible to overcome the hiatus imposed by the
unfavorable state, instituted at the national level. The state is the key that ensures the vision of
recovery, accumulates the social will, makes individual manifestations of success possible! The
political factor, administrative structures and collectivities will stimulate positive wills, support the
creative energies of exponents, directing them towards successful manifestations. Specifically, the
ternary elements-state/government authorities/society will be supported, taking into account exactly
the hybrid effort, channeled towards their successive destabilization
Opinions Regarding Societal Resilience
It is discussed extensively about resilience as the individual's ability to overcome difficult
moments in life, and the possibility of collectives to overcome unfavorable situations. In all resilient
situations, successes are possible through the use of willpower, physical and mental, being restored to
the ability of the subjects to continue the actions oriented in a positive sense. The resilient approach is
feasible only in the case of establishing some constructive objectives, avoiding the narrow self.
Resilient intentions and concern cannot be made publicly known, being the case of the existence of a
private, confidential approach of the positively oriented individual. In a synergistic manner, the
concerns of the resilient subjects must be directed unitarily for the benefit of the collective. The
success of the resilient approach is given by the harmonized involvement of weight structures: the
mind (thinking), the heart (soul) and the physical body (natural reactions). Societal resilience must be
the result of thinking and action at the level of the resilient state, the effort being corroborated with the
individual effort undertaken by the common citizen
Decisive Procedures Used in Domestic Crises Management During Hybrid War (2)
Nowadays, in the aggressive approach being involved highly technical structures, with
massive combat potential, benefiting from ample support, materialized in all action environments, the
hybrid confrontation has become a certainty. As a result, countermeasure concerns must be well
known at all levels, primarily in the tactical space. So, the factors involved in internal crisis
management will be responsible for the preparation and application of high-value procedures that can
lead to the achievement of the proposed security goals. It is necessary that the combat reactions at
each facility be synchronized with the efforts of the hierarchically higher levels, undertaken in various
spaces or connected with the concerns of the force institutions. This way, it is possible to achieve
desired goals, to maintain the security of the objectives, in relation to the diversity of forms of
aggression considered by a potential aggressor
Effect of hirtisation on the roughness and fatigue performance of porous titanium lattice structures
Additive manufacturing (AM) has enabled the fabrication of extremely complex
components such as porous metallic lattices, which have applications in
aerospace, automotive, and in particular biomedical devices. The fatigue
resistance of these materials is currently an important limitation however, due
to manufacturing defects such as semi-fused particles and weld lines. Here
Hirtisation is used for post-processing of Ti-6Al-4V lattices,
reducing the strut surface roughness (Sa) from 12 to 6 m, removing all
visible semi-fused particles. The evenness of this treatment in lattices with
up to 18.3% and treatment depth of 6.5 mm was assessed,
finding no evidence of reduced effectiveness on internal surfaces. After
normalising to quasi-static mechanical properties to account for material
losses during hirtisation (34-37% reduction in strut diameter), the fatigue
properties show a marked improvement due to the reduction in surface roughness.
Normalised high cycle fatigue strength ()
increased from around 0.1 to 0.16-0.21 after hirtisation, an average increase
of 80%. For orthopaedic implant devices where matching the stiffness of
surrounding bone is crucial, the ratio is a key metric. After
hirtisation the ratio increased by 90%, enabling design of
stiffness matched implant materials with greater fatigue strength. This work
demonstrates that hirtisation is an effective method for improving the surface
roughness of porous lattice materials, thereby enhancing their fatigue
performance.Comment: 10 figure
