Computational Experiment in the Problem of the Recent Traces of Oceanic Cosmic Impacts
The paper aims to fill the gap between geological practice on the problem of the recent traces of
oceanic cosmic impacts and computational experiment on tsunami geology problem. Computational
experiment and numerical analysis data of the oceanic comet impacts could be more effective for
mega tsunami understanding and prediction than the traditional geological methods. We explored the
depositional traces of large-scale water impact on the coast and modeling of mega tsunami given the
steep waves and Mach reflection on the rocky shore and described chevron dunes form on the base
of neural network technology to solve the inverse tsunami problem. The ocean impact craters were
explored using the wavelet analysis digital data of the ocean bottom.Π‘ΡΠ°ΡΡΡ ΠΏΡΠΈΠ·Π²Π°Π½Π° Π·Π°ΠΏΠΎΠ»Π½ΠΈΡΡ ΠΏΡΠΎΠ±Π΅Π» ΠΌΠ΅ΠΆΠ΄Ρ Π³Π΅ΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ³ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΠΌΠΈ ΠΈΠ·ΡΡΠΊΠ°Π½ΠΈΡΠΌΠΈ ΠΏΠΎ ΠΏΡΠΎΠ±Π»Π΅ΠΌΠ΅ Π½Π΅Π΄Π°Π²Π½ΠΈΡ

The mitogenome of Elaphe bimaculata (Reptilia: Colubridae) has never been published: a case with the complete mitochondrial genome of E. dione
The steppes ratsnake, Elaphe dione (Pallas, 1773), is widely distributed across Eurasia, but the systematics and phylogeography of this species remain poorly studied. Sequencing of the full mitochondrial genome of this species provides a reference for its further study. Here, we report the full mitochondrial genome of an E. dione specimen from Krasnoyarsk Krai (East Siberia, Russia). We found that it is highly similar to the previously reported mitochondrial genome of the sister species, E. bimaculata. Both species misidentification by the authors of E. bimaculata mitogenome and the introgressive hybridization between these taxa can possibly explain this observation
Portfolio Analysis of Financial Market Risks by Random Set Tools
A new approach to portfolio analysis of financial market risks by random set tools is considered. Despite many attempts, the consistent and global modeling of financial markets remains an open problem. In particular it remains a challenge to find a simple and tractable economic and probabilistic approach to market modeling. This paper attempts to highlight fundamental properties that a market model should possess. The paper suggests a random set approach as a probabilistic base of this model. Using this approach it is possible to establish a corresponding interactive market dynamics that involves a minimal number of sets. These sets include the set of capital surpluses, the set of capital within assets and the set of capital deficits. Several interesting properties related to random volatility of assets quality, probabilities of quality categories and defaults and matrices of transition probabilities of switching among categories can be derived. In addition the random set approach allows to derive the so called transition set-matrices, random set invariants of capital redistribution processes. Empirical evidence will be given that confirm these random set findings. The approach is also illustrated by collapses in U.S. financial markets in 90's and can be used to explain Russian default'98

Analysis of GRACE satellite measurements over seismically active areas of the strongest earthquakes
The study is devoted to the analysis of the features of the change in the parameter EWH (Equivalent Water Height) over the geoid from the satellite measurements of the GRACE space system in seismically active areas of the strongest underwater earthquakes. The GRACE satellite data archive was created. An interpretation of the disturbed state of the geomedium using digital maps of the spatial distribution of the parameter EWH is performed

Ecosystems and Their Digital Models as Factors of Algocognitive Culture and Transition to New Technological Order
In the paradigm of dissipative structures based on theories of economic and regional development, business networks, and the theory of algocognitive culture, the authors studied the processes of the formation of ecosystem formats for business development in the region as the core of a new technological paradigm. The research aimed to identify the relationship between current development formats in digital transformation with the basic foundations of business ecosystems and the possibility and willingness to use ESG principles and network practices to replicate cognitive forms of human brain hypernetworks. In this research, the authors used the methods of systemic and comparative analysis, grouping, and generalization including the authorsβ practices of functional environmental analysis. As a result, the primary trends showed cooperative-network multi-level formats of interaction between business partners in the space of value formation, the development of the business ecosystem environment of the regional economy, and guidelines for the development of service practices. The new ecosystem formats implemented in the economy are considered as a manifestation of the patterns of dissipative structures and new realities of algocognitive culture including the formation of algorithmic thinking of a contemporary person. The compliance of the development of mass businesses in the region with the primary basic characteristics of ecosystems and their active use of basic digital technologies in business processes is shown. The authors revealed the readiness and need for the development of the economy of the region in the formats of ecosystems and a sufficient degree of development of this kind of format by various businesses of the territory. The possibility and necessity of using digital models of business ecosystems were established and the primary hypothesis of the research was confirmed, which forms the assumption about the active development of modern formats of interactions in the environment of small and medium-sized businesses and their cooperative associations. It provides a basis for the proposal and development of digital models of such interactions, which should significantly increase the effectiveness and speed of qualitative changes in the transition to a new technological way of life
Foresight for development of innovation ecosystems in Russian education: information basis of evaluation
This article attempts to forecast the pattern of development and bottlenecks during rearrangement of the Russian system of higher education in short- and medium-terms. The authors apply system analysis to study the existing realities of various aspects characterizing successfulness and opportunities to achieve academic leadership by leading Russian universities. This work maps out the existing visually perceived state of innovation ecosystems in some leading Russian universities. The studies cover such aspects of development of modern universities as budgeting and properties of its constituents, ability of universities to efficiently perform research and to use the obtained results, transition to mastering and development of various EdTech methods, policy of educational entities in the field of further education and further vocational education. This work describes the approach offering the use of university rating for foresight evaluation of development of Russian universities. The authors believe that in the nearest future the students will be more independent regarding selection of the required knowledge at universities, aiming at acquiring individually-oriented knowledge; the complex system of interaction between universities and ambient world demonstrates not only the importance of high-quality educational process but also of professionally arranged information communication channels
