A comunicação com o utente no aconselhamento farmacêutico

Projeto de Pós-Graduação/Dissertação apresentado à Universidade Fernando Pessoa como parte dos requisitos para obtenção do grau de Mestre em Ciências FarmacêuticasA presente monografia tem como principal objecto de estudo a comunicação com o Utente no decurso do Aconselhamento Farmacêutico. Um conhecimento profundo da problemática da comunicação é fundamental no decurso da actividade farmacêutica e especialmente em Farmácia Comunitária. A boa comunicação é essencial ao estabelecimento de relações interpessoais, nomeadamente da relação Farmacêutico-Utente e dela depende um bom aconselhamento. No desenvolvimento do trabalho procurou dar-se uma visão abrangente desta temática com o objectivo de melhorar o atendimento. Procurou realçar-se que, para além dos essenciais conhecimentos científicos e profissionais, o desenvolvimento de competências sociais e relacionais nomeadamente ao nível do relacionamento interpessoal, da postura e da forma como nós, Farmacêuticos, diariamente comunicamos com os utentes, são tão ou mais importantes que esses conhecimentos teóricos. The present monograph, have as its main object of study the communication between the user and the pharmacist, during the pharmaceutical counseling. A deep knowledge of the matter of communication is primordial to the pharmaceutical activity, especially in community pharmacy. Good communication skills are essential to the establishment of interpersonal relationships, in particular, to the pharmacist-patient relationship and proper counseling depends on it. In the development of this work I seeked to provide an embracing vision of this theme, trying to archive the goal of improving the treatment. It was tried to emphasize that, besides the essential scientific and professional abilities, the development of both social and relational competences, particularly at posture and the way we, as pharmacists, daily communicate with the patients are as much or even more important than that theoretical knowledge
