    The Principle of Equality Before the Court in the Systemic Unity of the Instances of the Judicial System of Russia

    The article considers the principle of equality of all before the court. Based on the relationship between the possibilities for ensuring procedural equality in the courts of first and appellate instances, the subsequent assessment of the legality of a judicial act in the courts of cassation and at the stage of supervisory proceedings, the authors came to the conclusion that the existing means of ensuring equality through economic instruments does not fully correspond to the goals of legal proceedings. In this regard, procedural equality between economically strong subjects, economically self-sufficient subjects and other participants in legal proceedings should be ensured by granting a different scope of procedural rights to persons in a worse economic situation relative to the opposite side

    У каждого третьего мужчины старше 50 лет возникает малотравматичный перелом, последствия которого тяжелее, чем у женщин. Среди факторов риска важное место занимает сахарный диабет (СД) и гипогонадизм. До сих пор существует проблема несвоевременной диагностики и лечения остеопороза(ОП) у мужчин. Цель. Установить частоту остеопороза у мужчин с СД 2 типа в зависимости от андрогенного статуса. Материал и методы. Обследовано 40 мужчин с СД 2 в возрасте 50-60 лет, которые были разделены на 2 сопоставимые группы в зависимости от андрогенной обеспеченности: 20 человек 1 группы имели возрастной андрогенный дефицит и 20 человек 2 группы - с нормальным уровнем тестостерона. Проводилось исследование крови на общий тестостерон (Т), глобулин связывающий половые гормоны (ГСПГ), пролактин, тиреотропный гормон (ТТГ), лютеинизирующий гормон (ЛГ), кальций (Ca), фосфор (P), кре-атинин. Всем мужчинам проводилась рентгеновская денситометрия (DXA) с целью оценки минеральной плотности костной ткани (МПКТ) бедра. Результаты. Частота остеопороза у мужчин 1 группы составила 20%, а во 2 группе - 10%. Кроме того, у мужчин с уровнем эстрадиола 20 пг/мл - 5%. Однако, низкие уровни общего тестостерона и вычисленного свободного тестостерона сильнее коррелировали со снижением МПКТ, чем низкие уровни эстрадиола. Выводы. Дефицит половых гормонов (тестостерона и эстрадиола) оказывает значимое влияние на развитие остеопороза у мужчин с СД 2 типа

    Stimulated Raman Scattering in Pb(MoO4)1−x(WO4)x with x = 0, 0.5, 0.8 and 1.0 with Combined Frequency Shifts on High- and Low-Frequency Raman Modes under Synchronous Picosecond Laser Pumping

    Comparative characteristics of spontaneous and stimulated Raman scattering in Pb(MoO4)1−x(WO4)x single crystals (x = 0, 0.5, 0.8, and 1.0) including both the high (ν1) and low (ν2) frequency internal anionic group vibrations have been investigated. It was found that among these crystals, Pb(MoO4)0.2(WO4)0.8 is the most suitable for multi-wavelength Raman laser in several Raman modes simultaneously. This is caused by the optimal relative Mo/W content corresponding to the most efficient coherent combination of the (MoO4)2− and (WO4)2− vibrations enhancing the output radiation characteristics of the synchronously pumped Pb(MoO4)0.2(WO4)0.8 Raman laser. Oscillation of up to twelve, closely spaced SRS components in a range of 1128–1360 nm and the strongest pulse shortening down to 1.16 ps in comparison with not only PbMoO4 and PbWO4 but also with all the earlier investigated nominally pure scheelite-like tungstate and molybdate crystals has been achieved
