This paper work assessment on the study of the workability and mechanical strength properties of the high strength concrete reinforced with industrial waste fibers. This waste steel scrap material which is available from the lathe is used as a steel fiber for innovative construction industry and also in pavement construction. Lathe waste is generated by each lathe industries and dumping of these wastes in the barren soil contaminating the soil and ground water, which creates an unhealthy environment. In addition to get sustainable development and environmental benefits, lathe scrap as recycled fibers with concrete are likely to be used. Experimental studies are done to know about fresh and hardened concrete properties of SFRC and their mechanical properties such as compressive strength, flexural strength and split tensile strength are found to be increased due to the addition of steel scrap fiber in the concrete. When compared with conventional concrete to SFRC, steel fiber increases flexural strength by 40% and considerable increase in compressive and tensile strength. These fibers may also contribute to improve properties such as shrinkage reduction, modulus of elasticity, toughness, resistance to cracking and preventing crack propagation. The workability of fresh concrete containing lathe scraps are carried out by using slump test. This paper focuses on structural strength enhancement and improvement in fatigue life of rigid pavement by locally available scrap steel. These rigid pavements using steel scrap promises an appreciably higher design life, offer better serviceability and minimize crack growth and corrosion. The innovative idea of this paper is the use of waste lathe scrap as recycled steel fibers, which provides more economical and environmental sustainable SFRC PAVEMENTS. Key words: lathe scarps steel fibers, Fatigue endurance, Flexural strength, workability, Tensile strength

Cloud computing is the most emerging technology today which is used by most of the social media sites to store the data. The data stored on the cloud is private data of the user so it must not be tampered by other entities. The previous system has worked on reducing the storage space by copying and archiving data but on the cost of reduced performance rate. We propose a system to enhance the storage space by performing deduplication on data and shuffling the data, between the number of directories within cloud after particular interval of time to avoid the tracking of data to enhance the security. The backup of the data will be taken timely into the back up directory. The proposed system will provide ease to use the cloud

Injectable pH and Thermo-Responsive Hydrogel Scaffold with Enhanced Osteogenic Differentiation of Preosteoblasts for Bone Regeneration

Bone fractures are common in the geriatric population and pose a great economic burden worldwide. While traditional methods for repairing bone defects have primarily been autografts, there are several drawbacks limiting its use. Bone graft substitutes have been used as alternative strategies to improve bone healing. However, there remain several impediments to achieving the desired healing outcomes. Injectable hydrogels have become attractive scaffold materials for bone regeneration, given their high performance in filling irregularly sized bone defects and their ability to encapsulate cells and bioactive molecules and mimic the native ECM of bone. We investigated the use of an injectable chitosan-based hydrogel scaffold to promote the differentiation of preosteoblasts in vitro. The hydrogels were characterized by evaluating cell homogeneity, cell viability, rheological and mechanical properties, and differentiation ability of preosteoblasts in hydrogel scaffolds. Cell-laden hydrogel scaffolds exhibited shear thinning behavior and the ability to maintain shape fidelity after injection. The CNC-CS hydrogels exhibited higher mechanical strength and significantly upregulated the osteogenic activity and differentiation of preosteoblasts, as shown by ALP activity assays and histological analysis of hydrogel scaffolds. These results suggest that this injectable hydrogel is suitable for cell survival, can promote osteogenic differentiation of preosteoblasts, and structurally support new bone growth
