Cloud has hugequantity of resources. In such a situation, to attain the acceptable presentation, it is indispensable to usage the possessionsdelivered by the cloud service provider (CSP) to stock and segment the data. At the moment, many cloud mobile claims have been extensivelycastoff. In these claims, data owners can upload their photos, videos, documents and other files to the cloud and segment these data with other data users they like to stake.  Explanations with stumpy computational overhead are in prodigious need for mobile cloud applications. In this paper, we recommend a lightweight data sharing scheme (LDSS) for mobile cloud computing.  The investigational results show that LDSS can confirm data concealment in mobile cloud and decrease the overhead on users’ side in mobile cloud

Background: Shoulder stiffness is a manifestation of various pathologies or clinical scenarios variously described as scapula humeral periarthritis, frozen shoulder and adhesive capsulitis. Frozen shoulder is characterized by significant restriction of active and passive motion of the shoulder that occurs due to unknown factors. Adhesive capsulitis causes contracted, thickened joint capsule that seemed to be drawn tightly around the humeral head with a relative absence of synovial fluid and chronic inflammatory changes within the subsynovial layer of the capsule. In this study we did a comparison of 30 patients treated with arthroscopic release and manipulation under anesthesia. Methods: There were 30 patients in this study with 15 patients in each group of different age groups. All the patients were studied for a period of one year between July 2021 to July 2022. The functional outcomes were assessed using dash scoring system. Results: in this study of 30 patients with different age groups followed for 12 months and assessed by DASH scoring system. We had excellent results in arthroscopic group with postop dash score standard deviation is 5.87. Conclusions: The arthroscopic capsular release of shoulder joint in adhesive capsulitis was found to have a better functional outcome as compared to the manipulation of shoulder joint under anaesthesia. Currently no treatment protocols are universally effective which needs more and more research and developments for proper treatment strategies. Morbidity with this condition has caused significant loss both economically and psychologically

    RAINBOW TECHNOLOGY

Rainbow Technology, a breakthrough in digital data storage enables us to store up to a massive 450 GB on just a piece of paper. Rainbow Storage is a group of techniques to store digital data in some colors, color combinations and some symbols known as rainbow format, and therefore a rainbow picture will be generated. The technique is used to achieve high-density storage. With the help of Rainbow system we would be watching full-length high-definition videos from a piece of paper! The main attraction is the cheap paper. The Rainbow technology is feasible because printed text, readable by the human eye is a very wasteful use of the potential capacity of paper to store data. By printing the data encoded in a denser way much higher capacities can be achieved. Paper is, of course, bio-degradable, unlike CDs or DVDs. And sheets of paper also cost a fraction of the cost of a CD or DV

UPQC-Based Power Quality Improvement in Grid-linked PV, Battery & Wind Systems

This paper portrays an examination into the enhancement of power quality in grid-connected photovoltaic (PV), battery, and wind systems using Unified Power Quality Conditioner (UPQC). The incorporation of non-conventional energy resources such as PV, wind, and battery storage into the grid introduces challenges related to power fluctuations, voltage sags, harmonics, and power factor variations. To address these confronts, the UPQC approach is employed to improve power quality parameters and ensure grid stability. In this study, Perturb and Observe (P&O) Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) techniques are utilized for both PV and wind energy systems to optimize power extraction from these sources. Additionally, Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) control is applied to the shunt and series inverters to regulate voltage levels, mitigate harmonics, and improve overall system efficiency. The ANFIS-based control strategy enhances the performance of the inverters by dynamically adjusting their parameters based on system operating conditions. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed UPQC-based approach in mitigating power quality issues, reducing voltage fluctuations, improving power factor, and enhancing system stability during varying load conditions. The integration of P&O MPPT for PV and wind systems along with ANFIS control for inverters significantly contributes to the overall power quality enhancement in grid-linked non-conventional energy structures

Differential Leukocyte and Platelet Profiles in Distinct Models of Traumatic Brain Injury

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) affects over 3 million individuals every year in the U.S. There is growing appreciation that TBI can produce systemic modifications, which are in part propagated through blood–brain barrier (BBB) dysfunction and blood–brain cell interactions. As such, platelets and leukocytes contribute to mechanisms of thromboinflammation after TBI. While these mechanisms have been investigated in experimental models of contusion brain injury, less is known regarding acute alterations following mild closed head injury. To investigate the role of platelet dynamics and bioenergetics after TBI, we employed two distinct, well-established models of TBI in mice: the controlled cortical impact (CCI) model of contusion brain injury and the closed head injury (CHI) model of mild diffuse brain injury. Hematology parameters, platelet-neutrophil aggregation, and platelet respirometry were assessed acutely after injury. CCI resulted in an early drop in blood leukocyte counts, while CHI increased blood leukocyte counts early after injury. Platelet-neutrophil aggregation was altered acutely after CCI compared to sham. Furthermore, platelet bioenergetic coupling efficiency was transiently reduced at 6 h and increased at 24 h post-CCI. After CHI, oxidative phosphorylation in intact platelets was reduced at 6 h and increased at 24 h compared to sham. Taken together, these data demonstrate that brain trauma initiates alterations in platelet-leukocyte dynamics and platelet metabolism, which may be time- and injury-dependent, providing evidence that platelets carry a peripheral signature of brain injury. The unique trend of platelet bioenergetics after two distinct types of TBI suggests the potential for utilization in prognosis

Initial Commitment to Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis and Circumcision for HIV Prevention amongst Indian Truck Drivers

Studies of HIV prevention interventions such as pre-exposure prophylaxis (PREP) and circumcision in India are limited. The present study sought to investigate Indian truck-drivers initial commitment to PREP and circumcision utilizing the AIDS Risk Reduction Model. Ninety truck-drivers completed an in-depth qualitative interview and provided a blood sample for HIV and HSV-2 testing. Truck-drivers exhibited low levels of initial commitment towards PREP and even lower for circumcision. However, potential leverage points for increasing commitment were realized in fear of infecting family rather than self, self-perceptions of risk, and for PREP focusing on cultural beliefs towards medication and physicians. Cost was a major barrier to both HIV prevention interventions. Despite these barriers, our findings suggest that the ARRM may be useful in identifying several leverage points that may be used by peers, health care providers and public health field workers to enhance initial commitment to novel HIV prevention interventions in India

1058-1067Short-term hyperthyroidism, induced by daily administration of T3 (20ÎŒgl/100g body weight) for one, three, and five days consecutively, modulates oxidative stress and antioxidant defence parameters in mitochondrial and postmitochondrial fractions of testis in adult rats. Alteration in antioxidant defences along with oxidative stress parameters in testis by thyroid hormone was found to be associated with a decline in the number of sperms and disturbances in histoarchitecture of seminiferous tubules in the testes; the results indicated that induced hyperthyroid state altered testicular physiology by influencing antioxidant defence system of testes
