    Increase Factors of China’s Agricultural Products Exporting to Member Countries of Shanghai Cooperation Organization

    Purpose-China’s agricultural product exporting to the member countries of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) appeared the trends of faster increase. In order to further enhance the agricultural trade and cooperation, this paper will verify the increasing factors of China’s agricultural products exporting to the SCO member countries. Design/Methodology/Approach-The Constant Market share Model (CMS) with two-level decomposition is used to identify different factors, among which the increase effect is the main increase factor, and then the covering increase factors are summarized. Findings-The increase factors of China’s agricultural products exporting to SCO the Member Countries were appeared in different types, however, to some extent the constraining effects are highly similar. Originality/Value-This study is the first to carry out the analysis on the increase factor in the case of China’s agricultural products exporting to the SCO member countries.     Research on duplex underwater wireless laser communication system

    To improve the bit error rate (BER) of underwater wireless laser communication and increase communication speed, a duplex underwater wireless laser communication system is designed. The system uses both blue and green lasers to transmit signals simultaneously, and adopts an improved modulation and demodulation algorithm to achieve separate modulation of the two sets of signals. A duplex underwater wireless laser communication system builds based on 440 and 550 nm lasers. On the basis of analyzing the absorption and scattering characteristics of seawater in laser communication, the influence of turbulence on communication efficiency is discussed. Improved the traditional duplex modulation algorithm and conducted communication testing at a depth of 2.0 m underwater. The experimental results show that when the communication distance increases from 5 to 50 m, the BER of the unoptimized duplex mode increases from 2.34 × 10−7 to 3.5 × 10−5. After adopting the optimization algorithm, the BER increases from 2.81 × 10−7 to 1.18 × 10−6, and the signal attenuation has been significantly suppressed.     Rapid and Sensitive Recombinase Polymerase Amplification Combined With Lateral Flow Strip for Detecting African Swine Fever Virus

    African swine fever virus (ASFV), the etiological agent of African swine fever (ASF), a hemorrhagic fever of domestic pigs, has devastating consequences for the pig farming industry. More than 1,000,000 pigs have been slaughtered since 3 August 2018 in China. However, vaccines or drugs for ASF have yet to be developed. As such, a rapid test that can accurately detect ASFV on-site is important to the timely implementation of control measures. In this study, we developed a rapid test that combines recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) of the ASFV p72 gene with lateral flow detection (LFD). Results showed that the sensitivity of recombinase polymerase amplification with lateral flow dipstick (RPA-LFD) for ASFV was 150 copies per reaction within 10 min at 38°C. The assay was highly specific to ASFV and had no cross-reactions with other porcine viruses, including classical swine fever virus (CSFV). A total of 145 field samples were examined using our method, and the agreement of the positive rate between RPA-LFD (10/145) and real-time PCR (10/145) was 100%. Overall, RPA-LFD provides a novel alternative for the simple, sensitive, and specific identification of ASFV and showed potential for on-site ASFV detection

    Secondary-Transferring Graphene Electrode for Stable FOLED

    Abstract In this work, sharp wrinkles on graphene films, caused by graphene duplicating the grain boundary cracks of copper foil during the preparation process, were carefully explored. A secondary-transferring graphene film process was proposed to re-transform the “Peak” morphology of graphene surface into “Valley” form. The process we have developed is highly effective and almost nondestructive to the graphene through testing the surface morphology and photo-electric properties before and after the secondary-transferring process. Flexible organic light-emitting device (FOLED) with PEDOT:PSS/SLG/NOA63 framework as a targeted application was fabricated to illustrate the value of our proposed method in fabricating stable devices, the maximum luminance can reach about 35000 cd/m2, and the maximum current efficiency was 16.19 cd/A.
