We discuss in this paper the possible contributions from R_\rho(\rho-reggeon associated with \rho meson) in DIS process on protons. Using results from phenomenological analysis of high energy \pi-N charge-exchanged scattering process, we get the expression of effective propagator of R_\rho and the coupling constant \beta_\rho between R_\rho and light quarks. As a simple and concrete example, we use them to evaluate the contributions of R_\rho to F_2(x,Q^2) from charge-exchanged photoproduction quark-pair process,\gamma^* + p-->n + q_u + \bar{q}_d (--> n + X), in HERA kinematical regions. For a comparison, we also evaluate contributions both from pomeron and partons in the same process. The ratio of contributions in F_2(x,Q^2) from R_\rho versus IP is larger than 1%, therefore, the former may be tested experimentaly.Comment: 13 page, LaTex, 4 figure in postscript. In the title complex, [Zn(C2N3)(C18H18N4)]ClO4, the ZnII ion has a slightly distorted trigonal–bipyramidal ZnN5 coordination geometry. The crystal structure is stabilized by weak intermolecular C—H⋯O and C—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. In addition, there are relatively close contacts between the O atoms of the perchlorate anion and symmetry-related pyridine rings [O⋯Cg = 3.179 (3) and 3.236 (3) Å, where Cg is the centroid of a pyridine ring], and between the terminal N atom of the dicyanamide ligand and pyridine rings [N⋯Cg = 3.381 (4)–3.761 (3) Å]. The central N atom of the dicyanamide ligand is disordered over two sites in an approximately 0.6:0.4 ratio

AIM:To investigate the reasons of the barriers to free cataract surgery in suburban area of one city in middle China.
METHODS: From 2008 to 2009, in Sight Rehabilitation Programme of Cataract in suburban district of one city in middle China, all visually significant cataract patients screened were questioned about why he/she did not accept free cataract surgery. The answers were recorded and analyzed.
RESULTS: Of 892 screened patients, only 387 patients(43.39%)wanted a free cataract surgery at first. At last 490 patients(54.93%)accepted free surgery. The main reasons for patients who did not accept free surgery include: be afraid of surgery and wanting other treatments(193, 21.64%), thinking the eyesight was enough for daily life(148, 16.59%), worrying about that the result would not be good as those paid for surgery(147, 16.48%), and other reasons(17, 1.91%).
CONCLUSION: The reasons of the barriers to free cataract surgery include patients' ignorance, surgery outcome of patients around, and working mode of designated surgical hospital
