Research on Cloud Enterprise Resource Integration and Scheduling Technology Based on Mixed Set Programming
With the development of Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing, aiming at the incompatibility of heterogeneous manufacturing resource interfaces and the low efficiency of collaborative scheduling of manufacturing resources among enterprises,we proposed the resource integration and scheduling strategy among enterprises based on Mixed Set Programming [1]. By using the metadata and ontology modeling methods, we were able to realize a standardized model description of manufacturing resources. At last, an enterprise application case was discussed to verify the resources integration and scheduling strategy based on Mixed Set Programming is effective to optimize and improve the efficiency of the collaborative scheduling of resources among enterprises. The resources integration and scheduling strategy based on Mixed Set Programming could be applied to promote the optimal allocation of manufacturing resources

Measuring Electric Charge and Molecular Coverage on Electrode Surface from Transient Induced Molecular Electronic Signal (TIMES).
Charge density and molecular coverage on the surface of electrode play major roles in the science and technology of surface chemistry and biochemical sensing. However, there has been no easy and direct method to characterize these quantities. By extending the method of Transient Induced Molecular Electronic Signal (TIMES) which we have used to measure molecular interactions, we are able to quantify the amount of charge in the double layers at the solution/electrode interface for different buffer strengths, buffer types, and pH values. Most uniquely, such capabilities can be applied to study surface coverage of immobilized molecules. As an example, we have measured the surface coverage for thiol-modified single-strand deoxyribonucleic acid (ssDNA) as anchored probe and 6-Mercapto-1-hexanol (MCH) as blocking agent on the platinum surface. Through these experiments, we demonstrate that TIMES offers a simple and accurate method to quantify surface charge and coverage of molecules on a metal surface, as an enabling tool for studies of surface properties and surface functionalization for biochemical sensing and reactions
Monolayer Molybdenum Disulfide Nanoribbons with High Optical Anisotropy
Two-dimensional Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2) has shown promising prospects for
the next generation electronics and optoelectronics devices. The monolayer MoS2
can be patterned into quasi-one-dimensional anisotropic MoS2 nanoribbons
(MNRs), in which theoretical calculations have predicted novel properties.
However, little work has been carried out in the experimental exploration of
MNRs with a width of less than 20 nm where the geometrical confinement can lead
to interesting phenomenon. Here, we prepared MNRs with width between 5 nm to 15
nm by direct helium ion beam milling. High optical anisotropy of these MNRs is
revealed by the systematic study of optical contrast and Raman spectroscopy.
The Raman modes in MNRs show strong polarization dependence. Besides that the
E' and A'1 peaks are broadened by the phonon-confinement effect, the modes
corresponding to singularities of vibrational density of states are activated
by edges. The peculiar polarization behavior of Raman modes can be explained by
the anisotropy of light absorption in MNRs, which is evidenced by the polarized
optical contrast. The study opens the possibility to explore
quasione-dimensional materials with high optical anisotropy from isotropic 2D
family of transition metal dichalcogenides
