Business process reengineering for the increase in the environmental friendliness of construction
Some current trends and prospects of the world construction industry development from environmental economics position are presented in article. The increased role of innovations and their influence on the competitiveness of construction company in the context of economic, social and ecological components is analyzed. Reduction of some negative impact of all the types of technological processes of construction on the environment is connected with the growth of innovative opportunities. This research proves the need of overcoming technical and technological lag for the development of the construction industry by the means of introduction of business processes management instruments. Justification of reengineering as an effective way of transformation of the technology of construction production is made. The algorithm of stage-by-stage reengineering of business processes, offered in the article is the instrument of effective introduction of technological innovations in the construction companies according to current ecological requirements
Approach to defining the object of energy efficiency assessment in industry
A scientific project focused on the development of a methodology for assessing energy efficiency classes of industrial facilities identified the primary research problems. The first and most important of them is the absence of a categorical and conceptual apparatus in the field of energy efficiency in industry, both in the Russian Federation and at the global level. This fact limits the definition of the system of indicators in the diagnosis of energy consumption. The study analyzed the definitions of an industrial facility contained in the current legislative and regulatory documents, as well as related assessment categories, such as: an industrial building and an industrial enterprise. The lack of unity in the definition of the identified categories, and in some cases their contradiction, demanded clarification of the category “industrial facility” as an object of diagnostics of energy consumption in industry, within the framework of an expert survey with the involvement of Russian and foreign experts in the field of energy. The practical significance of the results of the study is that the clarification of the category “industrial facility” is an integral attribute of the process of developing a methodological framework for assessing energy efficiency in industry, affecting its substantive part

Simultaneously, job satisfaction increased by a significant 20.6%, highlighting the alignment of AI with worker well-being. Deep Learning Algorithms in Industry 5.0: A Comprehensive Experimental Study
This extensive experimental research provides strong empirical proof of the revolutionary power of deep learning algorithms when integrated into Industry 5.0. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN), and Transformers are a few examples of deep learning algorithms that have shown remarkable accuracy rates of 92.3%, 88.7%, and 95.1%, respectively. Furthermore, the processing durations, which vary between 15 and 25 milliseconds, confirm their ability to make decisions in real time. The abundance of various data accessible in Industry 5.0 is highlighted by data collection sources such as picture databases (300 GB), text corpora (150 GB), equipment records (250 GB), and IoT sensor data (500 GB). The significant energy savings, shown by 20% reductions across a range of machine types, highlight the financial and ecological advantages of deep learning integration. Moreover, the noteworthy improvements in production quality, exhibiting up to 50% reductions in defect rates, highlight the potential of deep learning in quality assurance. These results provide tangible proof of the critical roles deep learning algorithms play in streamlining production lines, increasing energy economy, and boosting product quality in the ever-changing Industry 5.0 environment
IoT-Enhanced Public Safety in Smart Environments: A Comparative Analysis Using the Public Safety IoT Test
The present study does a comparative analysis to evaluate the efficacy of public safety measures boosted by the Internet of Things (IoT) in various smart settings. The "Public Safety IoT Test" methodology is used in the research to evaluate costs, user happiness, and safety improvement percentages. Smart Surveillance devices showed a noteworthy 35% increase in safety in metropolitan City A, while Wearable Health devices showed a surprising 40% increase in safety in rural Village D. At a cost of 10,000 in Village D, these results emphasize the potential of IoT technology to improve public safety and well-being. User satisfaction scores of 4 and 5, respectively, demonstrate the acceptance and efficacy of these devices. Policymakers and urban planners may benefit greatly from this study, which highlights the flexibility of IoT devices in a variety of smart settings and their important role in creating communities that are safer and more resilient
Methodological basis for the development of the rating system for assessing the energy efficiency of the industrial facilities
Nowadays, there is a key problem in the development of energy conservation and energy efficiency in the Russian Federation. It is the absence of the system for assessing energy efficiency of the largest ultimate customers of the energy resources, they are industrial facilities. We can speak about the existence of the methods for classifying residential buildings or equipment as energy efficient. We can also speak about the absence of the methods for assessing the energy efficiency of the industrial facilities in both foreign and Russian practice nowadays. The methodological basis for the development of the rating system for assessing the energy efficiency of the industrial facilities is discussed in this article. The fundamental principles are presented in it. They must be taken into account when developing the rating system. The structural and logical scheme for the development of the rating system for assessing the energy efficiency of the industrial facilities is proposed. It reflects the relationship and sequence of its main elements, and it allows presenting the development process in the complete form
Assessment of the economic efficiency of the innovative development of industrial enterprises
The savings received from the implementation of innovative measures are usually associated with the results of other measures regarding the expansion of production capabilities. In this regard, it is advisable to consider the impact of innovative development of an enterprise on the efficiency of its activities in the framework of studying the economic efficiency of scientific and technological progress and its impact on reducing costs and not using effective innovations in production. The canonical correlation method is used, which allows one to simultaneously analyze the systems of indicators of production efficiency and the factors that define it. To analyze and assess the efficiency of the innovative development of an enterprise, an optimal combination of factors for its increase is proposed, based on the fact that many factors affecting the efficiency of economic activity, together with the complexity of their relationships, have optimal ranges of actions
Improvement of the management subsystem in the economic mechanism of the construction enterprises, taking into account the innovative component
The scale and the level of the scientific developments in forming of the economic mechanism for managing innovative development, the search for the main factors that hinder the innovative activities of the enterprises and grounding of the mechanisms for attracting innovations into production remain insufficiently studied. The article presents recommendations on forming the economic mechanism for managing the innovative development of the construction enterprises. Quality assurance is understood as a system of measures that constantly maintain consumer confidence in the product quality. Accordingly, the role of the personnel of the enterprise increases significantly. Therefore, it is necessary to pay great attention to the functioning of the following principles: labor collective; machines; materials; method; sphere. Considering this fact, the mechanism for maximizing the management of the innovative development has been proposed, which is based on the principles of management, on the principles of the quality system and the improvement of the construction enterprises activities
Outsourcing in the housing sector
The purpose of the study is to justify the use of such a mechanism to improve the efficiency of enterprises as outsourcing, taking into account the specifics of the housing and communal services industry. The relevance is dictated by the fact that some activities are too burdensome and expensive for companies, so managers decide to use the services of contractors. Outsourcing has become an integral part of modern housing and communal services. The authors summarized the foreign experience of reforming housing and communal services and formed proposals for the implementation of outsourcing. Foreign experience of reforming of housing and communal services and the principles of management of housing stock of such countries as Germany, Poland, Great Britain, and France is analyzed. According to the carried-out analysis, some recommendations concerning the increase in the role of bodies of self-organization of the population in management of this sphere and ensuring improvement of quality of granting housing and communal services to the population are offered in the article. Advantages of the use of outsourcing in the activity of utility companies are revealed.
