Dataset for SPASTC: A Spatial Partitioning Algorithm for Scalable Travel-time Computation

This dataset is associated with the paper "SPASTC: A Spatial Partitioning Algorithm for Scalable Travel-time Computation"SPASTC is designed as a novel algorithm for partitioning points in space *together* with the spatial context of the points. It was specifically designed for enabling scalable and memory constrained travel-time catchment calculations for spatial accessibility analysis. This repository contains:* `data` - the necessary data for SPASTC and accessibility calculation. Due to file limits, we do not provide the OSM network data necessary for calculating travel-time. To run the code properly, data.zip should be unzipped in the same directory with the other files ('Daily changes in spatial accessibility to ICU beds during the COVID-19 pandemic.ipynb' and 'utils.py'). </p
