    Using information-communication technologies in educational process organization

The article addresses the influence of informationcommunication technologies on the development and improvement of informational-educational environment of a modern university. It defines the tendencies of further development and methods of information and Internet technologies' application in informationaleducational environment of a university. The article presents and analyzes the results of a survey among students with the aim of revealing the level of activity in using informational-educational environment in the educational process. The following phenomena were defined as the tendencies of the development of informational-educational environment of a university: processes of converting universities' documents, document flows and communication channels to the electronic format; active introduction and use of electronic educational and educational-methodic documents; decrease of expenses related to the support of communication process, increase of its efficiency and accessibility of its results not only for university students and teachers but for the society in general by using the "free ware" type software. Control of students' knowledge is an important stage in the educational process. If the tests are designed correctly, students' knowledge, abilities and skills are reflected in the performance of the control tests' tasks. Knowledge control in the StartExam program is one the possible ways of increasing the efficiency of students' knowledge control and teacher's work capacity

The problem under study is urgent as there is the lack of research by the Russian scientists concerning training and retraining of the teachers to implement professionally motivational training of the students majoring in "Tourism". This article presents guidelines for the teachers to optimize professionally motivational training of the students majoring in "Tourism", which are one of the most important conditions for the effective formation of the students’ motivational sphere in continuous professional education. The article provisions are practically significant for the administration and teaching staff of the vocational education institutions in the course of organizing professionally motivational training of the students and also for the centers that provide training and professional retraining of the college and university teachers

The need to study this problem stems from the fact that in a competitive tourism business the problem of competent, professionally-motivated personnel training is actualized for the implementation of this type of activity in modern conditions. To solve this problem in practice, it is necessary to investigate its theoretical foundations. In this context, this paper presents the rationale for the principles of professionally-motivating training of students majoring in "Tourism", and also proposes the rules to implement them in practice. The article contents are valuable both in theoretical and practical terms for university faculty members that train students majoring in "Tourism"

In the article the research and methodological practices are proposed for improving the competitiveness of the Russian education services market under the conditions of international educational integration at the federal (legal and regulatory, organizational and pedagogical, organizational and methodological program), regional (legal and regulatory, organizational and administrative, organizational and methodological, and socially-pedagogical program) and university levels (legal and regulatory, organizational and administrative, socially-pedagogical, learning and teaching, and information-technology program). The proposed recommendations in the article are of practical value for international departments of higher education institutions in order to optimize the processes of Russian universities entering into the international educational space
