VULNERABILIDADE DO TRABALHADOR NA AGROINDÚSTRIA

ResumoObjetivo: analisar as situações de vulnerabilidade do trabalhador da agroindústria em Chapecó/SC. Métodos: tratou-se de um estudo de abordagem qualitativa, de caráter descritivo. Os dados foram coletados através de entrevistas semiestruturadas com trabalhadores da linha de produção. A análise de dados deu-se por meio da análise temática. Foram entrevistados 13 trabalhadores. A partir dos conceitos vulnerabilidade individual, vulnerabilidade institucional e vulnerabilidade social surgiram os temas que agregam os conteúdos deste trabalho. Resultados: pode-se perceber que por desconhecer ou não identificar determinadas situações de risco, o trabalhador tem ações desprotegidas, que podem conduzir a acidentes de trabalho ou também a doenças ocupacionais. Conclusões: o estudo contribuiu para entender a situação de vulnerabilidade deste grupo específico de trabalhadores e assim colaborar com o ensino, pesquisa e extensão.Palavras-chave: saúde do trabalhador; vulnerabilidade em saúde; condições de trabalho. AbstractObjective: to analyze the situations of vulnerability of the agroindustry worker in Chapecó / SC. Methods this was a qualitative, descriptive study. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews with workers from the production line. Data analysis was done through the thematic analysis. We interviewed 13 workers. From the concepts of individual vulnerability, institutional vulnerability and social vulnerability, the themes that aggregate the contents of this work emerged. Results: it can be noticed that because it does not know or not to identify certain risk situations, the worker has unprotected actions, that can lead to accidents at work or also to occupational diseases.
