EDA Problemática en salud del Departamento del Choco

En este documento se muestra la información correspondiente al Diplomado De Profundización Gestión De La Salud Publica que tiene como finalidad la construcción de estrategias e intervenciones enfocadas en las necesidades del Departamento de Choco en especial la enfermedad de EDA (Enfermedad Diarreica Aguda) como afectación patológica en menores de 5 años que conlleva a la deshidratación crónica que requiere manejo inmediato intrahospitalario; para ello es clave identificar dentro del campo de investigación los factores y causas directas e indirectas que han vuelto esta afectación un tema recurrente y repetitivo en salud para la población vulnerable del departamento del Choco, quienes por años se han visto afectados por el desequilibrio económico, la baja accesibilidad a recursos monetarios, falta de acceso a servicios de salud de calidad, falta de acceso a agua potable, entre otros factores que serán mencionados a continuación, permitiendo esclarecer el punto de partida, y desde allí comprenderse cuál es la estrategia adecuada que debe ser implementada para mediar y subsanar, así como contrarrestar la taza de menores afectados, por medio de programas de prevención y promoción en salud.This document shows the information corresponding to the Public Health Management Deepening Diploma whose purpose is to build strategies and interventions focused on the needs of the Department of Choco, especially the disease of ADD (Acute Diarrheal Disease) as a pathological affectation in children under 5 years of age that leads to chronic dehydration that requires immediate in-hospital management; For this, it is essential to identify within the field of research the direct and indirect factors and causes that have made this affectation a recurring and repetitive health issue for the vulnerable population of the department of Choco, who for years have been affected by the economic imbalance, low accessibility to monetary resources, lack of access to quality health services, lack of access to drinking water, among other factors that will be mentioned below, allowing to clarify the starting point, and from there to understand what is the appropriate strategy that It must be implemented to mediate and correct, as well as to counteract the number of minors affected, through prevention and health promotion programs
