Portable biomimetic sensor devices for the express control of phenols content in water were developed. The synthetic binding sites mimicking active site of the enzyme tyrosinase were formed in the structure of free-standing molecularly imprinted polymer membranes. Molecularly imprinted polymer membranes with the catalytic activity were obtained by co-polymerization of the complex Cu (II)–catechol–urocanic acid ethyl ester with (tri)ethyleneglycoldimethacrylate, and oligourethaneacrylate. Addition of the elastic component oligourethaneacrylate provided formation of the highly cross-linked polymer with the catalytic activity in a form of thin, flexible, and mechanically stable membrane. High accessibility of the artificial catalytic sites for the interaction with the analyzed phenol molecules was achieved due to addition of linear polymer (polyethyleneglycol Mw 20,000) to the initial monomer mixture before the polymerization. As a result, typical semi-interpenetrating polymer networks (semi-IPNs) were formed. The cross-linked component of the semi-IPN was represented by the highly cross-linked catalytic molecularly imprinted polymer, while the linear one was represented by polyethyleneglycol Mw 20,000. Extraction of the linear polymer from the fully formed semi-IPN resulted in formation of large pores in the membranes’ structure. Concentration of phenols in the analyzed samples was detected using universal portable device oxymeter with the oxygen electrode in a close contact with the catalytic molecularly imprinted polymer membrane as a transducer. The detection limit of phenols detection using the developed sensor system based on polymers–biomimics with the optimized composition comprised 0.063 mM, while the linear range of the sensor comprised 0.063–1 mM. The working characteristics of the portable sensor devices were investigated. Storage stability of sensor systems at room temperature comprised 12 months (87%). As compared to traditional methods of phenols detection the developed sensor system is characterized by simplicity of operation, compactness, an

The research urgency is caused by necessity to resolve the contradictions between the active introduction in educational institutions of practices of inclusive education and a lack of willingness of parents to collaborative learning and integrating the interaction of all children. The article focuses on the search for optimal forms of work with parents of pupils - normal typical children and children with disabilities - at the first stage of general secondary education (primary school). Attention is paid to the role of training as a method of forming the competence of parents in inclusive education and their readiness to the training of the child in terms of educational inclusion. The results of experimental activities (2015-2017) are presented, the aim of which was to identify the effectiveness of training in working with parents of students of primary school in the formation of inclusive educational space. It is shown that using training in working with parents is congruent with their socio-andragogical characteristics and effective from the point of view of the formation of their competence in the field of inclusive education, acceptance of its conditions, characterized by heterogeneity and polysubjectiveness

The research urgency is caused by heterogeneity and polysubjectness ща inclusive educational space that form “the other” relationship between the parties in quality and vector direction. Special attention is given to identifying and testing new forms and technologies of interaction of the teacher with students’ parents. Issues of professional competence of teachers of the first stage of general secondary education (primary school) are covered. It is shown that the competence of teachers in inclusive education, acceptance of its meanings, values, conditions; their willingness to include children with different educational abilities, needs, opportunities in communication, interaction, educational process; ensuring the psychological comfort of all its members (and especially children and their parents) are the determining factors of inclusive education quality. The results of experimental activities (2015-2017) are presented, the aim of which was to identify the effectiveness of training in working with parents of students of primary school in the formation of inclusive educational space. The authors focus on the approval of the content of the complex thematic trainings during the pilot activities. The novelty of the research is seen in the fact that the new conditions for the development of inclusive preparedness of the teacher were identified and experimentally tested, the directions of qualitative renewal of the system of teacher’s work with parents were specified

The questions of improvement of research competences of a school teacher are considered. The competences of a teacher-researcher are interpreted as developing professional and personal properties with a complex structure, the elements of which are focused on the implementation of the functions of the research activities of a school teacher; they are integral and integrative; they contribute to self-development of a teacher in the chosen field of activity and the realization of his / her potential; form conditions to search for new information required in the resolution of difficult situations at a specific school according to the goals and objectives of the contemporary general education. The relevance of this article is associated with the increasing requirements imposed by society to the research activities of a modern school teacher. Areas of application of professional efforts are defined, where the research potential of a teacher is manifested most actively: the area of analysis, synthesis and mastering innovative pedagogical experience; field of popularization and initial practical use of innovative pedagogical experience and advanced developments; area of improvement of professional skills and disclosure of the creative potential of a teacher; area of innovative processes in the education system. Four levels of development of the research competences available to the school teacher are established: basic, empirical (locally-initiative), productive (tactical) and constructive (strategic) for which different degree of development of research competences is characteristic. The technology of improving the research competences of a school teacher is proposed, which includes four stages: motivational-target, theoretical, design, practical, control and remedial

The verification of management support of professional and educational trajectory of students in terms of socio-cultural educational environment of the university is considered. The research urgency is caused by the transition to the educational standards of the third generation, which offer students and teachers new opportunities. The teachers face the challenge not only of transferring knowledge and skills to students, but also the formation of future graduate’s personality, capable of professional development. The article analyses the conditions for the maintenance of professional and educational trajectory of students at the university. Professional motives and commitment to professional development of students, the level of professional knowledge, commitment to their completion and perfection during the period of professionalization of personality are commented. Formed abilities and skills, professional experience are represented as a set of indicators of quality of professional and personal development of students. The authors hold the view that in practice of higher education institutions the teaching staff faces the task of the organization and ensuring educational process with the guarantee of student’s transition to higher levels of professional and personal development. It is proved that the requirements of vocational and educational trajectory allows to approximate the educational process to the needs of students, to form their professional and educational development in the conditions of the university, to prepare for practice

“Empty Book” as Kind of Extremely Small Texts

Extremely small texts presented in the format of “empty book” (or “blank book”) are considered. The authors of the article extend this concept to any book consisting of a title and blank pages as the main text. The relevance of the study is a significant increase in the popularity of the studied literary form, which is observed in the 2010s (primarily in the United States). It is noted that the concept of “empty book” should not be confused with the concept of “novel without words” (“wordless novel,” “novel in woodcuts”), as the latter case refers to the fiction genre, according to the laws of which the development of the plot is transmitted not by language, but by graphic means: with the help of illustrations. The review of “empty books” is made in the framework of the classification of extremely small texts proposed by A. Kondratov (according to which they are of two types: “null” and “void”). The authors come to the conclusion that all the texts are “empty,” that is, their non-verbal nature is the “equivalent of verbal signs.” It is emphasized that the American “empty books” can not be attributed to fiction, even with a large share of conditionality, because their titles are built on the model used in works of another kind - in those that are written at the junction of popular science and journalistic discourses

Dysfunction of vascular endothelium at arterial hypertension and coronary disease (literature review)

This review presents the observation of the role of endothelial dysfunction in development of atherosclerosis, coronary disease and. hypertension. Among other causes of endothelial dysfunction the most significant are hemodynamic factors (wall transverse strain, transmural pressure), dyslipoproteinemia, hyperhomocysteinemia, hyperglycemia, free radical damage of endothelium. It is supposed that in development and. progressing of coronary disease more significant role may belong to endothelial dysfunction rather than to morphological vascular changes, predetermined by atherosclerosis. However, there is still no clear view of development of endothelial dysfunction and. mechanisms of development and. progressing of both isolated forms of coronary disease and arterial hypertension and their combination
