    Hubungan Kecemasan Karir dengan Psychological Well-Being Pada Sabhara Pangkat Bripda di Kota X

    Abstrak. Kepolisian Indonesia memiliki beberapa satuan kerja, salah satunya yaitu satuan Samapta Bhayangkara atau seringkali disebut Sabhara. Sabhara sendiri memiliki tugas yang amat penting, salah satunya yaitu melaksanakan Turjawali (pengaturan, penjagaan, pengawalan, dan patroli). Tugas yang tergolong banyak dan berbahaya menyebabkan beberapa anggota dari sabhara merasakan akan kecemasan dalam karirnya, sehingga akan berdampak pada psychological well beingnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan kecemasan karir dengan psychological well being pada sabhara di Kota X. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain studi korelasi. Dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 176 anggota sabhara usia 18-23 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu anxiety future career scale dan psychological well being scale. Analisis data dengan uji korelasi menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif antara kecemasan karir dengan psychological well being dengan nilai korelasi -.186*. Hal tersebut berarti semakin tinggi kecemasan karir yang dirasakan maka psychological well being akan menurun, begitupun sebaliknya semakin rendah kecemasan karir yang dirasakan maka psychological well being akan meningkat. Abstract. The Indonesian Police has several work units, one of which is the Samapta Samapta unit or often called Sabhara. Sabhara itself has very important tasks, one of which is carrying out Turjawali (setting, guarding, escorting and patrolling). Tasks that are classified as many and dangerous cause some members of Sabhara to feel anxiety in their careers, so that it will have an impact on their psychological well being. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between career anxiety and psychological well being in sabhara in X City. This research method is quantitative with correlation study design. The sampling in this study uses purposive sampling techniques with the number of subjects as many as 176 sabhara members aged 18-23 years. The instruments used are anxiety future career scale and psychological well being scale. Data analysis with correlation test using IBM SPSS Statistics version 22. The results showed a negative relationship between career anxiety and psychological well being with a correlation value of -.186 *. This means that the higher the perceived career anxiety, the psychological well being will decrease, and vice versa, the lower the perceived career anxiety, the psychological well being will increase
