The Kaplan–Meier renal survival curve of patients with IgAN according to baseline urine protein-to-creatinine ratio (UPCR) and time-averaged proteinuria (TA-P).

<p>The 10-year renal survival rates were comparable between patients with TA-P of <0.3 g/g and those with TA-P of 0.3–0.99 g/g irrespective of their baseline UPCR. However, if patients had TA-P≥1 g/g during follow-up, their 10-year survival rates were significantly decreased even if they had a baseline UPCR<1.0 g/g.</p
