    Perancangan Strategis Sistem Informasi: Studi Kasus Direktorat Jenderal Penyelenggaraan Haji Dan Umrah Departemen Agama RI

    Pengembangan manajemen dan keorganisasian yang didukung dengan sistem informasi berbasis komputer merupakan instrumen strategis yang dibutuhkan dalam menghadapi era globalisasi pelayanan. Hal ini karena dukungan teknologi informasi dapat memudahkan pengambilan keputusan yang akurat, dapat dipercaya, cepat, dan ekonomis. Kebutuhan yang sama juga dialami oleh manajemen dan keorganisasian di lingkungan Departemen Agama, dan secara khusus Direktorat Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah (Ditjen PHU). Sebagai contoh, pelaksanaan penyelenggaraan haji di Indonesia telah menggunakan perangkat pendukung sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang dikenal dengan Sistem Komputerisasi Haji Terpadu (SISKOHAT). Dengan mengamati tugas dan tanggung jawab serta ruang lingkup pekerjaan di lingkungan Ditjen PHU secara keseluruhan, maka kebutuhan yang mengarah pada perancangan strategis sistem informasi semakin mendesak. Penggunaan metodologi Ward and Peppard untuk mendapatkan perancangan strategis sistem informasi pada Ditjen PHU dengan mengombinasikan penggunaan metode analisis dari McFarlan dan standar yang dikeluarkan oleh Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) dalam pemetaan kondisi TI di lingkungan Ditjen PHU sehingga akan didapatkan pengelolaan TI Ditjen PHU menjadi selaras antara sistem informasi, infrastruktur, dan manajemen informasi. Management and organizational development are supported by computer-based information system is a strategic instrument needed in the era of globalization of services. This is because information technology support to facilitate decision making accurate, reliable, fast, and economical. The same requirement is also experienced by the management and organization in the Ministry of Religious Affairs, and in particular the Directorate of Operation of Hajj and Umrah (DG PHU). For example, the implementation of the hajj operation in Indonesia has been using the computer-based information systems support, known as Haji Integrated Computerized Systems (SISKOHAT). By observing the duties and responsibilities and the scope of work within the Directorate General of PHU as a whole, the need for a strategic lead to the design of information systems is increasingly urgent.     Nowadays, knowledge management in organization became a trend strategy in order to improve organization performance. But unfortunately, it\u27s a big challenge to implementing knowledge management in organization, because it\u27s relatively new and not many people knew about this. This research is done in order to realize bureaucratic reform in government service improvement according to PERMENPAN No. 14 Tahun 2011 is about knowledge management (KM) implementation in government. Knowledge management cannot be separated from human capital as an intangible asset in organization which has an important role to the success of organization goals. This conducted research aims to identify critical success factor of KM implementation in Indonesian government human capital management case study: Badan Kepegawaian Negara. Stages of this research are literature study, data collection using interviews, observation, and group discussion organization to explore and discovering critical success factor for KM implementation. Data analysis using descriptive statistic, delphi method and expert judgment in order to define critical success factor of implementing KM in government human capital management: case study in Badan Kepegawaian Negara. The result shows that several critical success factors for KM implementation in the government human capital management are organization culture, leadership, organization structure, HR/HC (knowledge, skill, attitude), HR/HC process (acquisition, development, engagement, retention) and policy

    The administration management as an activity and institute's main task which is also called as Back Office System, supported by several information systems. The data need and information in one information system cannot be fulfilled only by one information source, but it needs a composition from a two or more sources in one institute/organization. To solve this problem, we need an architecture model which can solve integration system between different information systems. This Integrated Information System Design Research Method uses Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach as the architecture base, Model View Controller (MVC) method as the model in the programming (coding). The applied development method SOA utilizes Service Oriented Modelling and Architecture (SOMA) development system, it is a system design method which classifies business process in to a service group. The SOA application is because of its loosely coupled, highly interoperable, reusable and interoperability characteristics cause SOA reliable in information development and integration. While the integrated information system which is built using MVC method, easier to be maintained and developed.     Teknologi internet mulai diterima dan digemari dikalangan pelajar. Pelajar menggunakan fasilitas internet untuk membantu mereka dalam penyelesaian tugas sekolah. Tulisan ini menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk membangun model penerimaan teknologi internet di kalangan pelajar. Penelitian ini melibatkan 5 variabel endogen dan mengikutsertakan 4 variabel eksogen. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah generalized least square (GLS) dan menggunakan polychoric correlation matrix dan asymptotic covariance matrix sebagai data tambahan. Tesis ini melibatkan 15 hipotesis yang mewakili hubungan antara variable-variabel yang ada. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan untuk mendapatkan dan membuktikan model penerimaan teknologi internet yang komprehensif. Model penerimaan teknologi internet yang diperoleh bisa memberikan gambaran indikator-indikator yang harus diperhatikan dan menjadi hal yang bisa dikembangkan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut

    Memilih produk asuransi membutuhkan proses pengambilan keputusan yang cukup rumit karena melibatkan banyak kriteria seperti brand image Perusahaan, besar premi yang harus dibayarkan, kemudahan prosedur klaim, dan lain sebagainya, sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam prosesnya. Salah satu metode yang sesuai untuk digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan ini adalah Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah metode AHP dapat digunakan dalam suatu sistem penunjang keputusan. Untuk mendukung penelitian, dibuat suatu sistem penunjang keputusan yang berisi modul simulasi untuk memilih produk asuransi. Berdasarkan skenario pengujian yang dibuat, diperoleh hasil bahwa solusi yang diberikan oleh sistem cukup akurat dan mendekati kemampuan manusia dalam mengambil keputusan

    People's presures for establishing good governance motivate the government to be able quickly determine a right strategy to accelerate achievement of the government goals. One of strategies implemented in government is developing e-government, as stated in the Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003 on National Policy and Strategy Development of e-government. A framework used to measure level of development and implementation of e-government in Indonesian government institutions is PeGI (The ranking of e-government of Indonesia). To be able perform the implementation and development of e-government in a timely and effectively, it needs some strategies. This research aims to devise an e-government development strategy based on the PeGI framework by doing a case study on the National Institute of Aeronautics and Space (LAPAN). The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods including document analysis, observations, and focus group discussion (FGD). Based on the analysis, it is found that the level of e-government implementation in LAPAN today is 1.88 while the level of e-government implementation expected is 3.18.
