Separation of Q from carbon in CR meteorites during stepped combustion
Introduction: The nature of the planetary noble gas carrier (Q) in meteorites remains uncertain. It is known that it is likely to be carbonaceous, but represents only a small fraction of the total macromolecular material. Q is oxidisible with nitric and other oxidizing acids. It seems to be partly destroyed with pyridine and may have an organic structure. Previously, we have shown that during parent body thermal metamorphism Q is less affected than the majority of other carbonaceous materials. If organic matter is graphitized, as has happened in the enstatite chondrite parent bodies, Q remains unaffected. In the present study we have found that Q is also separable from the majority of carbon in type 2 and 3 CR chondrites during stepped combustion. It is possible that this is because Q has become encased within the matrix, in contrast to other carbon phases, during parent body metamorphism
Formation of Russian national identity of high school students: hermeneutical approach
The purpose of the article is the description of means and methods of formation of a Russian national identity (RNI), one of which is the organization of joint collective studentsβ activities on formation of skills of interpretation of a human behavior as a text event in the context of ethnic culture of a student in order to find common Russian collectivist values, their rethinking in terms of a search of the general national identity and the comprehension of the other on the basis of some cultural differences. Methods. The means of formation of a Russian national identity at the stage of self-identification of students with Russian values and norms of interaction is offered a hermeneutic approach which is based on the ideas of hermeneutics as the art of understanding of someone elseβs identity, the inner world of a man and the Β«empathyΒ» in another person in order to eliminate the semantic Β«barriersΒ» in the communicative activity of learners. It is directed to the understanding of subjects of the educational process as the bearers of ethnic cultures through dialogue and finding the universal general national values. The methods of the techniques of a script, scenario requirements (a text as a source of a script for reflection and dialogue) and the role of expectations (presentation to a learner of algorithm of expected behavior from him in order to achieve mutual understanding in interaction) are used in the course of experimental investigations. Results. It is proved that the awareness of participants of the educational process in norms and values and their reinterpretation in the aspect of the search for a general national identity is able not just to make Β«expressibleΒ» some installations of the subject, but also can significantly affect his worldview, to make him more reliable and predictable partner of a social interaction. The basis of this outlook is the dialectics of thinking, the simultaneous vision of individual and social, ethnic and civil plans of consciousness and behavior. Scientific novelty. Ethnic behavior is characterized as a social and cultural phenomenon and a cultural text event. Valid, benevolent interpretation of ethnic behaviour, search of universals in its semantic filling helps to remove the semantic barriers, disturbing joint activity. Psycho-pedagogical mechanism of a meaning is disclosed. The hermeneutic approach is implemented as an imposition in an external plan and verbalization of characteristics of identity, norms and values, adopted by the participants of the educational process. Practical significance. A specially organized educational work via text mediation and collective joint activity contributes to the development of individual consciousness of students and provides: grasp a sense of community with the peoples of Russia; self-identification with Russian values and traditions; harmonization of ethnic and civil identity and behavior plans; development a sense of duty, responsibility, and active love for the countryΠ¦Π΅Π»Ρ ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΠΈ β ΠΎΠΏΠΈΡΠ°Π½ΠΈΠ΅ ΡΠΏΠΎΡΠΎΠ±ΠΎΠ² ΡΠΎΡΠΌΠΈΡΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΡ ΡΠΎΡΡΠΈΠΉΡΠΊΠΎΠΉ Π½Π°ΡΠΈΠΎΠ½Π°Π»ΡΠ½ΠΎΠΉ ΠΈΠ΄Π΅Π½ΡΠΈΡΠ½ΠΎΡΡΠΈ (Π ΠΠ), ΠΎΠ΄Π½ΠΈΠΌ ΠΈΠ· ΠΊΠΎΡΠΎΡΡΡ

Epidemiological and Economic Evaluation of a Pilot Prostate Cancer Screening Program
Background. Prostate cancer (PCa) is the second most commonly diagnosed cancer, and the sixth most common killer among men worldwide (Aubry et al., 2013). This research was motivated by the fact that PCa screening continues to be a controversial topic in the Kazakh medical community. This study aimed at description of how newly diagnosed PCa patients are managed in Pavlodar region of the Kazakhstan Republic and at presentation of a budget impact analysis (BIA) for PCa screening program. Also, we aimed to provide a comparative analysis of pricing system on medical services applied in both private and public healthcare sectors of the Kazakhstan Republic. Methods. New cases of PCa have been retrospectively analyzed for the period from January 2013 to December 2017 based on the information obtained from information system "Policlinic" maintained by the Pavlodar regional branch of the Republican Center for Electronic Health and from Cancer Registry of Pavlodar Regional Oncology Center. All data were analyzed with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. Results. The mean age of PCa patients was 68.34 years (SD = 8.559). The government of Kazakhstan invested 20,437,000 KZT (Kazakhstani tenge) in 2017 equivalently 61,188 USD - to fund a pilot study for examination of 9638 men. From 2013 to 2017, out of 49,334 men residing in Pavlodar region of Kazakhstan 1,248 men were diagnosed with prostate diseases, including 130 PCa cases. The PCa detection rate was equal to two cases per month. Only 22.8% of all PCa cases identified in the region within specified time period were revealed as a result of the government-funded PCa screening program. The average prostate cancer detection rate among the target group of Pavlodar region within the period of 5 years was equal to 0.23%. Conclusion. Based on the fact that the PCa screening program failed to enable adequate detection of new PCa cases, we would not recommend to continue this type of screening unless it is undergone careful revision and replanning
Tensor Ayy and vector Ay analyzing powers in the H(d,d')X and ^{12}C(d,d')X reactons at initial deuteron momenta of 9 GeV/c in the region of baryonic resonances excitation
The angular dependence of the tensor Ayy and vector Ay analyzing powers in
the inelastic scattering of deuterons with a momentum of 9.0 GeV/c on hydrogen
and carbon have been measured. The range of measurements corresponds to the
baryonic resonance excitation with masses 2.2--2.6 GeV/c^2. The Ayy data being
in good agreement with the previous results demonstrate an approximate
scaling up to -1.5 (GeV/c)^2. The large values of A_y show a significant role
of the spin-dependent part of the elementary amplitude of the NN->NN* reaction.
The results of the experiment are compared with model predictions of the
plane-wave impulse approximation.Comment: 7 pages, 7 figures. submitted to Yad.Fi
