Fracture territoriale des performances pédagogiques

Dans ce travail, nous tentons de faire le point, à l’issue de près d’un demi-siècle d’effort s soutenus en matière d’investissements dans l’éducation, sur l’objectif d’égalité des chances dans le système éducatif algérien. Plus précisément, on s’interroge sur l’impact de la démocratisation de l’éducation (élargissement de l’offre d’éducation et réformes pédagogiques successives) sur l’égalité des chances des enfants des différentes wilayas du pays d’accès aux différents cycles d’études et aux filières de formation les plus valorisantes. L’analyse comparée dans le temps de l’évolution des performances pédagogiques aux deux examens nationaux (BEF et Baccalauréat) va nous aider alors de juger d’efficacité des politiques éducatives successives par rapport à l’objectif d’égalité des chances des jeunes issus des différentes wilayas du pays.Mots Clés: performance, trajectoires, BEF, Baccalauréat, wilayasJEL CLASSIFICATION : I 20, I 21English Title: Territorial fracture of pedagogical performancesEnglish AbstractIn this paper we try to know how the high degree of participation of youth to the to the primary and middle school of the different territories (wilayas) have been well prepared to reach, with the same probabilities to the different fields of study in the high school and, later, in the university. In order to respond to this delicate question, we proceed to the comparison of the performance (rate of success) of the 48 regions (wilayas) in the two national evaluation tests (BEF and Baccalauréat) through a long period of time (2010-2011).
