    This study aims to determine the success rate of group guidance services with discussion techniques on student career planning which refers to the phenomenon of students who are still confused in determining further education and lack understanding of the world of work. The variables in this study are career planning (Super, 1980) and group discussions (Romlah, 2020). Career planning according to Super (1980) is an individual thought process in seeking information and self-understanding as well as various aspects of work. This research method is Mix Methods using The Explanatory Sequential Design with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects in this study were class XII students of SMAN 1 Sindangkerta with a population of 206 students. The research sample consisted of 8 students. This sampling technique uses a purvosive sampling technique according to Sugiyono (2019) explaining that the purposive sampling technique is a sample selection technique with certain considerations. The measuring instrument in this study used a student career planning scale with a reliability of 0.847. Based on the results of the Paired t-test worth 0.000 <0.05, it shows that the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the guidance group with discussion techniques influences career planning for class XII SMAN 1 Sindangkerta so that it can be interpreted that the guidance group with discussion techniques can help improve the career planning of class XII students at SMAN 1 Sindangkerta

    PROGRAM AUTHORITATIVE PARENTING UNTUK MEREDUKSI PERILAKU DISTRUPTIF PADA ANAK

    AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi programauthoritative parenting kepada orang tua di SD X kota Cimahi. Pelaksanaan program authoritatif parenting dalam rentang waktu September 2020 s/d Oktober 2020. Kegiatan program ini terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Tahap pelaksanaan dengan menggunakan teknik ceramah, diskusi, dan pendampingan serta tahap evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil angket respon orang tua yang diberikan sebelum dan setelah diberikan program authoritative parenting menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan penggunaan authoritative parenting sebesar 57,3%. Sedangkan pada angket respon orang tua sebelum dan setelah diberikan materi mengenai perilaku distruptif pada anak menunjukkan adanya penurunan atau mereduksi perilaku distruptif pada anak sebesar 30%. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini cukup baik dan efektif. Abstract This article aims to describe the implementation of authoritative parenting training for parents at SD X of Cimahi. The authoritative parenting training held from September to October 2020. This training activity consists of three stages, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stage. The implementation stage using lecture, discussion, and mentoring techniques. Based on questionnaire result on authoritative parenting given to parent before and after the training, it showed an increase in understanding and use of authoritative parenting by 57.3%. Whereas in the parents’ responses questionnaire on distracting behavior in children, it shows that there is a decrease or reduce distracting behavior in children by 30%. It can be concluded that authoritative parenting training given to parent is quite good and effective in reducing children disruptive behaviour.

    The purpose of this study is to find out the description of students' self-efficacy towards online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. Students who have high self-efficacy will have a passion for learning and be able to survive when facing many school assignments. The phenomenon that occurs during learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, there are some students who experience low self-efficacy. This can be seen from the lack of enthusiasm in learning, easily stressed when many tasks and tend not to do school assignments that have been given. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with the type descriptive research. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation studies. The results obtained showed that three students of class XI had low self-efficacy towards learning during the COVID-19 pandemic

    Career selection is very important for students so that they know where they will continue after graduating from school, therefore there is a need for individual counseling or counseling for the maturity of students' career choices. The technique used in this individual counseling is client cantered, which is to provide guidance so that students can solve the problems they face. Researchers used two students as subjects in implementing individual counseling services withtechniques client centered , because not a few students had problems in the form of difficulties in determining secondary schools. The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation, response and constraints in the implementation of individual counseling usingtechniques client centered for students who have problems in determining careers. This study used a qualitative approach, and the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that individual counseling usingtechniques client centered can help determine the secondary school according to their wishes, talents and interests. After attending individual counseling services, students often seek information and ask questions about secondary schools

The method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews.     The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of prosocial abilities of class IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Selaawi Garut. Prosocial behavior is the manifestation of positive behavior that benefits others. Prosocial behavior is manifested in three forms of behavior, including helping, comforting, and sharing. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Selaawi Garut on 78 class IX students with quantitative approaches and descriptive study methods. Based on the research results obtained (1) the average profile of prosocial skills of class IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Selaawi Garut are in the medium category; (2) Comporting indicators occupy the high category, while honestly and helping indicators are in the medium and low categories.Keywords: Prosocial skills, Middle school studentsÂ

    This study aims to determine the description of the emotional intelligence of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Kadungora. The approach taken is quantitative. The quantitative approach is a systematic scientific research method using statistical data analysis, namely using mathematical models, theories and / or hypotheses related to phenomenon, both in parts and in their relationships. The research sample consisted of 37 grade X students of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Kadungora who had low emotional intelligence, namely 30 students. This is indicated by an attitude of disappointment, anger, hatred and so on, if left alone, it will affect the health of adolescent personalities. Especially students become unable to process their emotional intelligence. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and observations. Based on the results of questionnaires and field research, it was concluded that the description of emotional intelligence of class X SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Kadungora students could affect the level of student learning progress.Keywords: Emotional Intellegence, Student

    The purpose of this study is to know the idea of the achievement motivation of educated person VII grade at SMP Negeri 2 Karangpawitan Garut. Achievement motivation is influenced by intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factors are factors that come from within the individual, such as  curiosity, challenge and effort. But extrinsic factors are those that come from outside the individual, such a reward and punishment. Intrinsic and extrinsic motivations play a crucial role in encouraging individuals to achieve. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach with a quantitative descriptive research type. The research sample was 54 students of grade VII. Methods of data collection using a scale of achievement motivation. Based on the research results, it is known that the achievement motivation of class VII students is generally in the moderate achievement motivation category. However, the achievement motivation profile based on gender found that the achievement motivation of female students was better than the achievement motivation of male students. Keywords: Achievement Motivation, Students

    PROFIL MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI SISWA SMA NEGERI 1 NGAMPRAH

    The purpose of this study was to describe the achievement motivation of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Ngamprah. The subjects of this study consisted of 30 students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Ngamprah, while the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations, this study used quantitative descriptive research methods. The data collection technique is through interviews and observations, while the data collection tool used is the distribution of questionnaires using the grand theory indicators from Mc. Clelland. The results of the study obtained a picture of student achievement motivation, namely the need for achievement, which is 68.75% with a moderate categorization, where the need for power is 45.73% with a low categorization, and the need for affiliation (need for power). of affiliation) that is the need to obtain good social relations by 63.46% with moderate categorization. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that most of the students' achievement motivation is still classified as moderate, with an average of 64.33%.
