    This study aimed to determine the potential for hot spring ecotourism in Nalahia village on Nusalaut Island, Central Maluku Regency. The method used is direct observation (survey method). Data was collected on all-natural tourist attractions through fauna data around hot springs. Tourist data collection is done by conducting interviews using a questionnaire for tourists with accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis of tourism potential in hot springs attractions and tourists visiting Nalahia hot springs. The results showed that hot water attractions in Nalahia country are found in two places, namely "Bantang" hot springs around the sago forest and hot springs on the beach known as "kerkof" hot springs with different temperatures between 38 ÌŠC to 43 C. Tourist activities that are often carried out by tourists are bathing and bathing, enjoying the natural scenery, taking pictures and research. The object hot spring tourism attraction in Negeri Nalahia, based on the results of interviews with tourists, is the main activity tourists carry out. The results of discussions related to tourist perceptions of hot spring attractions, 90% of tourists stated that the Nalahia hot spring tourist attraction has attractiveness and beautiful natural scenery, so many tourists think they want to return to Nalahia country, while facilities are limited, a suggestion from tourists to be able to carry out the construction of facilities around the hot spring tourist area.     The objectives of this study were to identify the potential of natural tourism of Lake Ninifala and determine the communities roles on managing and developing Lake Ninifala tourism object. The method used was survey with interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. Community sampling was used purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed the potential of the lake ninifala tourism object, including the potential of flora and fauna which has the uniqueness and natural beauty in the form of two trees in the middle of the lake called "match water". The community plays a role in providing tourist facilities such as building gazebos, walking places and stalls / kiosks. The role of the community in the aspect of accessibility is in the form of repairing damaged roads and making new roads to the location of objects and the role of the community in providing tour guides. The role of BUMDES in tourism activities includes the role in the planning aspect, related to decision making in the form of giving ideas and opinions about the management of attractions. The area management aspects such as the community provides the facilities needed by tourists, the cleanliness of tourist sites and tree planting activities around the lake. The utilization aspect of economic value such as people earn income from tourist spending and social cultural values ​​in the form of community pride agains their tourism potential.     The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of Ohoidertawun villagers in the management of coastal tourism objects in the Ohoidertawun Village, Kei Kecil District, Southeast Maluku Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, data collection techniques through observation, filling questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study explained that the role of the Ohoidertawun village community was categorized as interactive and independent participation. The form of participation is given in the form of ideas and energy. At the planning stage the community is involved in providing ideas that are made as a joint decision by the whole community to develop the potential of an existing attraction in the village into a destination that has a value of attraction for tourists. The community management stage took its own initiative to develop and carry out regional spatial planning in supporting tourism facilities by setting up shelters, food stalls, toilets, trash bins, guard posts. The tourist facilities at the Ohoidertawun beach object are carried out independently by the community themselves, without any assistance from investors or the tourism office in Southeast Maluku.     PENGELOLAAN AGROSILVOPASTURA DI DUSUN NAMAA NEGERI PELAUW PULAU HARUKU KABUPATEN MALUKU TENGAH

    This study aimed to determine the management pattern of agrosilvopasture by community and the factors that can affect the management of agrosilfopasture in Namaa Hamlet, Pelauw Village, Haruku Island, Central Maluku Regency. This research conducted by using purposive sampling method, with respondents as many as 20 heads of household. Primary and secondary data taken by observation and interviews related to respondent about the agrosilvopasture pattern. The data obtained were analyzed with a quantitative approach and qualitative descriptions.  The results showed that the management of agrosilvopasura in Namaa Hamlet was carried out by combining agricultural, forestry and livestock crops. The stages of agrosilvopasture management carried out in the hamlet land consist of stages land preparation, procurement of seeds and planting, maintenance, harves and post harvest.  The factors that influence the management of agrosilvopasture in Namaa Hamlet are divided into supporting factors and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors include the application of the agrosilvopasture pattern, local wisdom that is still being applied, the community is very dependent on the results of the agrosilvopasture, the group work system, the government assistance, the diversity of plant species, the results that are in demand by consumers and the diversity of livestock species. Inhibiting factors in agrosilvopasture management include limitations of agrosilvopasture product management technology, lack of knowledge of farmers and stakeholders about agrosilvopasture, not yet maximal assistance process, land use that has not been maximized, seed prices are too expensive, pests and diseases, marketing chain and local products that are less competitive
