    The Relationship Between Knowledge Management Practices And Innovation Level In Organizations: Case Study Of Sub-Companies Of Selected Corporations In The City Of Esfahan

    The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between knowledge management practices and innovation levels in organizations.  Through a questionnaire, required data were gathered in sub-companies of three corporations in the city of Esfahan. Seventy-four questionnaires were given to top and middle managers of these companies and 36 were returned (49.65% response rate). Correlation analysis was used to check the relationship between the variables.  The researchers found a strong, positive and significant relationship between knowledge management practices and innovation levels in these companies.  The result is related to a small number of companies in Esfahan. It is not easy to generalize the result of the current study to other contexts.  Knowledge management is one of the hottest issues among academicians, but it is still difficult to justify managers about its importance in organizations. This study tries to provide some empirical evidence in order to support the role of knowledge management in enhancing innovation.  There is not sufficient empirical evidence to prove the role of knowledge management practices in the search of innovation

    The Essential Infrastructure Preparation Assessment For Establishing An Electronic Stock Exchange In Iran

    Establishing an electronic stock exchange market can be a perfect example of new technologies and IT utilization in the stock market in Iran and thus it can pave the way and provide the opportunity for all walks of life to invest in the stock exchange market. The essential infrastructures’ preparation assessment for opening the electronic stock exchange in Iran helps us identify the essential infrastructures’ present status, specify the probable problems and challenges and prepare the grounds for its establishment. In this study at first, some information about electronic stock exchange marketing is presented, and then the preparation for the most important infrastructures is evaluated and finally the preparation ranking of each of these infrastructures’ components is discussed. The questionnaire of the research is of self administered questionnaire type with a reliability of 0.89 and a formal validity which was validated by professors and experts. In order to evaluate each of the hypothesis, the One - Sample T Test and for ranking the components, the Friedman test was used and it was revealed that the financial and banking (electronic banking), technical and security infrastructures were potential for setting up an electronic stock exchange market. In contrast, the telecommunication and connectivity, cultural, legal and civil infrastructures did not have such a potential. After all, the conclusion was drawn that the essential infrastructures are not present for setting up an electronic stock exchange market in Iran

    Determining the Impact of Personal Values on Job Burnout

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personal values ​​on burnout with the mediating effect of psychological empowerment with support of Isfahan Gas Company. The research method was descriptive and correlation type. The statistical population of this research was employees and managers of the Gas Company of Isfahan Province, among which 214 people were formed as sample size. Data were collected by questionnaires. The content validity of the questionnaires was approved by the experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated and it was desirable and 0.77. In this research, descriptive and inferential statistical tests were used and software was used for analyzing these tests. According to research findings, personal values have a negative effect on job burnout, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal performance reduction, and has a positive effect on psychological empowerment. Also, empowerment has a negative effect on job burnout. The role of empowerment mediator in the impact between personal values on job burnout was also confirmed. According to the results of this research, Gas Company of Isfahan Province may increase organizational performance by increasing passion and satisfaction of employees

    Abstract: This article was aimed to studying impact of personality traits on intention to entrepreneurship. In order to examining personality traits, the big five model has been used that consists of five dimensions as extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, and openness to experience. Entrepreneurship has been consists of six dimensions as hardworking, risk-taking, self-confidence, creativity, flexibility, and tolerance of ambiguity. In order to collecting data, a questionnaire including 47 items has been designed. Statistical population is university of Isfahan's personnel and sample size is 160 personnel and selected based on available sampling method. In order to analyzing data, descriptive statistic, inferential statistics, ENTER method, and Durbin-Watson test has been used. But also to measuring stability of questionnaires' items, Cronbach's alpha has been calculated for each variable separately. The results of this article indicate that personality traits have impact on tendency to entrepreneurship. Based on these results between all personality traits, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness to experience have impact on tendency to entrepreneurship and these factors could explain 0/533 of entrepreneurship regression. Also Durbin-Watson test results indicate that there is no selfcorrelation between independent variables. Finally empirical suggestions has been offered for human resources managers and related professionals

    Previous research shows a significant relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. Given the increasing importance of job satisfaction in organizations, this study examines the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction in an industrial health unit. Dennison’s Organizational Culture Questionnaire been used to measuring organizational culture and Job Descriptive index from Smith and Kendall been used to review employee’s job satisfaction and simple random method also used for sampling. Research findings show that organizational culture is in the average level and job satisfaction is in fairly high level. Also, using the Pearson correlation between organizational culture and job satisfaction shows a positive relation between variables.
