    Kemampuan Representasi Matematis Siswa pada Materi Segi Empat di Kelas VIII SMP Kemala Bhayangkari

    The purpose of this research is to reveal the students ability of representation enactive, iconic, and symbolic on the quadrilateral matter in the class 8 SMP Kemala Bhayangkari. The method that is used is descriptive research in survey research mode. Based on the result of research, student\u27s enactive representation aspects identified that student is able to put a square on the frame and students at the intermediate and lower ability is not able to fold a square of paper according the line, then made its point and the relevance edge of square. In the aspect of iconic representations, all students are not able to put a rectangular piece of paper in accordance with it\u27s associated and only one student who was not able to draw a rectangle on the Cartesian diagram. In the aspects of symbolic representation identified that all students are not able to identify objects around and classify these objects according to the types of rectangular, but all students were able to write the same edge pairs in length of a rectangle

    Kemampuan Menyelesaikan Soal Cerita pada Materi Lingkaran di Man Ditinjau dari Taksonomi Solo

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika ditinjau dari taksonomi solo mengenai persamaan lingkaran dan persamaan lingkaran yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survey. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 9 siswa dari 35 siswa di kelas XI IPA MAN 3 Pontianak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika ditinjau dari 5 level taksonomi solo, antara lain: siswa yang berkemampan tinggi lebih banyak pada level semirelasional dengan tingkatan tertinggi level abstrak dan tingkatan terendah level prastruktural, siswa yang berkemampuan sedang lebih banyak pada level semirelasional dengan tingkatan tertinggi level semirelasional dan tingkatan terendah level prastruktural, sedangkan siswa yang berkemampuan rendah lebih banyak pada level multistruktural dengan tingkatan tertinggi level relasional dan tingkatan terendah level multistruktural. This research used descriptive method with survey form. The subjects of this research were 9 students from 35 students of class XI IPA in MAN 3 Pontianak.     The purpose of this research generally to obtain accurate information related to the development of students' mathematical disposition difable in mathematics learning in class XI High School Second Half Superb Dharma Asih South Pontianak. The method used is descriptive. With active learning models and mathematical disposition questionnaire as a measurement of the disposition developments, conducted this research by providing a questionnaire beginning and end of the learning process takes place during the three meetings. From the research that then there is the development of students' mathematical disposition difable the average initial questionnaire 0.47 and the average questionnaire finally 0.82.
