The purpose of this study was to clear the actual conditions of Junior Sports Club in Otsuki City, and to suggest on what a sports club of combined style for lower grade elementary school children should be.The study was done by cooporating of chief manager of Junior Sports Club in Otsuki City, children who are belonging to Junior Course of Otsuki Athlete Club, and their parents. In Otsuki City, almost all of Junior Sports Club are conducted as an single sports activity. Consequently, many childeren can do only one sports activity. Lecently, Sports Club of Otsuki city, the serious problem is occuring. That is a decresing of members of children and then it is difficult to maintaine a single sorts club. There were not so good results in Perceived Competence Scale and Thought of Effects on Sports and Development of Physical Fitness for children who are belonging to Junior Course of Otsuki Athlete Club. But if some sports are offered to lower grade elementary school children suitably,they will grow more soundly. Originally Japan Junior Sports Clubs have developed as one kind sports club till now.But now they should be change as a Sports Club of combined style for sound development of children
