RELIGION IN PERCEPTION OF RUSSIAN YOUTH: FIGURES AND COMMENTS

Цель. Исследовать показатели религиозности/нерелигиозности современной российской молодежи.Методы проведения работы. На основе материалов социологического опроса «Религиозные ориентиры современного студенчества» изучается отношение молодых людей в современной России к религии, вере и атеизму. Используются качественные и количественные методы сбора и анализа результатов исследования. Работа проводилась с применением общенаучных методов познания общественных явлений (анализа, аналогии, сравнения и др.) с опорой на методологические положения и выводы, в которых этноконфессиональная динамика признается целостным процессом. Такое понимание потребовало применения системного подхода.Результаты. Выявляются сложные противоречия в восприятии молодыми людьми религиозных феноменов современного общества. Особое внимание уделяется оценочным позициям студентов в отношении религиозности, атеизма, христианства, ислама и иных религий.Область применения результатов. Молодежная политика в сфере этноконфенссиональных отношений. Материалы статьи могут быть использованы в образовательном процессе высших и средних учебных заведений в ходе преподавания гуманитарных дисциплин. На фоне дискуссий о клерикализации образования приставленные в статье результаты исследования помогут грамотно выстроить учебные курсы.Purpose. To research indexes of religiousness/irreligiousness of modern Russian youth.Methodology. On the basis of sociological poll “Religious reference points of modern students” the relation of young people in modern Russia to religion, belief and atheism is studied. Qualitative and quantitative methods of collecting and analysis of research results of are used. Work was carried out with application of general scientific methods of social phenomena knowledge (analysis, analogy, comparison, etc.) with support on methodological provisions and conclusions recognizing ethno confessional dynamics as complete process. Such understanding demanded application of system approach.Results. Difficult contradictions in young people perception of modern society religious phenomena come to light. Special attention is paid to critical estimated students positions concerning religiousness, atheism, Christianity, Islam and other religions.Practical implications. ETHNO-CULTURAL ASPECTS OF SOCIAL INTERACTION IN LAW ENFORCEMENT FIELD

Цель. Установить особенности правоохранительной деятельности в многоэтничном сообществе и на этой основе определить возможности совершенствования работы полиции в условиях поликультурности.Методы проведения работы. Исследовательская работа проводилась с применением общенаучных методов познания общественных явлений (анализа, аналогии, сравнения и др.) с опорой на методологические положения и выводы, в которых этнокультурные процессы признаются целостным, но противоречивым явлением. Такое понимание обусловило использование системного и диалектического подходов.Эмпирическую базу статьи составили материалы интервью «Этническая проблематика в работе сотрудника полиции», проведенного в период с октября 2016 по май 2017. Исследование проводилось в Приволжском федеральном округе на базе Нижегородской академии МВД России среди офицеров полиции из числа среднего и старшего начальствующего состава, обучающихся на факультете повышения квалификации и в адъюнктуре Академии и представляющих различные регионы России: Нижегородскую область, Московскую область, Краснодарский край, Пермский край, Красноярский край, Ставропольский край и др. Целевая выборка – 134 чел.Результаты. Выявляются сложные противоречия, сопутствующие полиэтнизации российского общества, анализируется влияние этих противоречий на правоохранительную практику. На основе материалов отечественных и зарубежных исследований раскрываются различные аспекты деятельности сотрудников полиции в условиях этнической гетерогенности. Представлен эмпирический анализ особенностей правоохранительной деятельности в обстоятельствах культурной разнородности. Осуждаются этнокультурные аспекты подготовки сотрудников ОВД в образовательных заведениях МВД России. Определяются векторы кросскультурного взаимодействия в работе сотрудника полиции.Область применения результатов. Результаты работы предназначены для совершенствования работы правоохранительных органов в условиях этнокультурной разнородности.Purpose. To show problems of law-enforcement activity in multiethnic community and to define on this basis possibilities of police work improvement in culture diversity conditions.Methodology. The study was carried out with application of general scientific methods of social phenomena knowledge (analysis, analogy, comparison, etc.) with a support on methodological provisions and conclusions recognizing ethnocultural social processes as a complete, but contradictory phenomenon. Such understanding caused use of system and dialectic approach.The empirical base of article includes materials of interview “Ethnic prodlems in police officer activity” (October, 2016 – May, 2017). The research was conducted in Volga Federal District on basis of Nizhny Novgorod Academy of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia among police officers from among average and the senior commanding structure studying at the departement of professional development and at the graduate military course in Academy and representing various regions of Russia: Nizhny Novgorod Region, Moscow region, Krasnodar Krai, Perm Krai, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Stavropol Krai, etc. Target selection – 134 persons.Results. The difficult contradictions accompanying the society polietnization come to light, an influence of these contradictions on activity law-enforcement practice is analyzed. On the basis of Russian and foreign researches materials theoretical aspects of police officers activity in conditions of ethnic heterogeneity are revealed. The empirical analysis of law-enforcement activity in cultural heterogeneity circumstances is submitted. Ethnocultural aspects of police officers training in educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are condemned. Vectors of cross-cultural communication in police officer work are defined.Practical implications. Results of work are intended for improvement of law-enforcement system work in conditions of ethnocultural heterogeneity

МУЖЧИНА И ЖЕНЩИНА В ПРОСТРАНСТВЕ КАРЬЕРНОГО ВЗАИМОВОСПРИЯТИЯ

The authors reveal the conditions and forms of implementation of gender models in the professional environment, show the socio-cultural and personal dynamics of awareness and translation of gender attitudes in Russian society.Based on the survey data, the authors analyze the attitudes of mutual perception of men and women regarding the advantages of their family status and career potential in the professional environment of a modern organization.The purpose of the study is to study the features of the mutual perception of men and women in the process of career relationships. In accordance with the goal, the authors set the following tasks: 1) to analyze the views of researchers on the problem of the functioning of gender in the process of professional socialization; 2) to understand the specifics of the mutual attitudes of men and women in the process of career interactions; 3) by a generalization of theory and empirical data to characterize the gender climate in modern Russian organizations.Methods and methodology. In the course of working on the topic of the article, classical methods of cognition of social phenomena, such as analysis, generalization, analogy and comparison, are used. The gender approach is applied, which involves the study of the system of interactions, relationships and mutual perceptions of men and women in various spheres of public life (for example, the works by B. Zibell [23, p. 8]). This approach differs from “women’s studies” and, even more so, from the philosophy of feminism, where the focus of scientific attention is concentrated on “women’s topics”. To obtain empirical data, we used an online survey conducted using Google forms.Results. The analysis of foreign and domestic approaches to the study of the career process is given. Career is characterized as a socio-psychological and socio-cultural phenomenon, the prerequisites and dynamics of gender inequality in modern conditions are revealed. Based on the interpretation of the survey data, the features of the mutual perception of men and women in the conditions of their professional interaction are revealed.The scope of the results. The results of the research can be used to create recommendations for studying the psychological components of the state of public opinion on management and gender issues, for organizing socially significant events, seminars, webinars, including gender topics, when writing textbooks for the social and communicative block.Раскрываются условия и формы реализации гендерных моделей в профессиональной среде, показывается социокультурная и личностная динамика трансляции гендерных установок в российском обществе.На основе данных онлайн-опроса проводится анализ установок взаимного восприятия мужчин и женщин относительно преимуществ их семейного статуса и карьерного потенциала в условиях профессиональной среды современной организации.Цель исследования – изучение особенностей взаимного восприятия мужчин и женщин в процессе карьерных отношений. В соответствии с целью авторы ставят задачи: 1) проанализировать взгляды исследователей на проблему функционирования гендерного фактора в процессе профессиональной социализации личности; 2) понять специфику взаимных аттитюдов мужчин и женщин в процессе карьерного взаимодействия; 3) посредством обобщения теоретического материала и эмпирических данных дать характеристику «гендерного климата» современной российской организации.Методы и методология. В ходе работы над темой статьи используются классические методы познания общественных явлений, такие как анализ, обобщение, аналогия и сравнение. Применяется гендерный подход, который предполагает исследование системы взаимоотношений и взаимовосприятий мужчин и женщин в различных сферах общественной жизни (см. например, работы Б. Зибелл [23, p. 8]). Данный подход отличается от «женских исследований» и, тем более, от философии феминизма, где фокус научного внимания концентрируется на «женской тематике». Для получения эмпирических данных применен онлайн-опрос, проведенный с использованием гугл-форм.Результаты. Дан анализ зарубежных и отечественных подходов к изучению карьерного процесса. Охарактеризована карьера как социально-психологическое и социокультурное явление, выявлены социально-психологические предпосылки и динамика гендерного неравенства в современных условиях. На основании интерпретации данных опроса выявляются особенности взаимного восприятия мужчин и женщин в условиях их профессионального взаимодействия.Область применения результатов. Результаты исследования могут использоваться в целях создания рекомендаций для изучения психологических составляющих состояния общественного мнения по управленческой и гендерной проблематике, для организации социально-значимых мероприятий, семинаров, вебинаров, включающих гендерную тематику, при написании учебных пособий социально-коммуникативного блока

ДИНАМИКА МАССОВОГО СОЗНАНИЯ В ПЕРИОД ПАНДЕМИИ

Social processes in the new conditions are largely predetermined by the picture of reality that is shaped in mass consciousness by meanings, expectations, guidelines that are actualized in it. Research, practice and social development potential is gaining peculiar dynamics in the context of the pandemic.The purpose of the article is to characterize the object of global social and humanitarian processes – a new type of consciousness, its phenomenology and advancement during the pandemic.Among the principal goals there are:– in-depth analysis of general theoretical and publicistic sources on the issue of mass and global consciousness;– systematization of open source information on pandemic-affected social, psychological, cultural background;– identification of possible negative social trends and growth points.The methods and methodology of the research include general scientific methods of analysis as well as dialectical, cultural-historical, interdisciplinary approaches.Results. The analysis of domestic and foreign studies in epidemiology, sociology, political science, communicativistics, psychology and marketing has been conducted. Substantive characteristics of the dynamics of mass consciousness in the conditions of the pandemic, adaptation, social and communicative aspects of social changes are listed. The biosocial character of transformations taking place in society is revealed.The results of the current research can be inculcated in the design of special recommendations for studying the state of public opinion on topical issues, in the organization of mass events and social activities, in the creation of knowledge bases, webinars and training manuals related to society and communication within it.Социальные процессы в новых условиях во многом определяются той картиной реальности, которая формируется в массовом сознании, теми смыслами, ожиданиями, ориентирами, которые в нем актуализируются. Пандемия вируса COVID-19 в 2020 году спровоцировала активные трансформации массового сознания, которые содержат в себе как угрозы конструктивному развитию общества, так и новые возможности социальной динамики.Целью исследования является понимание специфики сознания нового типа, которое условно можно назвать пандемическим или, в перспективе, – постпандемическим.Основные задачи:– анализ общетеоретических и публицистических источников по вопросам развития и трансформации массового и глобального сознания;– систематизация данных о социальных, психологических, социокультурных процессах, сопровождающих пандемию;– выявление возможных негативных тенденций в динамике массового и глобального сознания, вызванных пандемией COVID-19;– оценка конструктивного потенциала общественного развития после пандемии.Методы и методология исследования. Исследование проводилось с использованием общенаучных методов анализа, обобщения, аналогии и сравнения в рамках диалектического, культурно-исторического и междисциплинарного подходов.Результаты. Проведён анализ отечественных и зарубежных исследований в области эпидемиологии, социологии, политологии, коммуникативистики, психологии и маркетинга, что позволило сформировать концептуальное видение массового (глобального) сознания как феномена. Дана содержательная характеристика динамики массового сознания в условиях пандемии, установлены адаптационные, социальные и коммуникативные аспекты общественных изменений, сопутствующих распространению COVID-19. Выявлен биосоциальный характер происходящих в обществе трансформаций.Результаты исследования могут быть применены при создании рекомендаций по изучению состояния общественного мнения по актуальным темам, в организации социально-значимых мероприятий, в создании баз знаний, вебинаров и учебных пособий социально-коммуникативного блока

Online Communication Tools in Teaching Foreign Languages for Education Sustainability

Higher education curricula are developed based on creating conditions for implementing many professional and universal competencies. In Russia, one of the significant competencies for a modern specialist is business communication in oral and written forms in the Russian language and a foreign language. Therefore, teaching students to write in a foreign language is one of the modern requirements for young specialists' professional training. This article aimed to study the tools of online communication that are used in teaching foreign languages. The article presents the results of an empirical study and analysis of factors of application of online communication technologies in foreign languages teaching, synchronous and asynchronous means used in online learning, and the advantages of integrating online communication tools into the educational process of teaching a foreign language. The study of the advantages and disadvantages of educational platforms is based on an analysis of information and online communication technologies used in the educational process. Based on the example of teaching a foreign language, the article shows how online communication platforms are involved in the educational process. Furthermore, the teachers' and students' opinions are presented on how online platforms are convenient. The survey involved 928 first-year students and 76 foreign language teachers of Volgograd State University (Volgograd), Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod (Nizhny Novgorod), Tomsk Polytechnic University (Tomsk), Ural Federal University, named after the first President of Russia B. Modeling and Complex Analysis of the Topology Parameters of Ventilation Networks When Ensuring Fire Safety While Developing Coal and Gas Deposits

Underground mining, including underground coal mining, is accompanied by accidents and fire hazards that pose a threat to the life safety of miners. The fire hazard increases with an increase in the mining depth. Currently, most accidents in coal mines are mine fires. The cost of eliminating mine fires is 80–95% of the cost of eliminating all accidents occurring at mining enterprises. Therefore, the problem of developing a new methodology for modeling the ventilation network parameters of the mine to increase the reliability of controlling the aerogas mode at the excavation site is very relevant. The comprehensive analysis and assessment of gas-dynamic processes in coalmines under study were carried out using the methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics. Spatial data were processed using spline interpolation in “gnuplot”. As a result, a generalized expression for the transfer functions of coalmine objects, taking into account delays, was developed, including the description of dynamic properties of mining sites under various operating modes. The principal possibility of using a graphical method for estimating additional parameters of the sections of the ventilation system branches has been proved due to the alignment of their profiles at an equivalent distance relative to an arbitrary analogue. The improved method of spatial modeling was used to determine the gas-dynamic characteristics through additive gas-dynamic processes. The studies have been carried out and the method for managing the process of changing connections between devices (controllers–switches) of the technical system was developed in order to obtain greater reliability for safe mining. In subsequent studies, there is an issue of more detailed clarification of the peculiarities concerning the interrelations between the studied parameters in several projections of the response space

Migration Potential of Students and Development of Human Capital

Studying student migration trends is a significant task in studying human capital development as one of the leading factors in sustainable socio-economic development. The migration potential of students impacts the opportunities and prospects for sustainable development. The study of factors influencing the migration behavior of students acquires special significance in this article. The interpersonal competencies of the population impact its migration potential. Migration processes impact the differentiation of regions in terms of human capital. This article is based on theoretical and practical research on human capital, its formation, development, and migration as a factor in human capital development. The practical part of the study presents an analysis of data obtained from a sociological study of the factors that determine internal and international migration. An anonymous sociological survey of students in Ekaterinburg, Kursk, and Tomsk (Russia) was conducted in several stages. The first stage was implemented in October and December 2020 (N = 958). The second stage was implemented in October and November 2021 (N = 960). This study allows for tracing how the COVID-19 pandemic affects the migration potential of students and their desire for a satisfactory career path

COMMUNITARIAN IDEA AND SOCIO-CULTURAL PRACTICE

Цель. Концептуализировать содержание коммунитарной идеи и показать перспективы ее воплощения в современном многоэтничном сообществе.Методы проведения работы. Методологической основой работы стал диалектический метод познания. С этой точки зрения проводилось выявление оптимальных форм организации многоэтничного социума путем критического осмысления идей либерализма (Дж. Уодрон, Дж. Ролз) и коммунитаризма (Ч. Тейлор, M. Сандель, А. Макинтайр, А. Этциони, Н. Бердяев).Результаты. В современных многоэтничных обществах организация культурной политики опирается на одну из двух концептуальных позиций: либеральную или коммунитарную. Каждая из этих концепций представляет собой определенного рода крайность и, поэтому, не в полной мере соответствует идее социокультурной интеграции.
