    Salah satu unsur atau komponen penting dalam pendidikan yakni, adanya pendidik atau guru. Dimana  Kualitas dan mutu kegiatan belajar dan mengajar ditentukan juga dengan sejauh mana keterampilan dan komunikasi yang dibangun oleh guru. Guru adalah faktor penentu bagi keberhasilan pendidikan di sekolah, karena guru merupakan sentral serta sumber kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan Pertama, untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan positif keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) 4 Kota Bengkulu. Kedua, untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan positif pola komunikasi mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) 4 Kota Bengkulu. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui secara bersama- sama pengaruh langsung dan positif keterampilan dan pola komunikasi mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam  di SMKN 4 Kota Bengkulu?Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif tipe expost facto, dimana penelitian ini hanya menyebarkan angket kepada responden tidak melakukan manipulasi atau melakukan penelitian eksperimen. Adapun instrumen dalam pengumpulan data, yakni angket dan dokumentasi.Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 170 orang, sedangkan sampelnya sebanyak 35 .Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan langsung keterampilan mengajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dimana t hitung> t tabel(2.713 >2.042). Kemudian secara parsial pula tidak ada pengaruh yang positif dan langsung pola komunikasi mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa dimana t hitung F tabel (14,047 > 3.30)

    Abstract: Quantum Teaching with Debate Technique in an Effort to Stimulate Student Intellectual Activity in Fiqh Lesson Quantum teaching with debate technique is an implemented method aimed at stimulating students' intellectual activity. The implication shows an increase in students' intellectual activeness. As seen from the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle by 60% and the average value obtained 66, increased in the second cycle to 72%. Mastery learning students and the average value obtained 69.4, mastery learning students do not stop until the second cycle only, in the third cycle students' mastery learning becomes 88% with an average value obtained by students by 74. While the results of observation shows the activeness of students that in the first cycle the average score of student activeness was 17.5 with sufficient criteria, in cycle II there was a significant increase in student activeness by 20 with sufficient criteria, whereas in the third cycle, student activeness was seen from an increase in scores of 25.5 with good criteria.Abstrak : Quantum Teaching Dengan Teknik Debat Dalam Upaya Stimulus Keaktifan Intelektual Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Fiqih  Quantum teaching dengan teknik debat merupakan metode yang diimplementasikan bertujuan untuk menstimulasi keaktifan intelektual siswa . Implentasinya menunjukan adanya peningkatan keaktifan intelektual siswa.yang terlihat dari hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I  sebesar 60 % dan rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh 66, meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 72%. Ketuntasan belajar siswa dan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh 69,4, ketuntasan belajar siswa tidak berhenti sampai disiklus ke II saja, pada siklus ke III ketuntasan belajar siswa menjadi 88% dengan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh oleh siswa sebesar 74. Sedangkan hasil observasi menunjukan keaktifan siswa bahwa pada siklus I skor rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar 17,5 dengan kriteria cukup, pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap  keaktifan siswa sebesar 20 dengan kriteria cukup, sedangkan pada siklus  ke III, keaktifan siswa terlihat dari kenaikan skor sebesar 25,5 dengan kriteria bai

    Code switching is a switch from one language to another or from one dialect to another or vice versa, the occurrence of code switching due to changes in certain situations. The use of language is very important because language is the most important thing so that humans can interact with each other, especially in the interaction of a more formal scope of learning. Learning is an effort to prepare teaching and learning activities by teachers for students. Teachers are people who are assigned to be responsible for the growth and development of students towards educated humans. In learning, teachers are emphasized to be able to apply Indonesian properly and correctly as a unified language, namely Indonesian, which is inversely proportional to the situation in the observed school. This study aims to determine the form of teacher language code switching and factors that influence teacher language code switching in Indonesian language learning in class II SD Negeri 11 Ulu Musi District, Empat Lawang Regency. The methods used are observation, interview, and documentation. It can be concluded that the code switching process carried out by Indonesian teachers in teaching and learning activities uses the type of internal code switching, namely the code switching of the teacher's language from Indonesian to local language, both learning activities in the introduction, core and closing phases. Factors that influence the teacher's language code switching, namely internal and external. Internally, teachers are not too confident to always use Indonesian. Then externally code switching occurs due to environmental factors that are accustomed to using local languages, so that speech partners find it difficult to understand messages conveyed with other than local languages

    The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of e-learning in Indonesian class XI IBB subjects at SMAN 04 Bengkulu City. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The informants in this study were the Indonesian language teacher and three students of class XI IBB. The implementation of this research began on May 06 to May 31, 2021. The results of this study were the implementation of E-learning in Indonesian Class XI IBB subjects at SMAN 04 Bengkulu City was very good and complete. Starting from the homepage, absences, announcements, messages, teaching schedules, related links, assignments, materials, my comments, achievement of basic competencies, group assignments, teacher filters, student filters and logout or exit. The implementation of e-learning makes it very easy for teachers to continue teaching and also greatly facilitates students in learning. While the obstacles to implementing e-learning in Indonesian class XI IBB subjects at SMAN 04 Bengkulu City are infrastructure, cellphones, quotas, difficult signals, servers that sometimes have errors and lack of notifications

    Indonesian language learning can not be separated from the methods of approach in the delivery of materials in this case one of the approaches used is contextual approach. The implementation of this approach must have inhibitory factors and supporting factors. The purpose of this research was to find out how the implementation of the application, inhibitory factors and supporting factors contextual approach in learning Indonesian text material exposition students Class X IPA 3 SMA 1 Negeri Kinali. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection by conducting observations of teachers, students and classes, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were Indonesian language teachers and X IPA 3 grade students. Data validity technique is triangulation of sources by means of data suppression obtained. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers to teachers and students of Grade X IPA 3 SMA 1 Negeri Kinali. That the implementation of contextual approach is implemented ideally this has been proven by the existence of research interviews to teachers, students and monitoring carried out when the teaching and learning process takes place and the supporting factors are enthusiastic learners in following the learning, as well as adequate facilities and pre-facilities and inhibitory factors are lack of time and lack of materials delivered

    The Effect of RAFT Strategy on Students’ Writing Ability

    Language skills must be owned by students. Therefore, the teacher's role is very important in the learning process because it must be able to provide strategic, innovative, and interesting methods, strategies, and learning media so that students are able to master the four language skills in Indonesian lessons, meaning that students must master these four skills in a balanced way.  However, in reality, writing skills are still less favored by students, this is due to the number of students who have difficulty expressing ideas, feelings, and thoughts through writing. So that learning to write is more difficult than the three competencies in other language learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the RAFT strategy on the development of descriptive text writing skills for students of class X IPA1 SMA Negeri 2 Seluma. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample of this study was 34 people. The instruments used are test sheets and documentation. The results obtained from this study, it is known that the hypothesis test was carried out, it was obtained that the value of Fcount> Ftable i.e. = 0.48 > 0.39, thus the hypothesis Ha was accepted, which means that the implementation of the RAFT strategy can improve the development of text writing skills. description of students of class X IPA1 SMA Negeri 2 Seluma. The implementation of the influence test in the results of this study found that the raft learning strategy on the development of writing skills in class X IPA1 SMA Negeri 2 Seluma, with the results of data management from the research conducted, it is known that there is a positive influence between RAFT strategy (X) on the development of descriptive text writing skills (Y)
