    Pola Spasial Kejadian Tb Paru Bta Positif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Puuwatu Tahun 2013-2015

    Tuberculosis atau TB merupakan penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosisyang pada umumnya mempengaruhi paru-paru. Data World Health Organization (WHO) pada tahun 2014menunjukkan TB membunuh 1,5 juta orang di dunia. Pada tahun 2015, Indonesia setiap tahunnya untuk kasustuberkulosis paru bertambah seperempat juta kasus baru dan sekitar 140.000 kematian terjadi setiaptahunnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola spasial kejadian TB paru BTA positif di wilayah kerjaPuskesmas Puuwatu tahun 2013-2015 berdasarkan tingkat kepadatan penduduk, persentase keluarga miskin,cakupan rumah sehat, cakupan imunisasi BCG, dan wilayah kumuh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitianepidemiologi deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional deskriftif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruhkelurahan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Puuwatu tahun 2013-2015 sebanyak 95 penderita. Hasil dari penelitianini dengan menunjukkan bahwa pola spasial sebaran kejadian TB paru BTA positif cenderung terjadi pola padatingkat kepadatan penduduk yang sangat padat, persentase keluarga miskin yang tinggi, cakupan rumah sehatyang tinggi, cakupan imunisasi BCG yang tinggi, dan wilayah yang tidak kumuh di wilayah kerja PuskesmasPuuwatu tahun 2013-2015

    Gauge mediated supersymmetry breaking and the cosmology of Left-Right symmetric model

    Left-Right symmetry including supersymmetry presents an important class of gauge models which may possess natural solutions to many issues of phenomenology. Cosmology of such models indicates a phase transition accompanied by domain walls. Such walls must be unstable in order to not conflict with standard cosmology, and can further be shown to assist with open issues of cosmology such as dilution of unwanted relic densities and leptogenesis. In this paper we construct a model of gauge mediated supersymmetry breaking in which parity breaking is also signalled along with supersymmetry breaking and so as to be consistent with cosmological requirements. It is shown that addressing all the stated cosmological issues requires an extent of fine tuning, while in the absence of fine tuning, leptogenesis accompanying successful completion of the phase transition is still viable

    This research aims to determine how the effect of supervision and competence variables simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at Permai Hotel Pekanbaru. As for the sample in this study were employees of Hotel Permai Pekanbaru with a sample of 50 people and all populations sampled in this study . Data analysis using descriptive analysis , but it is also a quantitative analysis that is using multiple linear regression with SPSS ( Services For Product and Solution Statistics ) version 20. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F-test) showed that the supervision and competence simultaneously affect the performance of employees. Partial Test Results (t test) showed that the control variable is partially significant effect on employee performance, and competence variables partially significant effect on employee performance means better supervision and competence of the employees will be able to affect the performance of Hotel Permai. From the test results R square is known that the influence of the Performance Monitoring and Competence Permai Hotel employees by 70.1% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined

    This research was conducted at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Pekanbaru located on the street Sisingamaraja No. 65 Pekanbaru Riau in order to determine and analyze the influence of human relations and reward partially on the performance of employees at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Pekanbaru. To know and analyze the influence of human relations and simultaneously reward the performance of employees at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Pekanbaru. The study population was 43 employees of PT. Nugraha lane Ekakurir Pekanbaru. Research variables used are human relations and reward as the independent variable and the performance of employees as the dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis aided by SPSS 20 for windows. The results of this study indicate that human relations and reward partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Pekanbaru. The dominant variable affecting the performance is a factor of human relations. Research that has been conducted in accordance with the regression test (t test) and (f test) shows independent variables studied are human relations and reward variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable employee performance. Recommendations to the authors propose is expected to PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Pekanbaru to be able to further enhance the variable human relations as establish effective communication, shared interests with the employees, a positive view of employees, establish a harmonious relationship with employees and provide tolerance among its members, because human relations greatly affect the performance by gaining average responses agreed

    Limbungan Baru is the most populous Sub-District in Rumbai Pesisir District. The high level of density population in Limbungan Baru Sub-District is as one potential contributor of CO2 emissions. The calculation of total energy consumption that generate CO2 emmision was called carbon footprint. The CO2 emissions from the household activities are divided into primary and secondary CO2 emissions. The primary CO2 emissions is resulting from fuel used in households, while the secondary CO2 emissions is resulting from the used of electric household equipment. CO2 emmision were calculated using IPCC method (1996). Total CO2 emissions from household activities in Limbungan Baru Sub-District is 2.194,614 tons CO2/month where primary CO2 emissions amounted to 185,535 tons CO2/month, and secondary CO2 emissions amounted to 2.009,089 tons CO2/month

    This study aimed to analyze the influence of variables Discipline, motivation and the Physical Environment on Performance. Research was conducted on Nurses, Hospitals Petala Bumi in Pekanbaru. In this research consists of four variables: the dependent variable and three independent variables. These variables are Performance (Y), the Physical Environment (X3), Motivation (X2), and Discipline (X1). This study was conducted using a sample of 86 people. This research using purposive sampling technique is the determination of the sample is based on respondents who have certain criteria to fill out a questionnaire. In terms of data analysis, this study using multiple regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20. Based on the hypothesis tests conducted, results indicate that the Disciplinary research and significant positive effect on performance, motivation positive and significant impact on the Performance and Physical Environment positive and significant impact on performance. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis known that the spirit of work, discipline of work, and monitoring significant effect on the performance of employees PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei-Intan, spirit of work significant effect on employee performance, disciplined work significantly influence employee performance, monitoring significant effect on employee performance. So it is expected to employees in order to increase knowledge and skills of the existing work in the company.     This study aims to determine how the variables influence supervision and work environment simultaneously or partially on employee performance marketing PT.IndofoodSuksesMakmur TBK, in Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study is part of a marketing employee PT.IndofoodSuksesMakmur TBK, in Pekanbaru which amounted to 79 people and populations sampled in this study by using the method of census of all employees. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, as it also uses the quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18:00. From the results of testing that has been done, simultan regression test (F-test) showed that the supervision and work environment simultan significant effect on employee performance marketing PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur TBK, in Pekanbaru.
