    Problems in this study are based on the phenomenon of not optimal lending and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), and the interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI) to the movement of credit. The population in this study is all Devisa National Private Commercial Bank (BUSND). The number of BUSND in 2012 is 34 banks. This study uses observations from January 2011 to February 2012. The method for data analysis method is factor and path analysis. The factors being predicted to have influence to the ability of banks to credit lending is profit, CAR, KAP, ROA, ROA, Liquidity, LDR, NPL, Deposits, Credit and Interest. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the impact of independent variables to the amount of loans are: Profit 1.2%, KAP 0.3%, ROA 0.1%, LDR 30.9%, NPL 1.2%, deposits 72.4%, interest -2.1%, and all variables simultaneously 100%

    This research was motivated by fact that there's a high demand of find distribution for capital that is safe, fast, and easy. BNI KCU UNDIP must pay attention to the interest rate that given, effect of service quality, and the customer's business income for making customers interest to use their service.This study aims to determine the influence of interest rate, service quality, and business income towards credit decision-making at BNI KCU UNDIP. The sample in this reseach is 100 respondens who are debitors BNI KCU UNDIP. This study used purposive samplng as a sampling techniques of data collection using questionnaires. The analytical method used was simple and multiple regression analysis, the validity and reliability.Based on the result analysis, variable the interest rate, quality of service, and business income have a positive influence of the credit making decision. Variable the quality of service have the most influence is as much as 0,355. Variable business income have influence of 0,279 and variable interest rates have influence of 0,123. Simultaneously a variable the interest rates, quality of service, and business income having contributions amounting to 36,3% of the credit decision-making.The advice that can be provided, BNI KCU UNDIP should be able to maintain and improve the quality of service well, physically and human resources, maintain interest rates to be able to compete with similar bank and business income in accordance with the credit

    In the globalization era, smartphones industries are the most developed industry in Indonesia. This situation create business competition are increasingly competitive. One of the signs of market competitiveness can be seen in the last few years on how there's declining on market share and selling volume of Samsung Smartphone products in Indonesia. While the purpose of this research is to explain and elaborate the power of brand awareness, brand association and advertising effectiveness in influencing University of Diponegoro students decision to buy Samsung Smartphone products.The result of this research demonstrates that the variable of brand awareness have significant and positive impact toward purchasing decisions; the variable of brand association have significant and positive impact toward purchasing decisions and the variable of advertising effectiveness have significant and positive impact toward purchasing decisions.The conclusion from this research is that samsung's smartphone products are perceived well in all the three variables (brand awareness, brand association and advertising effectiveness). While suggestion that can be presented from this research is it's necessary for Samsung to build brand awareness and a better brand association if they want to mantain and gain their product sale in order to improve the company's image, thus making it easier for consumers in making purchasing decisions

    The capital market is one of the sources of funding for the company, as well as a place for investors to invest. One of the business sector that profitable to invest is the mining sector. However, since early 2014 the stock performance of the mining sector decreased and it will have an impact on stock prices of the mining sector in the next year. The population of the research are 39 companies of the mining sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX ) during period 2010-2014. The research data is obtained on secondary data from the financial statements published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling process by using purposive sampling method in which only mining company listing and active in a row during the period 2010-2014 who willing provide the necessary data in research. Total samples that suitable the criteria as much as 17 mining companies. The analysis technique used linear regression. Hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test with significant level 5%. The result of the research indicates only Earning Per Share ( EPS ) partially has a significant effect on the Stock Price of the mining sector. While BI Rate and Return On Equity ( ROE ) has no significant effect on the Stock Price of the mining sector. Simultaneously, Bi Rate, Earning Per Share ( EPS ) and Return On Equity ( ROE ) has significant effect to the Stock Price of the mining sector. For further research, It better to add another variable that could affect stock price, using a wider research object with a longer study period. For issuer, they should improve the performance and evaluate management performance every year periodically. For investor, they should pay attention to the internal and external factors companies like interest rate, eps, roe before making a decision to invest

    Most of people in Indonesia have recognize a bank, but they know an Islamic banking in 1991 when Muamalat Bank first use syariah principle, with the “dual banking system” policy from Bank Indonesia, conventional banking can oper for syariah unit exercise. One of conventional banking that serve syariah unit exercise is BNI 46 with the name BNI Syariah. The fundamental aim of this research is to find out the effect of the interest perception and service quality to saving interest on BNI Syariah in Semarang. Type of this research is explanatory with 100 respondents taken using quota sampling, purposive sampling and incidental sampling so that the sample of this research consist of 63 respondents (customers of BNI Syariah Ahmad Yani) and 37 respondents (customers of BNI Syariah Unisula). According to the result of regression analysis, this research shows that the interest perception ang service quality are significantly influence to saving interest on BNI Syariah in Semarang 36.3 percent and 47.2 percent. So that, it is recommended to management of BNI Syariah in Semarang to maintain and to educate their customers so they know the different between conventional and Islamic banking

    O-Mamamia restaurant Steak n Ice Cream Semarang is a steak restaurant providing ice cream at the same time, which has ten branches one branch is O-Mamamia Restaurant Steak n Ice Cream Jati Semarang. In an effort to maintain relationships with customers, service quality is the key to retaining customers and providing high value through customer value. Customers will compare the quality of services provided at a price that is charged for the steak provided. Currently there is a restaurant that provides a lot of steak menu, causing intense competition. Intense competition will directly affect the number of customers coming as it did on the O-Mamamia Restaurant Steak n Ice Cream Jati Semarang which decreased the number of customers each year. This study aimed to determine the effect of pricing, product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction O-Mamamia Steak n Ice Cream Teak Semarang. The population in this study is the customer O-Mamamia Restaurant Steak n Ice Cream Teak Semarang. The research sample of 100 respondents was taken and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Measurement scales using Likert scale. In the analysis of the data using simple linear regression and multiple regression test with the help of the program SPSS 18.00. Based on the survey results revealed the price variable has an influence on the customer satisfaction variables, where the t value (3.456)> t table (1.29025). That is, for a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Value of the coefficient of determination of 0.109 or 10.9%. This means that 10.9% customer satisfaction variables can be explained by the variable price. Variable product quality has an influence on the customer satisfaction variables, where the t value (4.905)> t table (1.29025). That is, the product quality has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Value of the coefficient of determination of 0.197 or 19.7%. Variable Quality of Service has a variable effect on customer satisfaction, which amounted to 8.451 t count> t table of 1.29025 means that service quality has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Value of the coefficient of determination of 0.422 or 42.2% Suggestions put forward for O-Mamamia Restaurant Steak n Ice Cream Teak Semarang is need for adjustment between the tariff charged to consumers with the quality of services provided, maintaining the delicious taste, customer service should be further enhanced

    Pengaruh Return On Assets (Roa), Return On Equity (Roe), Net Profit Margin (Npm), dan Earning Per Share (Eps) terhadap Harga Saham

    Share price is a form of public trust in the company's performance. This research uses fundamental analysis with financial ratio analysis. The Sub Residence Property Sector that has studied in the research consisted of 15 companies. In the last three years the average share price of sub-property property sector in the period 2014-2016 has increased but only one company of 15 companies that experienced an increase in share price each year. While other companies experiencing a fluctuating condition. This is the main reason why researchers do the research internally. This type of research is explanatory research, with population that can be researched in property sub residence sector are 15 companies. The type of data source is the secondary data, which obtained indirectly. The type of data used in this study is time series data. Data analysis methods used is classical assumption test, correlation, determination, simple regression, multiple regression, and significance by using SPSS application. The result of research stated that ROA, ROE and EPS have influence to stock price, which means when ROA, ROE and EPS increase, then stock price will partially increase. While NPM has no effect on stock prices. Simultaneous tests show ROA, ROE, NPM, and EPS have an influence on stock prices. If ROA, ROE, NPM, and EPS increase, then stock price will increase. Based on the results, researcher suggests that the subprojects subproperty must maintain their financial performance which includes ROA, ROE, NPM, and EPS to increase their stock price
