Humanization as a Phenomenon of Post-bipolar International Relations System

This work studies theoretical problems of international relations development in conditions of globalization. Main factors of humanization of current international relations system are characterized. There is represented complex analysis of modern national diplomacy as one of the main factors of international relations humanization. The analysis of CIS countries' modern politics in the context of international relations humanization. Humanization as a paradigm of contemporary international relations system

This work studies the theoretical problems of international relations development in conditions of globalization. The main factors of the humanization of the current international relations system are characterized via comparative qualitative research methods. As a result, pragmatism and political realism deny the identification of certain nations' aspirations with world moral laws. It is concluded that there are enough opportunities for the humanization process in modern international relations.Este trabajo estudia los problemas teóricos del desarrollo de las relaciones internacionales en condiciones de globalización. Los principales factores de la humanización del actual sistema de relaciones internacionales se caracterizan por métodos comparativos de investigación cualitativa. Como resultado, el pragmatismo y el realismo político niegan la identificación de las aspiraciones de ciertas naciones con las leyes morales mundiales. Chemical modification of cellulose for boron sorption from water solutions

It is shown that natural cellulose obtained from the walnut shell (Juglans regia) can be used for chemical modifi cation of the selective boron sorbent. The modifi cation was carried out by the coupling technique of chlorine derivatives of the polyhydric alcohols or polyols (mannitol, xylitol, sorbitol or glycerol). In this case new hybrid substances (sorbents) were obtained and they are represented by the formula: R-O-(CHOH)n-CH3, where R is a residue of the cellulose backbone, n is the number of functional (OH) groups of the polyhydric alcohols. The pulp mercerization was carried out by processing the ground walnut shell (WS) with hot solution of sodium hydroxide. Chlorination of polyhydric alcohols was carried out by gaseous hydrochloric acid sparging through the polyhydric alcohol aqueous solution. The coupling process proceeds according to the mechanism of substitution of the cellulose hydroxyl groups with chlorine atoms
