    Tingkat Kesamaan Plankton pada Ekosistem Mangrove Pulo Sarok Kecamatan Singkil, Kabupaten Aceh Singkil

    This study aimsto determine the degree of similarity of plankton in the waters of the mangrove ecosystem Gampong Pulo Sarok District of Singkil, Aceh Singkil. This research was conducted in January 2016. The method used is purposive sampling with mementukan 3 stations by mangrove species at each location. Sampling plankton based at a different time in the morning, afternoon and evening using plankton planktonet No. 25. Data were analyzed by using the similarity index formula to get the value of similarity at each station. In supporting parameters measured were temperature, salinity, brightness, depth, pH, and DO. The results showed that the plankton found in every station in the waters of the mangrove ecosystem Gampong Pulo Sarok District of Singkil, Aceh Singkil as many as 36 species. Level Parallelism (IS) in pulo Sarok was ranged from 66.66% to 94,74%.In which is meant the degree of similarity of plankton in the high category. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesamaan plankton pada perairan ekosistem mangrove Gampong Pulo Sarok Kecamatan Singkil, Kabupaten Aceh Singkil.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2016.Metode yang digunakan adalah purposivesampling yaitu dengan mementukan 3 stasiun berdasarkan jenis mangrove pada tiap lokasi. Pengambilan sampel plankton berdasarkan waktu yang berbeda yaitu pagi, siang dan sore dengan menggunakan planktonet no 25.Data plankton dianalisadenganmenggunakanrumusindekskesamaanuntuk mendapatkan nilai kesamaan pada setiap stasiun.Pada parameter pendukung yang diamati adalah suhu, salinitas, kecerahan, kedalaman, pH, dan DO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa plankton yang ditemukan pada setiap stasiun di perairan ekosistem mangrove Gampong Pulo Sarok Kecamatan Singkil, Kabupaten Aceh Singkil sebanyak 36 spesies. Tingkat Kesamaan (IS) menunjukkan tingkat kesamaan berkisar antara 66,66%-94,74%. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah tingkat kesamaan plankton pada ekosistem mangrove Pulo Sarok Kecamatan Singkil, Kabupaten Aceh Singkil plankton dalam kategori tinggi

This study aims to (1) know the fishing gear that has the highest level of environmental friendliness (2) aspects of the code of conduct for responsible fisheries CCRF is often violated and (3) determine the level of concern for fishermen to use fish-friendly tool arrests lingkungannelaya Banda Aceh. The study was conducted in March through May 2014 in Fishing Port Beach (PPP) Lampulo and Fish Landing Places (TPI) Alue Naga. Descriptive method with the number of samples used in this study divided 175 people fishing the Purse Seine fishing, Tramell Net, and Gill Net Fishermen. Collecting data using a questionnaire and analysed using descriptive analysis of the results of the research described in graphic form, frequency and percentage (persen).     Kelimpahan Kepiting Bakau (Scylla) di Kawasan Rehabilitasi Mangrove Pulo Sarok Kecamatan Singkil Kabupaten Aceh Singkil

    The aim of this study was to determine the abundance of mud crab (Scylla) in the area of rehabilitation of mangrove Pulo Sarok Singkil District of Aceh Singkil. This research was conducted in January and February 2016 using purposive sampling method, while the placement of crab traps was random. Regions ware divided into three stations with an area of 10 m x 10 m and each station placed five rattan traps. Each trap was installed in the afternoon at low tide and the collection were made in the morning at low tide. Mangrove crabs abundance data were analyzed using abundance formula. We found 56 individuals of the four species in which Scylla serrata 7 ind/m2, Scylla olivacea 25 ind/m2, Scylla tranquebarica 12 ind/m2, and Scylla paramamosain 12 ind/m2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelimpahan kepiting bakau (Scylla) di kawasan rehabilitasi mangrove Pulo Sarok Kecamatan Singkil Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bulan Januari-Februari 2016, metode yang digunakan untuk penentuan stasiun adalah metode purposive sampling, sedangkan penempatan bubu adalah secara acak. Kawasan penelitian dibagi kepada tiga stasiun dengan luas 10 m x10 m dan setiap stasiun diletakkan lima bubu. Pemasangan bubu dilakukan sore hari pada saat air surut dan diangkat pagi hari pada saat air surut, bahan baku bubu terbuat dari rotan. Data kelimpahan kepiting bakau dianalisis menggunakan rumus kelimpahan. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian ditemukan 56 individu dari empat spesies yaitu Scylla serrata 7 ind/m2, Scylla olivacea 25 ind/m2, Scylla tranquebarica 12 ind/m2, dan Scylla paramamosain 12 ind/m2. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah kelimpahan kepiting bakau di kawasan rehabilitasi mangrove Pulo Sarok Kecamatan Singkil Kabupaten Aceh Singkil berkisar antara 7 ind/m2- 25 ind/m2

    Penelitian Keanekaragman Gastropoda dan Bivalvia Berdasarkan Karakteristik Sedimen Daerah Intertidal di Pantai Ujung Pancu Kecamatan Peukan Bada Kabupaten Aceh Besar ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman berdasarkan karakteristik sedimen. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Purposive sampling. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada saat surut terendah. Stasiun terdiri dari 5 stasiun, dimana setiap stasiun diletakkan plot berukuran 5 x 5 m dan diletakkan transek kuadrat berukuran 1 x 1 m didalamnya dengan jarak sampling 30 m. Analisis data menggunakan rumus keanekaragaman dan Mean grain size. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 19 total spesies yang terdiri dari 12 spesies kelas Gastropoda dan 7 spesies kelas Bivalvia. Keanekaragaman berkisar antara 3,652-3,984. Dan ukuran butiran berkisar antara 0,294-0,403. Kesimpulannya adalah (1) Keanekaragamannya tinggi (2) Ukuran butirannya pasir halus. Station consisted of 5 stations where each station placed plot 5 x 5 m and placed 1 x 1 m2 of square transects in it with 30 m sampling space. Data analyzed by diversity formula and mean grain size. The result showed that 19 species were found which consisted of 12 species of Gastropods and 7 species of Bivalves. Diversity ranged between 3,652 to 3,984.     The Effect of Addition Pumpkin (Cucurbita MoschataD.) Flour in Artificial Diet to the Color Quality of Goldfish (Carrasius Auratus)

    The ornamental fish price is determined by the appearance of colour. Feeding naturally feed in artificial feed aimed to improve the color quality of goldfish and how long it takes to improve the color. This research was used experimental method with quantutative approach. Research used CRD (Complete Random Design) which consists of 4 treatments with different concentration includes: P0: Positive control, P1: 5%, P2: 10%, and P3: 15%, with 5 replications in each treatments. Parameter in this research are color quality improvements, length and weight accretion for 6 weeks which measured in the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth week. The research result showed that feeding the pumpkin flour in artificial diet affected the color improvement of goldfish but did not affect the length and weight of goldfish. The optimal color improvement of goldfish obtained on the treatment with 15% concentration. A summary of this research is feeding the pumpkin flour in artificial diet on 42 days affected the color improvement of goldfish but did not affect the length and weight of goldfish

    Research about the Spinners Gardens Spiders (orb-weaver spider) nest location Shaped circle in coffee plantations Umah Besi Village Kecamatan Gajah Putih Kabupaten Bener Meriah, has been carried out in November 2015. This study aimed to determine the location of the nest of orb-weaver spider species in coffee plantations Kampung Umah Besi Kecamatan Gajah Putih Kabupaten Bener Meriah. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach and data used in accordance with the existing data in the field. The study was conducted by using purposive sampling method, set the fifth station is the station first coffee plantations adjacent to the river, the second station II coffee plantations adjacent to the road, the station to III coffee plantations adjacent to crops, station IV coffee plantations adjacent to chocolate garden, and coffee plantations V station to the adjacent houses. At the fifth station assigned each observation area, the area is one hectare. Observations were made at four observation points each station is an observation point neighborhood coffee trees, banana trees neighborhood observation point, observation point petai tree area and observation point region jackfruit tree. The results of the study of spiders nesting sites of average height nest formation of ground level ranges as between 50-230 cm. It is located at the tip of the stem, in the middle of the rod, and among the branches of the tree. The conclusions of this study spiderweb most predominantly found at a height of 50 cm to 170 cm from ground level, and the lowest at a height of 171 cm to 230 cm.
