Human rights violations of women and abuse against women are structured and underlying in India, introduced in socio-economic guidelines and laws that structure the family, neighborhood, climate, and state plans. Along these lines, it is an expanding worry in India and across the globe as the rising occurrence of infringements of women's human rights are on high. The purpose of this study is to investigate and examine the knowledge and mindfulness of human rights among women and its connection and association with the overall advancement of women in their day-to-day existence. Using a descriptive research method, both qualitative and quantitative data were gathered on women’s mindfulness and knowledge of various human rights available to them. The proximity of intense and thorough knowledge of women’s human rights was found to play the greatest role in the comprehensive socio-economic development of women. This study definitively answers the question regarding the correlation between proximity to women’s human rights mindfulness and fertile platform and ambiance for their fuller growth and development as human beings. Further investigations are expected to set up causal relations and foster a more full-bodied conceivable climate and social construction for the security and acknowledgement of women’s human rights

Objectives: To study human trafficking and its typology, and various socio-cultural, political, economical triggers responsible for this sinister social reality, and also analyze gender and age-based victimization’ also simultaneously examine the international and domestic laws to combat human trafficking and its implementable capacities. Subjects and methods: The proposed examination was an exploratory, qualitative sample-based survey study. The body of data analyzed was mustered up from multiple sources, primarily from the students of University level enrolled in various studies, including social workers, community activists through convenient and judgmental sampling spread over 6 months, and the contents were analyzed. Results: Various socio-cultural, political, and economic grounds were observed for human trafficking for its various heinous purposes. Gender-based victimization and age-based victimization in the version of child trafficking were the prominent findings. The loopholes and shortcomings in various laws to shackle human trafficking were discovered. It was also further examined that most of the laws and socio-cultural ambiance are not victim-friendly and do not stop secondary victimization of the trafficked victims. Conclusion: Human trafficking has wide-ranging socio-cultural, economical, environmental, and political triggers in India; which have continued for a huge span of time in many parts and locations of the country. The nature of most of the problems resembles that in many other parts of the world. The present status and higher vulnerability of women and children in the domain of human trafficking for various purposes primarily for sexual exploitation and for cheap labor purposes suggest the need to improve legal, socio-cultural, economic, political, ecological, environmental, and developmental methods along with focused attention to local community involvement and participation

Game-Theoretic Link Relevance Indexing on Genome-Wide Expression Dataset Identifies Putative Salient Genes with Potential Etiological and Diapeutics role in Colorectal Cancer

Diapeutics gene markers in colorectal cancer (CRC) can help manage mortality caused by the disease. We applied a game-theoretic link relevance Index (LRI) scoring on the high-throughput whole-genome transcriptome dataset to identify salient genes in CRC and obtained 126 salient genes with LRI score greater than zero. The biomarkers database lacks preliminary information on the salient genes as biomarkers for all the available cancer cell types. The salient genes revealed eleven, one and six overrepresentations for major Biological Processes, Molecular Function, and Cellular components. However, no enrichment with respect to chromosome location was found for the salient genes. Significantly high enrichments were observed for several KEGG, Reactome and PPI terms. The survival analysis of top protein-coding salient genes exhibited superior prognostic characteristics for CRC. MIR143HG, AMOTL1, ACTG2 and other salient genes lack sufficient information regarding their etiological role in CRC. Further investigation in LRI methodology and salient genes to augment the existing knowledge base may create new milestones in CRC diapeutics
