The article deals with utilization problems of contemporary personnel appraisal techniques in HR-management. The item is aimed at both analysis of present state of personnel appreciation system and its key features and crucial trends. Moreover appraisal methods' efficiency depending on the business tasks, validity problem of these modern methods, as well as their practical use in modern companies are considered. Furthermore the article underlines the importance of new social oriented approaches in staff appreciation, which are to resolve complicated difficulties in HR-management. These appraisal methods' utilization enables the company to lower staff opposition to appraisal procedures, to stimulate employees' initiative in appraisal performance neutrality, to improve staff and experts' rapport and corporate climate. In the present article is explained the role of personnel evaluation in the companies of PRC (as: shortage of the qualified experts, responsible for the stuff-evaluation; non-structural evaluation procedure; existence of unprompted evaluation procedures; absence of feed-back from the evaluated staff; drawbacks in the practical employing of foreign methods by the Chinese head executives. The purpose of the article was to analyze the problems of the main categories of socially unprotected groups of people in the world labor market. In accordance with the goal, the following objectives were set: to reveal the key problems of inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labor market, to investigate gender discrimination in the labor market in developing countries of the world, to identify problems in the youth labor market, to justify the need to develop the most important areas of inclusion of vulnerable people population in the modern labor market in the context of the relevance of the concept of sustainable development of the world. The author hypothesized that in developing countries, with the timely inclusion of vulnerable groups in the labor market, a number of serious problems that adversely affect the national labor market in the country can be eliminated. The articles used the method of analysis and synthesis, methods of grouping and analysis of statistical data. The article deals with corporate social responsibility of business and its role in the management of Russian companies. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the importance of CSR as a new and effective tool for managing the competitiveness of Russian companies in the global competition in the consumer market. The main tasks are to determine the essence of the concepts of βcorporate social responsibility of businessβ, to identify the benefits that the company receives, implementing social projects in the market, to analyze the specific characteristics of the Russian CSR model and to consider the practical experience of using CSR tools to maintain the competitiveness of domestic business. The hypothesis of the study is the assumption that using basic tools of corporate social responsibility, modern Russian companies ensure their successful development by attracting and retaining their customers, effectively manage their image, thereby ensuring the competitiveness of their organization. In the course of the study, the authors used such methods as study and synthesis, analysis and synthesis.
