    In the article the peculiarities of the labour market environmentalists on the Russian labour market. The analysis of the main trends in the labor market of environmentalists in Russia is carried out, the forecast list of future professions in the field of environmental protection is given, the main problems in the labor market of environmentalists are considered, among which the key ones are: the discrepancy of supply and demand, the spreadin wages depending on the regions, discrimination The level of salaries of specialists in the field of environmental protection is considered, the dynamics of wages in Russia, Moscow and St. Petersburg is given.В статье рассмотрены особенности рынка труда экологов на российском рынке труда. Проводится анализ основных тенденций на рынке труда экологов в России, приводится прогнозный перечень профессий будущего в области охраны окружающей среды, рассматриваются основные проблемы на рынке труда специалистов в области охраны окружающей среды, среди которых ключевыми названы: несоответствие спроса и предложения, разброс в заработных платах в зависимости от регионов, дискриминация молодежи. Рассмотрен уровень заработных плат специалистов в данной области, приведена динамика заработных плат по России, Москве и Санкт-Петербургу

    Human resources as a factor in ensuring the security of the Russian Federation economic development

    The article examines human resources in the Russian Federation and identifies main aspects of personnel security. It also reveals the nature and structure of personnel security, describes the role of the human resources evaluation system in the process of ensuring this type of security, presents briefly the structure and specificities of the Russian human resources taking into consideration such indicators as: population size, dynamics of population changes, economically active population, unemployment rate, GDP per capita, the number of people whose income is below the poverty line, the ethnic composition, and a set of the following modern integrated indices: Human Development Index, The Global Competitiveness Index, Education Index, Quality-of-life index, The Gender Equity Index. In accordance with the findings obtained, the main threats for the safe development of the economy of the regions in the country are the following: depletion of human resources; neet-youth, provoking many social ills; erosion of traditional system of qualified personnel training; the prevalence of private interest over national ones; the collapse of spiritual and moral values especially among the younger generation; and poverty of the population. The article highlights the significance of searching for effective methods of eliminating unfavorable threats to human resources development at the governmental, regional and municipal levels

    The article is devoted to the analysis of the reasons for socio-psychological adaptation of international students at modern universities. The results of a series of surveys conducted in an interethnic university are given. The example of RUDN University has demonstrated that the social and physiological factors are dominant in the de-adaptation. The article also offers a number of tools to increase the effectiveness of international students' adaptation. © 2018

The labor mobility of young people in the modern labor market has been studied, as a result the main flows of labor migration of young people have been identified. The average pay of young people's work has been analyzed. The article also contains the results of the authors' survey among MA students referring to the causes of youth labor mobility and problems of their employment. © 2017

    Key aspects of managing the students' satisfaction with the learning environment at the international university

    Background/Objectives: The article defines the role of assessment of students' satisfaction with the educational process and the learning environment at the university and identifies the possible criteria for students' satisfaction. Methods/ Statistical analysis: The authors applied multivariate analysis, study, generalization, comparison, sociological survey (namely a questionnaire survey), factor analysis and grouping for the research. The statements and conclusions of this publication were based on the following sources: the author's study of 500 students of the RUDN International University, RUDN University internal documentation, articles in issue-related magazines and websites. Findings: The authors present the results of their study of students' satisfaction in RUDN University, during which the basic and additional (secondary) criteria of satisfaction of students studying at International University have been identified. The results have been obtained using the factor analysis in the major groups of students (male and female, foreign and Russian students). The main criteria contained the following: level of the teaching staff, friendly relationships between faculty members and students, international activity of the university, possibility for further employment, image of the university inside the country and in the world, information and methodological support of the educational process and the level of university infrastructure development. The article also defines and emphasizes the role of regular surveys of student satisfaction, as well as their importance for the process of international accreditation of the higher education institution. Application/Improvements: The authors provide recommendations for the improvement of the level of satisfaction of the International University students, such as: development of professional and pedagogical skills of teaching staff, etc
