Gestión directiva y cultura organizacional en el Instituto Superior Tecnológico Alas Peruanas de Ica año 2017

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal comprender cómo interactúan la gestión y la cultura organizacional en el Instituto Tecnológico Alas Peruanas de Ica. Utiliza un método de investigación correlativo y descriptivo con un enfoque cuantitativo, y su objetivo principal es describir las conexiones y asociaciones entre las dos variables. Se distribuyeron cuestionarios a una muestra de 220 estudiantes del Instituto Alas Peruanas de Ica para que respondieran a las preguntas planteadas como problemas de investigación y evaluaran si se habían alcanzado los objetivos de la investigación. Se utilizó la herramienta estadística SPSS V-24 para procesar los datos y evaluar la validez y confiabilidad de los instrumentos. Los resultados de la prueba no paramétrica Rho de Spearman a un nivel de significación con un valor de significancia igual a 0,000 (p <0,05), permiten demostrar que la gestión directiva se relaciona directa y significativamente con la cultura organizacional en el Instituto Alas Peruanas de Ica.
