PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY IN MSME DEFIA OYSTER MUSHROOM IN JAMBI
Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME) gives the latest innovation to the development of its business. Enterprises in order to maintain their survival in order to survive in a competitive climate should have a strategy to attract consumers to switch to their products. One strategy to choose from is product development strategy. So the purpose of this research is to know the internal and external conditions of MSMEs Nugget Oyster Defia in determining product development strategy and analyze and recommend product development strategy based on SWOT analysis to MSME Nugget Oyster Defia. This research was conducted at MSME Nugget Oyster Defia fungus located in Jambi City. Data collection using secondary and primary data. The method of data collection by using observation and direct interview which result will be processed using IFE, EFE and SWOT matrix. Based on the results of the analysis obtained IFE matrix which shows a score of 2.802 score that identified wide space and business improvement and EFE matrix with a score of 2.6255 shows nugget business can be said to be successful and able to attract profits. In the IFE and EFE matrix, the SWOT analysis is to increase the number of outputs and business performance inputs, expand marketing area and increase promotion, increase the number of experts and cooperation, use good technology and planning system, improve nugget business quality and cooperate with other agencies to developmen
DAMPAK TATA KELOLA PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA (PKL) TERHADAP KINERJA USAHA (STUDI PADA PKL WILAYAHSEKITAR KAMPUS DI KOTA JAMBI)
The goal of this research is to identify factors that influence the street vendor’s governance (PKL) around some universities in Jambi city. It also intended to explain the impact of PKL governance on business performance by quantitative model. The data analysis is divided into two, namely descriptive and inferential statistics. The inferential statistics employs Partial Least Square (PLS).The samples are taken based on purposive sampling method;a judgement method with 7,5% assumption on street vendors around universities in Jambi city. The result indicates that human resource and operational management have effect on business performance, while finance and marketing have no effect on business performance. Hence, governance model on the future should be considered human resource as the primary asset of PKL
MODEL TATA KELOLA PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA (PKL) DI KOTA JAMBI
The purpose of this research is to reveal the governance of street vendors, based on the street vendors’ profiles namely finance, marketing, human resource and operational management in Jambi City. Those indicators will later be formulated to be a comprehensif model of street vendors governance. This research used mixed method, firstly used sequential exploratory designthen qualitative and quantitative method. In qualitative method, this research uses Interpretive Phenomenology, and Partial Least Square (PLS) for the quantitative method. The result of this research shows that the finance, marketing and human resource management have effect on street vendors governance, however, operational management has no effect. Keywords: street vendors, governance, finance, marketing, human resource, operationa
Sustainable Practices of Smart Mobility Service (SMS): A Case Study of Public Transportation System in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
The public transportation system contributing immensely to national economic progress. Regardless of various obstacles, the public transportation system has achieved growth. This study aimed to examine the influences of sustainable practices of Smart Mobility Service (SMS) of public transportation system in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The key objective this study to justify the relationship between sustainable practices such as Smart Governance (SG), Smart Infrastructure (SI), Smart Technology (ST), Smart Citizen (SC) are proposed to justify is there any significant relationships with Smart Mobility Services (SMS) in public transportation system in Kuala Lumpur. This research believes that the basis to determine the Smart Mobility Services (SMS) in public transportation system. Limitations of the study are discussed and directions for future research are suggested.

As one article in a series on Global Mental Health Practice, Shoba Raja and colleagues provide a case study of BasicNeeds in Nepal, which emphases user empowerment, community development, health systems strengthening, and policy change to help socially disadvantaged individuals with mental health conditions
Review of biphasic insulin aspart in the treatment of type 1 and 2 diabetes
Nazia Raja-Khan, Sarah S Warehime, Robert A GabbayDivision of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism, Penn State Institute for Diabetes and Obesity, Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, Hershey, Pennsylvania, USABackground: Insulin is an effective treatment for achieving glycemic control and preventing complications in patients with diabetes. In order to make insulin therapy more acceptable to patients, newer formulations of insulin have been developed, such as biphasic insulins. Biphasic insulins conveniently provide both prandial and basal insulin in a single injection. One of the most well-studied biphasic insulins is biphasic insulin aspart 70/30.Objective: Our goal was to review the current literature on the safety and efficacy of biphasic insulin aspart in type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Methods: A MEDLINE search was conducted using the terms “biphasic insulin aspart” to identify clinical studies and reviews. Results: Biphasic insulin aspart more effectively reduces post-prandial glucose compared to other biphasic insulins and basal insulins. Compared to biphasic insulin aspart, fasting glucose levels are lower with NPH, similar with glargine, and similar or lower with biphasic human insulin. Treat-to-target trials have shown that a goal HbA1c below 6.5 or 7% can be achieved with biphasic insulin aspart. The risk of hypoglycemia is similar to or less than that seen with other biphasic insulins or NPH insulin. Conclusion: Biphasic insulin aspart 70/30 is a safe and effective treatment option for patients with diabetes. Keywords: biphasic insulin aspart, insulin, diabete
Finite Element Model of Machining with High Pressure Coolant for Ti- 6Al-4V alloy
This study present a series of finite element models for high-pressure jet-assisted machining of Ti-6Al-4V alloy. The application of Fluid-
Structure Interaction (FSI) together with the Johnson-Cook plasticity model, Cockcroft-Latham chip separation criteria and EOS
polynomial were implemented to study the effect of coolant pressure on chip formation, cutting force and cutting temperature. The
resulting motion of fluid at the tool-chip interface, chip breakage, cutting force as well as temperature generation at the tool-chip
interfaceis then interpreted, analyzed and compared to their real experimental results. The models simulate interactions between the fluid
and solid structure, where continuous chip formation was observed when simulation in conventional coolant supply while chip breakage
was clearly evident as high-pressure coolant was introduced. Increasing coolant pressure significantly reduce the friction at the tool-chip
interface, which significantly reduced the cutting force and cutting temperature
