    Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui analisis keberhasilan dan kegagalan taktik transisi negatif tim Anquuere pada Jakarta Futsal League 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik survei. Pengambilan data dilakukan di Jakarta. Populasi penelitian adalah semua tim Anquuere. Sampel yang diambil adalah tim Anquure yang bermain pada Jakarta Futsal League 2021 dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu form yang dibuat oleh peneliti, yang datanya diperoleh dari menonton youtube Jakarta Futsal League 2021. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistic deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah keberhasilan taktik transisi negatif yang dilakukan oleh tim Anquuere pada Jakarta Futsal League 2021 adalah sebanyak 121 atau sebesar 67% dan kegagalan taktik transisi negatif yang dilakukan oleh tim Anquuere pada Jakarta Futsal League 2021 adalah sebanyak 60 atau sebesar 33% dari total 181 taktik transisi negatif yang dilakukan secara keseluruhan. Situasi transisi negatif yang paling efektif digunakan tim futsal Anquuere yaitu reorganisasi dengan total aktivitas sebanyak 67 atau sebesar 37% dengan persentase keberhasilan 84% dan kegagalan 16%. Situasi transisi negatif yang paling tidak efektif digunakan tim futsal Anquuere yaitu transisi negatif Pressure dengan total aktivitas sebanyak 114 atau sebesar 63 % dengan persentase keberhasilan 57% dan kegagalan 43%. ***** This study aims to determine the analysis of the success and failure of the Anquuere team's negative transition tactics in the 2021 Jakarta Futsal League. The research method used in this study is descriptive research using survey techniques. Data collection was carried out in Jakarta. The study population was all the Anquuere team. The sample taken is the Anqure team playing in the 2021 Jakarta Futsal League using the total sampling technique. The research instrument used is a form created by researchers, the data of which is obtained from watching YouTube Jakarta Futsal League 2021. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis technique. The results of this study are the success of the negative transition tactics carried out by the Anquuere team in the 2021 Jakarta Futsal League is 121 or 67% and the failure of the negative transition tactics carried out by the Anquuere team in the 2021 Jakarta Futsal League is 60 or 33% of the total 181 negative transition tactics performed overall. The most effective negative transition situation used by the Anquuere futsal team was reorganization with a total of 67 activities or 37% with a success percentage of 84% and 16% failure. The most ineffective negative transition situation used by the Anquuere futsal team is the Negative Pressure transition with a total activity of 114 or 63% with a success percentage of 57% and 43% failure

    Work engagement is a positive view of an employee towards his work that is characterized by vigour, full involvement (dedication), and high concentration during work (absorption). This study aims to determine the description and causes of having employee engagement by exploring dimensions based on the definition of work engagement proposed by Schaufeli, Gonzalez, & Bakker (2002), vigour, dedication, absorption. The research was conducted through a literature study that is finding various related sources and making conclusions in accordance with the research objectives.
