Caffeine Content of Tea and Coffee
The caffeine content of teas and coffees blended and marketed in South Africa was estimated. Samples of tea contain caffeine varying from 2,723% to 4,1%. Drugs in obesity
The principles considered in the management of obesity are discussed; they include education and motivation, diet, exercise and drugs. Drugs provide no cure but may need to be used during an initial period of dietary regulation. Amphetamine and related drugs should not be used.
